This is about the third or fourth time here and there's not much shoppers, so it's like having the store to yourself. I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.

They're both Cowboys and needed to find a suit that would fit over cowboy boots. We knew this would be a tricky task. We love Men's Wearhouse because they're always so helpful and we love the egara line, but this experience turned out to be a little different. Everything was going great. Riley was pulling us different suits off the rack to try and he almost had their sizes perfect just by guess. He was so helpful and accommodating (they tried on a lot). We had an issue with my dad's boots showing too much and asked if they had any tape to help tape the shaft. I'm not sure of the lady's name who was working but she was snarky and seemed to be inconvenienced by us. Nevertheless she did end up helping by offering us some caution tape, but the experience onward was more like she was inconvenienced by us. A bad impression to make when we ended up spending almost 1000$ in the store. As we were coming down to our final decisions, she said we needed to clean up our space and started putting our options back on the rack. We would have been happy to move them elsewhere if she would have asked. Riley was awesome! I think if she would have been the one helping us, we may have taken our business to a different location or store. We love Men's Wearhouse and I'm sure we will be back in the future however, I would recommend having a conversation with her because you definitely could've lost a sale.

I mean, I fit between medium and large, but it just seems like the other store goes out of stock much faster than this one. The employees at this location are pretty friendly, and I love the dressing rooms here more than the ones at the other store. I feel like they're just set up more conveniently. When they have coupons available or sales, I do feel there are great deals to be had, but I honestly would not recommend shopping here without a coupon or sale... their "regular" prices are insanely high!

Not just that, my second visit several weeks later he remembered so much about me. Just refreshing to have that personal shopper feel these days. The store is evolving nicely, 2 visits in 3 weeks and I spotted a lot more new products brought in. What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices. Not just that, but in the material collection that I am a huge fan of, this TB outlet has more patterns than I've seen on their site and store.
