I visited this outlet store on 02 June 2019 AD. Full disclosure: I'm not into "hype" or "brand…read morenames". I used to buy only Nike brand shoes; however, a few years ago I tried the Asics "Gel" type running shoe suggested by a salesman, and I was hooked! No other shoe has felt so, "customized and comfortable". My workouts are more on the aerobic/calorie burning side with light strength training, and occasional cross country runs. This shoe works great for everything! I Googled "Asics" and found this outlet location. It used to be that outlet stores offered better pricing; I can't say that was the case here. What was nice, is they had a ton of different styles on hand. I'm +SO TIRED+ of going to a store only to hear a salesperson say, "Try our online store, they carry more styles/options." I get the whole, "inventory tax thing" but get with it people! What's the point of having a "brick-and-mortar location" if you don't offer the variety you advertise!?!? I believe the key advantage of an outlet store now is, that you can buy more of their product offerings in person per visit. You don't have to bother going to their website and waiting for your item to arrive. During my visit, a courteous salesman helped me with a new pair of "GEL-Nimbus 21" Mens Running Shoes and I was off. The service was great and the store was clean; I shall return if I'm still in the area when I need new running shoes. I recommend this outlet location to everyone - a solid 5 stars! Keep on Rocking in the Free World!!!

This location has a variety of shoe selections but a limited clothing and active wear in stock to choose from. Receiving a discount of 2 pairs of shoes made up for how far this location is from home. I look forward to my next visit in the near future.

I've been wearing cowboy boots my whole life, and I've come to expect a certain level of quality…read moreand durability from them. Unfortunately, my experience with a pair I purchased from Cowtown Boots in Tempe, Arizona, in February of twenty twenty-four has been nothing short of disappointing. I was on a business trip to Arizona and decided to pick up a nice pair of boots while I was there. I had been wearing Ariats at the time, but I wanted something different and knew Cowtown made their own brand of boots. While I hadn't necessarily heard great things about them, I was familiar with the name and figured they'd be a good choice. Nine months later, I'm regretting that decision. The soles now have multiple holes, and the heel flaps are coming off. For context, I live on twenty acres in Montana, but I don't do heavy ranch work--these boots are worn for everyday use. Typically, I get about two of solid wear out of a pair before needing repairs. Seeing these fall apart after less than a year of light use is shocking. I reached out to the store where I purchased them, and they referred me to corporate. When I called corporate, I was essentially told there's nothing they can do--no warranty, no acknowledgment of the premature wear, and no offer to make it right. They did offer to re-sole them, but only if I paid out of pocket. I understand no one can guarantee how long a product will last, but to hear "that's just the way it is" after explaining my long history with boots and reasonable expectations was frustrating. It's clear Cowtown Boots isn't standing by its products or its customers. I'm writing this not to vent, but to call attention to what seems like a drop in quality and customer care. For a company with such a strong reputation in the Western wear community, I expected much better. I hope they take this feedback seriously and reconsider how they handle these situations. Until then, I can't recommend these boots--or the company--to anyone who expects reliability and customer support to match the price tag.
