Keith the store manager made our experience so perfect. My mom has a really hard time finding shoes for her feet as they swell. He showed her things that work for her. Her got down on the floor and helped her with her shoes. She had purchased some insoles that she never ever used and he fixed them so that they would work for her. This was my second visit to Foot Solutions. On this visit I took my mom in to buy her shoes for her birthday. The sales lady was great! She measured my moms foot and listened to what we were looking for and brought out several pair for her to try. It's nice to have someone actually fit the shoes on your feet to make sure they fit properly. There was a good selection and she was very patient while we decided which shoes to get. I like that everything carried in the store is high quality and good for your feet. My mom was thrilled with the purchase and is still extremely happy with her choice. Great shoe store for folks like me who have problem feet. So glad I found this shop on Yelp. Very friendly and helpful staff. I tried on a lot of shoes before I found a perfect pair. The shoes are not cheap but they are mostly orthotic, so if that's not what you need, go elsewhere. But like I said, if you have problems with your feet, are diabetic, or anything where you need decent shoes, then this is the place to go. Great selection of sneakers, lovely sandals, flipflops with arch support, all sorts of shoes. Definitely worth checking out. They are closed on Sundays. read more

I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes on 5/22/23 from Foot Solutions, Goodyear, AZ. I was told that the shoes would be at the store in 10-14 days. Having heard nothing, I called the store this morning, which was Day 14. The person answering the call told me that they hadn't received the shoes and that he would check into it and get back to me today. After hearing nothing all day, I called the store back at 4:00 PM, as I wanted to get an answer before they closed at 6:00 PM. I found out that the company that was supposed to ship the shoes never received the order and it was going to be another 10 days before the store received the shoes. What really makes me angry about this is that the Goodyear store actually found out this information this morning and I had to call back to find it out! Thoroughly disappointed in the customer service, I asked for a full refund and ordered the shoes from the source company directly online. read more

My children have talotarsal dislocation, and it is critical we have them in properly fitting shoes. We've tried the pick off the rack shoe stores, but they don't provide the right fit. I purchased orthotics and two pairs of sandals last year. Wish I had done it sooner, like years ago! My lower back pain is gone and I can walk without getting tired and sore. While the shoe quality is excellent, their ordering practice is extremely poor. Two pair of shoes were ordered on 12/30/13. Three calls were placed after assurance of delivery on 1/3/14. I was told bad weather, death, very busy time of year, lack of help.... I was told the order was not placed until 1/6/14 on 1/14/14. Plenty of opportunity was given for this company to fess up and simply state they were incapable of processing the order in a timely manner. I was offered a refund. Another irritating factor, Foot Solutions processed the credit card immediately on 12/30/14. Unfortunate they were not as speedy on delivery. read more

This is a great store for anyone with feet. Seriously, it is a good idea to stop in here and have one of the pedorthists evaluate your feet and your walk. That's a service we old timers were used to receiving when we went to a shoe store. When everything turned to self service, we were left to guess at what is a good fit. Of course, we need more than a good fit, we need the right shoe. My husband and I both own shoes from Foot Solutions and are so happy with them. We were having pains in our knees and low back from the poor fitting, poor supporting shoes we had chosen on our own. With Patti's help, we were able to find really nice looking shoes that also provide lots of support. The prices in this store are not discount store prices - you will pay a bit more but the quality is outstanding. The shoes last forever. Well worth the investment. And best of all, your shoes will actually fit your feet. If your size isn't in stock, they can order them in for you. Service. Quality. Pleasant environment. My wife and I stopped in to Foot Solutions yesterday because I am struggling with plantar fasciitis. I am impressed with the care and time they took to help explain my condition. About one month prior, I saw a podiatrist who diagnosed the condition and sold me orthotics and gave me some stretches to do, but the condition persisted. Foot solutions at Estrella Falls in Goodyear, AZ closed the loop between the orthotic that the podiatrist prescribed and good, stabilized shoes that the doctor never mentioned. I mean the doctor said wear good stable shoes, but I didn't really know what that meant so I got a pair of new athletic shoes (but they weren't stabilized). At Foot Solutions, they showed me how the athletic shoe I was wearing bent in half at the midsole, which prevented the orthotic from doing the best job it could. Then they explained how a stabilized shoe with a shank in the sole did not bend that way. They sold me Brooks Ghost, which is stabilized, plus a pair of orthotic sandals to wear everywhere else, like when I get out of bed in the morning. I am very familiar with Brooks Ghost, because I have a pair for running, but I didn't consider having another pair to wear at other times when I wasn't running. I just visited Foot Solutions yesterday and my foot already feels better. And their prices are very competitive. Both the Brooks and the Vionic sandals I purchased are the exact same price on Amazon. But those shoes may not be the best solution for everyone. The point is, if you have sore feet, or plantar fasciitis like me, stop by this Foot Solutions store, let them take a look at your feet and listen to them. Once my plantar fasciitis eases, and I can run again, I'm going back to Foot Solution and buy a fresh pair of Brooks Ghost's for running. Foot Solutions provided a great service to me.
