I came here to buy steel-toed shoes for my new job. I was forewarned that as a woman, there wouldn't be much selection for us, compared to adult/men shoes. SO shocking- a shoe store with few options for me! Total first world problem. It wasn't super busy when I arrived and gave the employee my PO paperwork. I noticed that they have a fancy 3D foot scanner like my gym shoe store, so I knew I was in good hands. The guy gave me some time to look around and pick out a few styles I liked. He was kind enough to also pull some similar/recommended styles for me to try on too. I went in thinking I'd leave with a pair of ugly Tims but left with some mildly-decent-looking black sneakers, after trying on about 10 pairs. Pretty painless process thanks to the staff! read more

I needed a pair of steel toe work boots and this place was recommended by our safety manager. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I told the salesman what I needed and he walked me to the wall with women's boots to look at several options. I made a selection which fit just right. The cashier was friendly and gave me an extra receipt so I could expense them at work. Super easy! Located on Broadway, they have plenty of parking, the staff was interacting with everyone who walked in the door, lots of brands, variety and price points to choose from. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for work boots (and not just small mens size boots if you're a woman). read more

Came in to get some boots for work but I decided a week later that I shouldve gone with shoes. Thankfully since I never wore the boots and had my receipt they accept returns or exchanges. They were real helpful with the exchange and also helping me find my super comfortable lowtop shoes at a very reasonable price. read more

Great customer service. I bought a pair of shoes about a month ago and they started to make an annoying squeaky noise. I contacted them and they gave me a couple of recommendations to alleviate the issue. Unfortunately it was a sole defect. I returned to the store and they immediately exchanged them workout issue. read more

Not a very good selection of boots or sizes. The service was .....meh. The guy behind the counter gave me some excellent advice though. He said that if I wanted more choices to go to the Red Wing Boot Store. I did and not only was there better service and selection but they were cheaper. read more

Always greeted as soon as I walk in. These guys know there shoes just tell them what work you do and what you are looking for. They will show you your options. I love how friendly and easy going the staff is to talk to. Never have to feel guilty asking for a shoe size like other stores who make you feel like you are bothering them. read more

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I can't emphasize how unorganized , unprofessional , and untruthful this business is!!!! Their employees are unprofessional and unknowledgable of even their own business practices! I went into the store to order a shoe on March 8,2016 ( which was paid in full for during the order ) and it's been over a month later And i still have NO shoe or even updates on the product ! When I called to ask for an update on the order on March 19,2016 - the male employee who answered the phone was as rude and unprofessional as an employee could be with sarcasm . Now, it's April and I continue to call the store to ask where my product is and was informed by employee Mike that he has no updates on my order and doesn't even know if the product has been ordered?!!!! WTH?!!!! How do you take a customers money so quickly and easily yet make it so difficult for them to find their stuff?!!!! luckily I have all my receipts and bank statements and am going to make sure to pursue legal action if my product is not located as it seems as though they are becoming thieves at this point not giving me my paid for items and instead giving me excuses and the run around ! We had gone to red wing shoes then left. The customer service here was much better by far. Also this place has more women shoe variety, the prices were reasonable. The guys here can hande more than one customer at a time. Wish they had more locations! read more

If you wear men's size 10 to 11 don't go here. My employer gives me a shoe voucher for $100 that is only good at this store so I am force to shop here. I usually wear size 10 1/2 or 11. They had none of the styles in those sizes that were covered by my voucher. I went through 6 different styles of the higher priced shoes before they could come up with one in my size. I had to come up with another $75 out of my pocket on top of my voucher to pay for them. read more
