I have been wearing and purchasing Vans since I was a kid and todays visit was just another reason why I still continue to go. My son had just gotten a new pair for school about a month ago that I had ordered online. Unfortunately the shoe was not up to the normal standard and we brought it in to return. Not only were we greeted quickly, but the entire process was so easy. I had my online order code, but with being part of the Vans Family app/online reward system they were able to find my purchase with my phone number. They took the old pair to hold while we searched for the exchange. Once my boy decided (with some added socks of course) we were ready to check out. While happy with his old pair he loves the different ones we ended up with even more. Great service, clean store and easy exchange process. All the things I look for in my purchases. read more

My husband needed to return some brand new vans shoes he got as a birthday gift because he already had the same pair so we went to the Arrowhead Mall to exchange his shoes. I haven't been to the mall forever! When we got to the store it was busy, but everyone said hello and acknowledged us. The store looked clean, bright and organized. When we started looking at shoes on the wall, a young guy named Joey asked if we needed help and was very friendly. My husband tried on two pairs of shoes and we asked lots of questions about the different styles, Joey was a refreshing employee! This guy was down to earth, genuine, not pushy at all and just made it seem like he was your friend and you could tell her truly wanted to help you with your selections. I would have never thought we would have had such great service in a Vans store on a Saturday night. I would definitely check out this location, they had a great selection and if they don't have what you are looking for Joey said they can order it online for you to ship to your home! read more

Store does not know the definition of customer service. I was in there quite awhile trying to buy shoes, I was in there for some time because I couldn't get anyone to help me.. one employee kept just straightening shoes. I had to track down someone as not one of the 5 employees asked if I was doing ok. When I did go to check out I told the guy, on receipt says his name is tristen k. He just stands there and smiles while he says he's sorry. Wow great customer service! read more

Omgee this store is so cool! The clothing areas upon entry have much more of a selection than it used to. They have kiosks where you can custom design and order your Vans! Yes! It take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to receive them. Even though the size of the store is the same, moving the displays out of the center of the store gives it more room. We miss their chunkier Van shoes they used to have i hope they bring them back some day. They were great for wide feet and the thickness provided extra comfort. Customer service is always great here! We are bargain shoppers so we always try and gonwhe they have a sale. Youncsnnalsonorderbthem and have them shipped to your home if they are available, but not in store. read more

I called the vans stores to look for a particular shirt in stock and while all locations had friendly people, Collin was by far the best ! He remained on the phone with me while he looked and I could hear him going through the stock room to find what I was looking for. While he couldn't get me the T-shirt I needed his patience kindness and friendliness did not go unnoticed. Love Vans. Been wearing them for over 30 years. Husband and I were in town for a weekend and I needed some tennies. Walked into this very busy establishment, and was helped IMMEDIATELY. Maybe it was because so many people were perusing the shoes and I had a mission statement. Maybe because they were WELL staffed. Nonetheless, I was happily greeted, taken care of, purchased the add ons, and out with two new pairs of cool kicks!! Our sales associate was so up and happy. Listening to my needs and helped accordingly. The sales associate that closed us out was equally friendly and courteous to our visit, purchase and how we were doing. Great Job Vans Associates!! The staff here was great Colin was awesome, he was a huge help, really friendly, and super nice. He brought styles he thought we might like when they didn't have the right size, he also laced my new shoes which was awesome. All the employees also wore mask and practiced social distancing. Obnoxiously loud music, even for a Van's store. Only one employee in the back shoe area so I asked the person not helping anyone at the register for help. I was instructed to wait until the person in the back was finished with the other people. Maybe this person was the manager and doing something more important than helping customers (reading a few sheets of paper), but she just lost a sale for multiple pairs of shoes. Yoohoo... a guy standing there with numerous shopping bags, wanting to try on shoes is probably there to buy. read more
