Stalls had no toilet paper or papers towels. They did have children seats available in the stalls and very nice changing tables for infants so that's a plus, they just weren't very clean. The splash pad/play area is overall not well maintained and pretty disappointing. Turf is uneven, bars are loose on the train ride on toy, splash pad water pressure is practically nonexistent - a dad had to show us a trick to stand on one of the "fountains" so the other fountain comes up higher and makes a big enough stream of water for your child to actually splash in... Not sure if that seating area with fans/misters is park west responsibility or a businesses but the area was not very clean, tables, benches and chairs could use a good pressure washing - lots of bird poop so be careful where you sit or set down your items. Overall the area is free to visit but don't expect a great experience but it will definitely get you and the kids out of the house.

There are plenty of stores along with a food court. There are some name brand stores and some stores not tied to name brands. There are deals regularly, especially around times like Black Friday and before and after any holiday. My wife really enjoys visiting the Outlets North Phoenix, and we'll plan in advance to spend a chunk of a day in the area visiting stores. I sometimes go in with her, and I sometimes take a book and read it outside while waiting for her. There are more than twenty shops at the Outlets North Phoenix. My wife's favorite is the Ann Taylor Factory Store. We also recently visited Under Armour and Rack Room Shoes. There is also a Coach Outlet, Gap Factory, Michael Kors Outlet, and so much more. The Outlets North Phoenix also has its own Cafes at Anthem Food Court, which includes Ruby's Express, Auntie Anne's, Charley's, Famous Wok, Fresca's Mexican Grill, Auto Boba, Pupetto's Gelato, and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. There are other restaurants a short drive from the Outlets if more sit-down restaurants are desired. There are plenty of sales, discounts, and deals. They have some of the rudest customer service ever! This was my first visit here and the kids and I…read morewere excited to watch the new Mufasa movie and for the experience. We ordered our tickets in advance, arrived at the start of the movie, and even went for snacks. When we came back from the snacks to our vehicle, some a-hole that was late parked diagonally in front of us partially blocking our view of the movie. He had his car running the entire time and headlights on, which was very distracting. We ended up moving spots, but I was upset because we moved from o yr position in the front to the back. By that time we were lost with the movie and my kids were distracted after moving. Went I went for a refill for my popcorn, I asked the cashier about a partial refund due to the situation and he brought me a manager. Manager was going back and forth in the managers office about the situation telling me I should have complained as soon as it happened. I asked for a credit for at least one of my four tickets purchased, a kind no would have sufficed. I was offered to stay for another screening, but we already had other plans after the movie which would t have worked out so I asked for a credit even to come back. Instead, I was told to meet her at the box office at the entrance, but I had to meet her with my vehicle at exit (honestly felt like I was kicked out for my refund). I walked back the the car after 30 minutes of the back and forth and explained to the kids we had to leave even though the movie wasn't over. When I met the manager outside (was a different manager than who I spoke to) they told me they couldn't refund me anything because we stayed to finish the movie (wasn't true) and it was more than an hour into the movie. If the first manager would have said this, I would have accepted it but I felt robbed from the entire experience with the back and forth then being told to exit if I wanted a refund. There was nobody going around checking parking lots neither. The professionalism and customer service was a big no for me with this place.
