SO shocking- a shoe store with few options for me! Total first world problem. It wasn't super busy when I arrived and gave the employee my PO paperwork. I noticed that they have a fancy 3D foot scanner like my gym shoe store, so I knew I was in good hands. The guy gave me some time to look around and pick out a few styles I liked. He was kind enough to also pull some similar/recommended styles for me to try on too. I went in thinking I'd leave with a pair of ugly Tims but left with some mildly-decent-looking black sneakers, after trying on about 10 pairs. Pretty painless process thanks to the staff!

I told the salesman what I needed and he walked me to the wall with women's boots to look at several options. I made a selection which fit just right. The cashier was friendly and gave me an extra receipt so I could expense them at work. Super easy! Located on Broadway, they have plenty of parking, the staff was interacting with everyone who walked in the door, lots of brands, variety and price points to choose from. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for work boots (and not just small mens size boots if you're a woman).

Helped me with my purchase and tried to find something for my interview. Now onto the one star. I bought a shirt from Ricardo and asked about the return policy if my wife didn't like it. He said bring the receipt and the original payment and it will all be taken care of. So the next day I went to the store to return the shirt. I was told by said sales girl that I had to join their rewards program to be able to return the shirt. I asked why do I have to join just to return a shirt, and also why wasn't I asked at the beginning of the transaction about this program? She said that they only way it can be returned. So I unhappily agreed with my info. Then I got my return back paperwork back and then was thinking about it. Something wasn't right. So I began to dig into their return policy on the website. Nothing about me joining their rewards program for a returned item. I proceeded to call customer care. Explained how disgusted I was with the unethical service I got. If she has done this to me how many others has she done this to? I asked the customer service agent to have their district manager call me is now been four days and I have not received a phone call yet. Is this how you take care of your customers Or potential customers in the future. I was told that someone would reach out to me and I haven't had a call. I didn't want an email.
