Well what a surprise!! I probably shouldn't have gone in here, but when you go on a holiday weekend, you're bound to score some good deals. I did just that, too! I've been on a low-key mission to find more of the Motivas. I scanned the back clearance section and almost gave up, but I was determined to find at least 1 pair. Just as I was about to give up, I spotted them!! YASSSSS!! The last pair of size 8 in the vintage green color. It's more of an army green to me, but whatevs. I normally wear a size 9 in this brand since I like extra wiggle room in the toe box. However, when a friend convinced me to get a size 8 from the Tucson outlet store, I went with it. 8 is my natural shoe size, but it fluctuates with different brands. Nike is also very narrow imo, and my flatter than flat feet appreciate the extra room that a size 9 offers. The Air Zoom Pegasus that I found was a bonus. I wasn't looking for it, nor do I need to add to my ever-growing shoe collection, but hey, when you can grab 2 pairs of Nikes at under $100, I'd call that WINNING!! DO NOT SLEEP on these outlet stores, mannnn!! The clearance prices were an additional 30% off, so yeah, you really can't pass that up. Service was okay. These guys are busy, but I managed to ask an employee if they had any more sizes. He was polite and said usually whatever is out in the clearance section is IT. I walked to the registers so fast because there was no way I was leaving these shoes for someone else to buy. Not under my watch, lol. Decent selection of shoes with great price points. Staff at checkout were both friendly and helpful. However, the floor staff were not helpful, and quite unprofessional. There were two young men (both employees) on the floor having loud personal conversations, standing in the way of product. Every time I went to look for a size of a shoe, they were blocking my way and I had to ask them to move several times. Not one time did they offer help or even stop their conversation about sports. It was incredibly rude. I planned to get a couple pairs of sneakers but nobody was present or available to answer my questions so I picked one pair and left. It was incredibly disappointing to go into a nice name brand store and be ignored by the staff. read more

I bought a pair of shoes for my wife on Saturday and came back to return them for a size a half size smaller. I couldn't find the receipt so I asked the manager if we could just exchange them for a smaller size. She refused to refund us our money or to get a size a half size smaller. so I have a pair of shoes that won't fit my wife and a very negative view of the Nike factory store. read more

This place is located on the mid West side of the Tanger Outlets near Stare Farm Stadium. The deals here are hit or miss. Sometimes great sometimes nothing. As usual the best deals are on the back clearance wall if you find something in your size. Clothing wise they didn't have much this time around. A little disappointing being the University of Oregon was playing in the Fiesta Bowl and Nike is pretty much the main sponsor for Oregon but no Fiesta Bowl or Oregon apparel at all. read more

Always a great stop when we come here. The lines are horrendous at Christmas time, but they try their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible while still providing good service. 9/10 times we are able to find what we want. When we want the staff tries to see the closest location or if can ship to your home for easier shopping. The location is always cleans d well organized. read more

Stopped in before we headed back to our hotel because we were in the area. The service was not that great. None of the employees we walked by greeted or acknowledged us. No one asked if we needed help with anything. There was also not much of a selection compared to the other Nike Outlets we've been to. Did not find a single thing for kids that were nice or worth purchasing. I think we'll still to the Nike Outlets closer to home in OR state because everyone there seems friendly and welcoming and they seem to have a bigger and better selection for clothing and shoes for both adults and kids. read more

Nice staff, pretty good selection. Nike stores were helpful in the past with defective products but we were told we had to contact the company directly and ship our defective item to them directly. Our item was outside of their return window (undestood). It would've been nice if they could've returned it to Nike for us. This place has some really good deals sometime & worth visiting whenever we visit the mall. Huge store & you can get almost everything here. Nike space hippie 4 shoes for sale on nike.com for 97.50. Store selling them in clearance section for $130. Had to talk to mgr to price match (previous rep was getting heated talking to me, could not handle a customer asking for the mananger) mgr said won't price match online but if it was cheaper in store and more expensive online. If you're a sneaker aficionado who cares about items like the newest Jordan lineups, you're going to be disappointed. If you just want something functional and quality at a low price, this is the place! Been there before and loved the great deals. So we went again this year. Nike dry-fit jackets were $65 and we got it for $29.99. Each player is gonna get one. Pretty awesome other deals and wish I could have shopped for myself. Gotta say, Nike is my favorite brand. The quality is excellent. We buy all of our soccer shoes from there as well. As I was going to pick up a pair of shoes real quick because I had lost mine in some luggage from the airplane It Was 10 minutes till 7 PM and I walked up to the door and the supervisor said that they were closed which is stupid because it says they're open till 7 PM so why are they closing 10 minutes early. If you find yourself in Tanger for whatever reason, this is probably one of the better places to shop for apparel. Basically if you want to pick up some athleisure gear with the Nike logo so people at the gym know you're a serious weightlifter, they have pretty good prices. That's not specifically what I want, but there are enough upsides to that for most people. The main draw here is shoes, and boy do they have a lot of them. You want some sweet running shoes so your ankles don't die running super marathons? They have you. You want to pick up some cross trainers so you can maximize those gains? Say no more. Past that, the selection gets a little more thin. If Jordan's are your game, they offer a good value on what they have, but what they have is a rather small pool. You're probably not going to find that super rare retro colorway that you can flip on the internet for four times retail price, so keep that in mind. I stopped in today to update my 3 year old gym shoes, and I got a nice pair of cross trainers for $50. I like the flow of their incoming products too, because now they have some Vapormax models at outlet price. Gives me more incentive to look into picking up a pair. Ultimately, outlet stores operate to some degree as a lottery. If they have quality products in, you're probably getting a deal on some good stuff. Otherwise it's a bunch of the rejected merch. This place is good enough at getting stock in to where that isn't an issue, hence the score. So if you're in the area and need to update your fitness wardrobe, this place is solidly recommended. read more

Worst customer service that I've experienced in years. The manager and associates here at 3pm on 6/22/23 were annoyed, puzzled, and frustrated with a simple exchange. Brought in a Nike.com order that didn't fit. In talking with associates on Nike.com, they recommended going into a Nike store in person to try some shoes on and make an exchange. So I drive 30 minutes to the Nike Glendale store. I explain the exchange request to the staff working. They look puzzled and call up a manager. I show the manager my chat with Nike.com and explain my request for an exchange. The manager looks annoyed and tells me I should just give Nike corporate a call and walks away. Luckily the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, but not the people working at this store. The Nike phone associate clarified again that the Nike stores can indeed make exchanges for orders placed on Nike.com. I was still unable to try shoes on and complete an exchange. Instead, Nike corporate mailed out another pair that will hopefully fit. Zero help from the staff in store. read more

I can help you over here. Hands me this little cell phone looking deal. Fill this out and you can get 30% off, friends and family discount. Okay, tiny screen, hard to use, takes forever to update, would have been done a way long time ago in the other line. She gets her info, doesnt have a scanner or cash register but says its $131.99. Say what? Those aren't Jordan's and they didnt cost that new 2 years ago. Did you see the clearance sticker, the $29.99 price on the beat up box? WTF???? She mentions I can use my 30% friends and family discount when it is activated? Did her IQ just drop to 70? Does she even work there. I tell her this is very strange and unacceptable. I will just take the shoes back to the real cashier, she won't give them back. Ask if she can double check with a manager or someone that knows that this is an outlet store. She ignores my request. Ask again, if you use your friends and family discount you can get 30% off.....I left. Will never visit this store or outlet again. Been treated better at a time share presentation. This Nike Factory Store is very helpful. Whenever I go on vacation I come here to get a new pair of kicks. I bought some all white air max 90s for way under retail. The manager Q is very helpful and if you see the Nike worker Alex he will help you too. Overall a great experience right next to the big stadiums (cardinals and coyotes). They will give you the latest gear (vapor max, new Jordan's) whether it's Jordan or Nike. The side walls always have some cool finds as well and are usually marked down. 5 out of 5 wouldn't be enough for Nike when they have the biggest name in sports in Lebron! I recently purchased a pair of Nike Free 7.0's and they didn't have enough support for me. Overtime my hip started to ache more and more with each run. Not ok! The only thing I could contribute to this was the change in my running shoes. I usually wear Lunarglides... Which I absolutely love. Of course... I tossed the receipt to my Free Runs, along with the box. I figured I would have to live with my wasted purchase *sad face* My coworker told me how friendly and helpful the staff was at the Tanger Nike store, so I decided to give them a call and see if they would be willing to take back my Frees. The girl I spoke with on the phone told me to come right in and I could exchange my shoes for ones that I would love *YAY*!!! Once I arrived to the Nike store, everyone was super helpful and never gave me that "you're returning these used shoes" stank-eye. THANK YOU! The shift manager diagnosed me with "over pronation" and guided me towards the ideal running shoe for my situation. It was the Lunarglide!! (big surprise!) They even searched in the back of the store for my size and style without me having to ask. All in all, this was one of the best retail experiences I've had in a while! Quality of the merchandise is good, and the 2 for $30 t shirt deals are great. With that being said though the pricing at the outlet is no big deal unless you hit one of their sales. I guess they can't offer that many sales while they are paying for all those celebrity endorsements. You'll get much better quality of shoes at the Asics outlet in Chandler and at much better prices. Clothing wise, Under Armour is 2 doors down and offers better quality with more frequent sales. Swoosh, I'm outta here. read more
