Toughest decision was picking out the "right" fabric color and texture. Selected a more firm foam cushion and we were glad we did as it made all the difference in comfort and support. Staff was great and did a perfect job matching the sizes we needed. Price was on the higher end but that was solely due to the fabric selection. We are headed back down next week to look at new cushions for our daughter's patio furniture. read more

I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. The representative came to our house, and the pillow patterns were outdated and unattractive. Choosing a design was a frustrating process because the options looked like they belonged in the 70s, 80s, or on a grandma's couch. After settling on a pattern that was somewhat acceptable and matched the breakfast nook, we were told it would take 6-12 weeks to complete the cushions and pillows. Five months later, we found ourselves emailing repeatedly to ask when our items would be delivered. The prices were also outrageously high. Throughout the long wait, there was no communication--no updates, no apologies for delays, nothing to reassure us. Finally, after multiple inquiries, we received an email saying they didn't even have our pillow covers. This was something they could have told us months earlier so we could have chosen a different design and avoided further delays. When we requested that the representative return to help us select new colors, they refused. To make matters worse, a representative called to demand payment and was incredibly rude. There was no apology, no attempt to accommodate us, no discount offered, and no explanation for the situation. The lack of professionalism and care from this company is astounding. If you check my review history, you'll see that I usually leave 5-star ratings, and I rarely leave negative feedback--but this company was an absolute disaster and should not be in business. read more

I am so pleased with the high quality of work done for me, by Robert Temple, and his gang at Arizona Custom Cushions. I was treated royally by Becky, Stephanie, Scott, and Robert himself, by being given curb service, because I'm in a wheelchair and had difficulty coming in to the store. They made me a beautiful, perfectly fitted to my needs, cushion for my wheelchair, and I cannot say enough for how I appreciate the difference. It has made for my comfort level. It's completely removable and washable cover over a medium, dense foam, that provides height and perfect firmness. Thank you so much guys, I just absolutely love my new cushion. Great value, excellent pricing. God bless you, Jan Webb read more

Great company. Very accommodating to your individual situation and they deliver great results. Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend custom cushion of Arizona enough. I have a very odd shaped bench that I inherited with my first home purchase and for the life of me I could not find any company who was able to provide a set of cushions for it. That is until I picked up the phone and gave Custom Cushion of Arizona a call. Robert is nothing short of an expert in his field and he guided me through the process from start to finish. Robert took the time to drive across town and measure my bench, provide color swatches on demand, and gave me his professional opinion on how I can best outfit the bench for my family. Fast forward a few weeks later and I now have beautiful looking cushions that align with the odd shape of my bench PERFECTLY... Robert even came out to deliver and install them himself! I am absolutely blown away by Custom Cushion of Arizona and I am confident that you will not find a company that provides a higher quality product or customer service than Robert does. Thank you for making my patio livable once again! read more

I am very happy with the cushions - and the customer service. I had a need for unusually shaped cushions. The first go around the chaise lounge cushion backing was too tight of a fit. Paula said bring them back and a very short time later I got the call that they were completed - the fit was perfect. All of the cushions look great! read more

My experience with CCA exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The team of Becky and Scott were very professional and friendly. They provided a price over the phone which dropped even lower when I came to the office and we remeasured my cushions. They quoted a week to finish the project and the material was in three days later. They completed the work ahead of schedule and at half the price of the other competitors I contacted. I am very satisfied with the end result and highly recommend CCA to anyone looking for upholstery work in the greater Phoenix area. read more

I was charged my full order but only received part of it. They were disorganized (ie: asked me if I was going to pick it up; despite having charged me over $70 for shipping). Also, they ignored my inquiries after I got only a partial order. read more

Fantastic one on one (was actually two on two) service. Went in to order chaise lounge cushions for the pool area that wouldn't stain or fade. Large selection of patterns and colors and options to select from. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered custom cushions and they are helping get us a quote on a gazebo top that won't fade!!! It gets very tiresome to keep replacing things outside simply because of the sun. read more

No I wouldn't recommend this apholsterer! We were doing some redecorating and we're having this business. Make two pillows for matching chairs. Not only was the quality disappointing, but he made two different sizes. He did not take responsibility at all for it, and refused to reimburse us. Since we were out of the fabric, I had to find new fabric and have new pillows made. It turned out to be costly. He was very rude when I tried to talk to him, patiently, about it. He said, "I'll give you $20!" I've seen nice work by him but as it turns out, I would not take the risk. read more

I needed cushions for a fairly large U-shaped firepit and CCA was an excellent choice. The cushions fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Special shout-out to Becky who helped me pick the perfect color to match the tile and make the other selections. Plus the cushions were actually done early (that never happens these days!). We are very happy with the product and quality of customer service. read more

We needed very odd shaped cushions redone for our patio furniture. This company did an AWESOME job recovering them. Becky and her staff was very professional and after {addy O left us hanging for over 5 months and still no material, they had us come in and had the samples ready for the fabric in stock. The options were beautiful, the recommendations and support was very appreciated. They finished the cushions for us in less than 30 days. I would highly recommend Becky to assist you, she listens and delivers. read more

I wanted to surprise my husband with new cushions for his Mission Style Chair. So obviously I could take the old ones. I measured as best I could and brought those measurements. I picked out a beautiful leather vinyl that will hold up very well and the cushion is very sturdy. The cushions were perfect! They fit snugly and are very comfortable. The seams and zipper have excellent workmanship. If you need any cushions, in or outdoors come here. You will not be disappointed. read more

I spent a year trying to replace worn out cushions on my patio chairs to no avail. I saw Custom Cushion of Arizona on Yelp with excellent reviews. I took my cushions for four chairs in to John and picked out fabric to coordinate with my throw pillows. Less than three weeks later, days earlier than was promised, I had my new cushions and my patio looks better than ever. The quality of workmanship and professionalism is outstanding. Terrible - no communication - no fabric available - no foam available - excuses from President of Company - Mr. Temple - lies as well. Tried to tell me I could still receive product this month and the order had yet to be placed as every fabric I chose was unavailable- I would then choose another - be told it was available - then told 1.5 weeks later actually it is not!! Shop local and small where they care about the customer and keep their word. read more

I am so surprised that Custom Cushions of Arizona is not on Yelp yet. Located in Phoenix- conveniently off the 101- this business is hands down one of the best I have worked with in outdoor cushion replacement. Arizona sun takes a toll on our outdoor furniture and to have found such a wonderful company to work with in replacement cushions is awesome! The owner was wonderful in all her help with me choosing my fabric and redesigning my cushions to a more updated look. My 10 year old set now looks new with just changing out to new cushions! I am not a being review writer, but when something is THIS good - you just have to! I came here quite by chance - a drive-by. I was frustrated with the "top" cushion provider in town for giving me the runaround for over a month, and when I drove by the sign, I had to try. I was pleasantly surprised, when the owner herself, listened to my issue, suggested a fix, and offered to expedite the process as much as she could. Now words are words ... BUT, everything she said was true. The quality of the cushions is great, the service was amazing, and the best of the best factor is this - they UNDERpromised, and OVERdelivered. Yes - my job came in at less than quoted, and faster than quoted. WOW. I am definitely coming back, and I think over time - this will become the TOP provider in town, as customer realize that they don't have to settle anymore. read more

I am so pleased with my new patio furniture cushions! I had several irregular shapes and couldn't find off the shelf replacements. We ordered new porch cushion covers for a couch, two chairs and a footstool this summer from Custom Cushion of Arizona. I was leery about placing an order for couch cushions through the internet, but Danni, the sales rep, was so nice and walked me through everything. I was given an initial quote after sending in measurements. Danni was so helpful when I had to make changes a couple of times. We took off the old covers and mailed them in and back came our new ones which fit perfectly. What a pleasant experience. And the price was reasonable and much better than purchasing all new furniture would have been. Highly recommend this company. read more

I have two mid-century modern chairs that I needed replacement cushions for. I could not find what I was looking for anywhere. Then, I ran across, "Custom Cushion of Arizona". I read the reviews and did some research, and even though I live in California, I decided to go ahead with my order. I am so happy that I made that decision! Ordering was a breeze. There is a place (on their website) to input the dimensions, your fabric choice, along with other details. I received a confirmation email, and an estimated delivery date. Like clockwork, my order arrived right on time. When I looked at my cushions for the first time, I was very, very impressed. The stitching, and every detail was perfect!! Now, several months later, I could not be any happier! Craftsmanship, is alive and well at, "Custom Cushion of Arizona"! read more
