I left a message and got a call back within five minutes. They asked me to text a few photos to see if the chairs were ones they could do the work on and advised me that the chairs were a good brand, in good condition frame-wise, and well worth repairing. They offered to pick up all five pieces the next day, with a very reasonable pickup/delivery charge and brought a large selection of fabric samples for my selection. I expected to have to wait a couple of months but within two weeks they delivered the chairs and placed them on our patio behind the house. Having replaced the slings a few years ago, I was very pleased with the fair price by PATIO KING, almost half of what other companies were quoting. They charge for pickup and delivery. Returned the chaises in virtually new condition, found replacement rollers, aligned one of the frame tops that had been twisted. All in about 25% of cost of replacement, assuming you could fine high quality frames. Good communication by email and phone.
