The cushion material was special order and they were very accommodating. The turn around was about 2 weeks as we had a lot of cushions. When they delivered the cushions they were in plastic bags for protection. I also had asked them for ties on each cushion. Was no problem for them. The long and short.... Unable to source a new base, F&R seamlessly welded a new post on to the original one. I also requested a total reupholstery with new leather and padding. The chair now looks better than new. The other item was restrapping a Breuer chair - less challenging perhaps - but perfectly executed. The company kept me informed throughout the process and were unfailingly civil and responsive.
