Mall has a weird ambiance now. I remember when it was bright cooler and flourishing. There's new things coming to this mall but when that happens who knows. 1/2 the anchor stores still look the same after 25+ years definitely needs a face lift. Selection isn't to bad parking can be horrific 7-10 especially over near macys, dicks, or the bowling alley area, and of course the top hill where the food court is. I see a lot of people going to try things on and ordering it online before the sales rep even gets back with the other shoe in some stores. Cause it's cheaper on the same stores website but you guessed it in store won't match online prices. Also the crypto atm needs more security or a more secure area where someone can help the elderly who are being scammed out of there money daily. You'd be surprised I walked the mall and seen and told 3 elderly people who were all on the phone with someone make sure you know who you are sending it to the irs doesn't take crypto. read more

This was my first visit to the Arrowhead Towne Center shopping plaza. I enjoyed roaming the shopping plaza with all its different businesses. They had many stores where I didn't recognize the names. It was nice to explore them and find out what they sold. Two floors of shopping with escalators and one broken elevator. A small food court is available. I did look for a directory of stores and did not see one. I was also looking for washrooms and didn't see any signs for them. Other than that, it was a good experience. Plenty of parking outside. read more

I stopped by yesterday for pictures with Santa with the fam bam, it was pretty busy in the mall which I expected. It was not tooooo horrible. Had to wait in line for pictures for about 30 minutes or so and I did have a reservation but I already expected to need to wait a little, definitely not as long of wait how others had to wait that did not have a reservation. It was very cute and love the decorations they put up. The beautiful big Christmas Tree! I saw some deals going on and the food court was pretty packed! It was fun to just walk around and look at some things. They had a Dj's collectibles pop up which has Pokemon cards and stuff which my family loves, this store is not permanent its going to be there temporarily but my open a kiosk in the middle of the mall Possibly is what the guy told me. The staff were friendly that we spoke too. Love going through JCPenny to try and smell the perfumes! Always a fun time. They were doing bundle sales on perfumes, lotions, and makeup! Renovations has done wonders for this mall. It's clean and well kept. They carry the regular anchor stores, a food court, game rooms & entertainment. It's a good mall for windows shopping and getting your steps in. Lots of parking, accessible parking and entrances. read more

It's been a while since I actually shopped at Arrownhead. My son was starting school and wanted a specific backpack, so we went to Arrowhead to check out Box Lunch. It's still pretty clean. They've changed out some of the restaurants. Coach is still there, which is one of my favorite stores. I also always hit up Sephora. read more

Customer service at the Q store near chompies is disappointing. An employee came up to me and gave me attitude for trying a dress on over my clothes, i was polite and apologized for it but she still had a stank face, disappointed in this store im not sure how she got the job with her poor customer service skills. read more

We came to this mall to shop and check out Round1. There was a lot of parking and didn't have any issues finding a spot. The mall had lot of people on a Saturday and there were two floors. It looked big and there were a lot of stores to shop at. We shopped around and spent a few hours there. The mall looked clean from what I saw and it was maintained. Overall, this was a good place for shopping in the area and I'll be back in the future. read more

this mall is pretty neat! there's a huge selection of stores to choose from for newbie shoppers as well as the OGs. i frequently peruse hot topic, spencer's, miniso, and boxlunch since they're my favorites, but the other stores are also nice if you'd like to make some purchases or simply window shop. there's also a food court as well (as to be expected with every mall) that i haven't gotten around to trying yet. the options include auntie anne's, little tokyo, sbarro, jamba juice, panda express, johnny rockets, chipotle, panera bread, dairy queen, orange julius, and potato corner. an abundance of kiosks also sell a variety of items depending on which one you go to. i might hit up the one with all the cute plushies whenever i get the chance to! my small bit of advice is to come during weekdays as soon as the mall opens if you'd like to look for a less crowded parking/shopping experience as it often becomes packed like sardines during the weekend (friday nights and saturdays are definitely the most crowded; sunday is still somewhat crowded but not as much)! i look forward to coming here again with my family as we have been since moving here in 2019 :) read more

We love coming to Arrowhead mall for our shopping & good eats inside/outside the mall. We usually park on side of the AMC movie theater & food court. Once you enter this entrance; you would notice the painting on their outside wall, movie theater entrance to the right & the food court filled w/ people ordering from different establishments. Some of the restaurants in the main area are: Panera bread, Dairy Queen, Panda Express, Cinnamon bun, Steak Escape & lots more. You will find lots of stores to shop from including foot locker, Macy's, Jcpennys, Van's, H&M, Bath & Body works, Sephora, Zales, Apple, Famous footwear & so much more. A pretty great mall! This mall seemed well-kept, clean, and had a beautiful exterior. It has all your mall standards from beauty stores to a Halloween store to a Build-a-Bear to department stores. Love the plethora of food options here and there is mall food a plenty (Potato Corner, Auntie Anne's, Wetzel's Pretzels, Orange Julius). I like that this mall is an accessible mall with a variety of stores from people who are on a budget to people who are looking to spend a bit more. I've seen too many times that malls become too upscale and no longer cater to my wallet. I appreciate this mall for the variety and its appeal to the masses! read more

My 2022 project is my neighbor girl. I miss the days when she would throw toys in our pool so she could come over and play with me. We liked to go on adventures. Now she is going on 15. Rebellion, hormones and boys fill the air. I don't see her much unless picking her up from school and stopping for treats. Our other neighbor girl which is one of her best friends is moving, so I am trying to take them out as much as possible so they can enjoy their big girl time together. I want them to experience the good things. Reward her for good grades and effort. I want her to want to work hard and be positive in life. Arrowhead Towne Center has been a big part of that. They have tons of cool stores for the teens to enjoy. Starbucks and AMC is a hot spot. Hip clothing stores and Sephora are among their favorites. We can always find something yummy at the food court. I take them and we split up and let them roam on their own. My little girls and I shop at Claire's and the toy stores, Build a Bear and ride the train. We keep in touch throughout the evening making sure everyone is safe. We even have gotten the big girls to enjoy a train ride, animal ride ons and the trampoline. Arrowhead has a lot of restaurants in the area as well. All the kids love eating out. They all seem to be less picky and try new things. I like to get them all the fancy foo foo drinks to make them feel special. These are the times to make memories and Arrowhead Towne Center has been a great place to do that. Loved this mall! The food court was huge and offered a variety of choice. We ended up at Fire Pie for some fresh pizza. We walked an entire loop around the mall. There's something for everyone in the family. There's build a bear and Lego downstairs for the kids. And if u r hunting for new clothes, the mall has the stores for every age group. read more

Terrible service in the show department with 2 guys just standing around & we had to go get one 3 separate times when buying shoes for our 3 grandkids. I really like this mall. Ther is a nice variety of stores. My only complaint is unless you are in the food court, there is nowhere to sit. Based on the quality of stores and the cleanliness I would rates them 5 stars. We visit this place atleast bi-weekly for shopping or spend some time in food court. Not very big but major retailers are here. You will find sears, jcpenny, macy's, Dillards, and other individual ones. Best part is it's indoor with AC and near to our home. Food court is not so big but atleast dozens of options to eat. Summer is phoenix is not tolerable so visiting open air mall like tanger is hard during that time. So we are stuck with arrowhead most of the time. read more

This is specifically about the Santa Photos experience, since I didn't see a way to leave a review on that. We went today, 11/16/22 at 3pm and the Santa who was working and the staff was PHENOMENAL!! They were so professional, kind and thoughtful. They really took the time to make sure my daughter smiled and were just so unbelievable sweet! This was her first time meeting Santa and I honestly got a big teary eyed. Even though she won't remember this experience, I always will and have incredible pictures that I will treasure always!!! read more

'John' (if that's his true name) from security (young African American)....DISGUSTINGLY, inhumanely rude to a young girl who was on the verge of tears and panic because she forgot where she parked and didn't know the mall was closing and went out a wrong exit, then while in the dark and couldn't access mall doors to find my way back HE REFUSED TO HAVE ANYONE MEET ME NOT SHOW ANY EMPATHY NOR GUIDANCE OVER THE PHONE...... Only until I panicked and got a nice employee from Macy's who drove me to the other side of mall to my car and immediately asked if I called security because they would have picked me up and assisted....as soon as I explained I tried that and that was when I was containing myself and trying not to panic but the security John refused to help nor notify anyone...the employee was also led and offered right away to report this to her supervisor...I started balling for her kindness and now grew really angry of how much worse this could have been as I don't know the area and it was pitch black out.,,... I will be pursuing this. read more

This mall will always be 'the mall' for me! We've been shopping at this mall since I was in high school. Even when you have nothing to buy or look for, it's always nice walking around the mall and people watching. I feel like the energy is always contagious (anyone else?!) I love the many food options and great stores. I am thankful we have a mall like this so close to home. Of course, there's always the people trying to sell you something as you walk through the mall, but i think that kind of comes with the territory! I believe it's the only west side malls that is pretty popular & indoors. Glad they did improvements. Looks more modern. They did change the Starbucks location next to the escalators. Love how they change some of the little food stands to popular choices during the time like for example the dragon breath is popular right now. When macaroons were beginning to be popular they had that. Also they have more spots to sit and relax and also places where you can charge your phone and etc. Love how they upgraded the Apple Store! So much bigger and modern looking with a touch of elegant with the big window/doors. The bathrooms are better looking as well and they also have family bathrooms big enough to bring in your stroller. On Black Friday it's packed and a great place to hangout & they have a dj playing songs near the food court. read more

This sucker took $2 from me and never started up. The lights were on and the screen inside kept saying I needed another quarter. No information as to who owns the machines. Thanks for nothing. UPDATE: one month later and we just passed by the machine and a family was there putting money into it and it wouldn't start up for them either. I'm sure that the box has filled up in the past month so someone has been emptying it and knows that the machine does not work. That's called steal SECOND UPDATE: All of these machines have been removed, hopefully to be repaired and not relocated elsewhere to steal again. read more

Was told by a security guard, one week when We were in the mall, very early, may I add, training our dogs. that it was perfectly fine. We were also told that people hold dog training classes which I am all for. A well behaved dog around people is a better dog. Then when we returned the next week, we were VERY RUDELY, may I add, approached by a different security guard telling us we "COULD NOT BE THERE EARLIER THAN 8Am"!!! Though I understand the reasoning for this, I would think that, the mall would prefer dogs and owners go in earlier than the people walking, especially during the very hot summer months. Good responsible dog owners need a place to go during this time. A bit confused, and put back to say the least, by his whole ATTITUDE, we left. This said security guard needs a little lesson in humility, and common respect. sadly did not get his name, but sure he knows who he is, if he reads this!! read more

Arrowhead mall is and has always been the best mall. When I was in middle school and high school , this mall was the absolute SHIT!!!!! ^_^ still doing great! Of course stores have come and gone. But I really , really don't honk these phone charging squares all over are an essential in today's world. Considering every place you go, seems to be an outlet nazi!!! Just left the barbershop that is inside this mall. The employee was unbelievably defensive and hostile. I asked for him to trim my sons hair and he tried to shave his head. So yes I spoke up and asked him to not go so short, I didn't want a shaved head. He then pulled the cape off of my son and tells me, well you can fucking leave. I said, you really don't have to get so mad, I'm just telling you what I asked for. He said "I can get mad if I want, you're not God, so go." I never claimed to be God, only a customer trying to get a decent result.... The barber just kept telling me he no longer cared and to leave.. So he made us leave with my sons hair half shaved off.
