Selection isn't to bad parking can be horrific 7-10 especially over near macys, dicks, or the bowling alley area, and of course the top hill where the food court is. I see a lot of people going to try things on and ordering it online before the sales rep even gets back with the other shoe in some stores. Cause it's cheaper on the same stores website but you guessed it in store won't match online prices. Also the crypto atm needs more security or a more secure area where someone can help the elderly who are being scammed out of there money daily. You'd be surprised I walked the mall and seen and told 3 elderly people who were all on the phone with someone make sure you know who you are sending it to the irs doesn't take crypto.

The mix here is so good--tons of fitness spots, great food options, a movie theater, and plenty of social vibes. I especially loved that there are lighter, healthier places like Wildflower and Pita Jungle, but also a solid variety overall (including sweets, of course). Plus, you've got self-care spots like salons and waxing services, which makes it feel like a one-stop lifestyle hub. We spent time just walking around and taking it all in, and it honestly felt like a whole experience. With more places still coming in, this is definitely shaping up to be the it destination. I'll absolutely be back.

I would like to start off by saying this is simply a review based off the park west mall itself not…read morethe stores or restaurant selection they have available. The public restrooms could have been much cleaner, toilet/toilet seats had clearly not been cleaned well in a few days - most of the toilet seats on the women's restroom where loose enough you could see that they where loose. Stalls had no toilet paper or papers towels. They did have children seats available in the stalls and very nice changing tables for infants so that's a plus, they just weren't very clean. The splash pad/play area is overall not well maintained and pretty disappointing. Turf is uneven, bars are loose on the train ride on toy, splash pad water pressure is practically nonexistent - a dad had to show us a trick to stand on one of the "fountains" so the other fountain comes up higher and makes a big enough stream of water for your child to actually splash in... Not sure if that seating area with fans/misters is park west responsibility or a businesses but the area was not very clean, tables, benches and chairs could use a good pressure washing - lots of bird poop so be careful where you sit or set down your items. Overall the area is free to visit but don't expect a great experience but it will definitely get you and the kids out of the house.

It has an expansive feel inside. It has some decent food options. It has an Apple Store, Coach, Lego, Lululemon, MiniSo, Vicky Secrets, Sephora's, along with a bunch of other retailers. It reminds me a lot of Chandler Fashion, which is a good comparison. Since selling our house and getting an apartment nearby, this has become one of our shopping destinations, if only to come for some good deli at Chompie's. LOL They have Dillards and Macy's as the two anchors, along with a Penny's (huh?) and sporting goods retailer Dick's. They also have a pretty large movie theatre in AMC and bowling at RoundOne. Besides Chompie's, on the food court side they have Chipotle, Fired Pies, Johnny Rockets, Sizzle K-BBQ, Little Tokyo, Boba, Panda Express, Panera's and a dozen or so more options. Sooooo? What's not to like? In Yelp-ease, "Woohoo, we're a Fan!"

When I come to the outlets we always prefer to come during the week because it tends to be less busy which makes shopping a lot more pleasurable. When I come to the outlet we always prefer to start off shopping in Saks off Fifth, not only for the amazing parking that's available but also for the store itself being that it's a fave of mine! These outlets will occasionally hold a particular event that's in the parking lot such as bouncy houses & such that you can find on their website. The weekends here are extremely busy & parking can be horrendous so unless you're that person who does love to shop with crowds then I'd definitely suggest on shopping here during off peak hours! During the holidays they also do offer Santa visits but definitely book far in advance!

I just wish they would've listed it online so that we didn't take time out of our day to visit a closed spot. That was a bit confusing and frustrating. Otherwise, it wasn't super busy or packed. It seemed as if a lot of stores had sales and while there were people shopping, it wasn't unbearable with huge lines. They do have quite a few stores to choose from and plenty of signage to assist with store locations, but they do have a few vacant spots. I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events.
