Unable to source a new base, F&R seamlessly welded a new post on to the original one. I also requested a total reupholstery with new leather and padding. The chair now looks better than new. The other item was restrapping a Breuer chair - less challenging perhaps - but perfectly executed. The company kept me informed throughout the process and were unfailingly civil and responsive. From my first call with the owner Rick, to the home visit with their interior designer Cheyenne I was enthralled by their professionalism, and their level of expertise, attention to detail and views on environmentalism.
