They had my handbags for 4months and when I arrived to pick them up I paid and noticed that they stitched the purse from the outside of the leather Destroying my Prada!!! Thank goodness I didn't allow them to attempt to repair the other handbag... To make matters worse, when I pointed out the horrible repair work and they refused to refund me and called the police to trespass me from the property because THEY further damaged my handbag!!! The son is extremely RUDE!!! I waited patiently and explained to the officer what had taken place. When I showed the officer my handbag he understood but couldn't do anything as it is a Civil matter. I then requested my receipt/ticket for proof of service and they refused to return it to the officer stating that it was their property. I left and simply called my bank to dispute the charge for a refund as I will now have to REPAIR the so called REPAIR!!! Now today it's a brand new lie. I asked for my chair cushions and my $300 deposit back and she tells me she's not giving me anything back. Some real shady businesses out here pulling rank. I got a police report and going to file in court. She won't win because I have her text messages admitting that she hasn't upholstered my cushions so her it's custom made won't hold water. I also filed a claim with my bank to get my money back and be done with this woman!
