First of all, Service sucks balls. You buy clothes from Old Navy, friendly reminder that they use "Old" systems. Can't do an exchange, can't get a refund on gift card for the exchange, has to be refunded no matter what, re buy the items again for the exchange. If you spent $50, $100 or $200 at Old Navy. Be prepared to spend another $50, $100 or $200 again on top of your returns which will take about a week or so. You could be out of cash! Not epic at all! Sounds boring and not appealing to me or should for anyone. No one wants to spend "more" money for an exchange. Old Navy still in 1999. Ain't shopping there until you have everything corrected or just close it down already! Not convince at all. Wasteful and time consuming. Not worth the hype guys read more

Every time I come to specifically this location, I always have an unpleasant experience. The manager with long blonde hair and two nose piercings is extremely unpleasant to work with and VERY aggressive and rude. It's unfortunate that I love old navy's clothing so much, but this location is just so uncomfortable to be at. Would never recommend. read more

This location is really nice. They have a large selection. I don't frequent here too often. My favorite department to shop is for the girls. Itnwas funner when they were in toddler sizes. Not much for their current size. Boys and men's clothes were a hit this visit. Clothes for me here as far is working out is great. Other than that I have a hard time finding something that isn't full of wrinkles or a bit sloppy looking. My current wardrobe is bad enough. Our Yelp supa star May in California scored some adorable sun dresses here. I have been come more often hoping to get just as lucky. They do have some good sales some times. read more

Not a single employee was folding any of these heaps of clothes which encompassed every single table top. Couldn't figure out which items belonged in which sale categories at times. It really looked like a bad was just dumped on each table. Certain areas my kids were tripping over items that were strewn in the aisles. It was disgusting! Haven't shopped at an old navy in a while- won't be going back to this location anytime soon. Employees at the registers were efficient with the line. That's the only positive here. Luckily- because I couldn't wait to get out of there. Oh and one more thing- I could only find 2 pairs of shorts in my daughters size that didn't have a hole in the crotch/leg region. This old navy is my go to and never had a problem until one day, the manager lady embarrassed me. Every employee ask to open the old navy credit card at the checkout and I always say no, that's fine since that's one of the retail thing. However, until one day, (I'm sure she was a some sort of manager because all the employees were asking her questions.) the jacket I wanted was expensive, Which was not in my budget on that day even after the discounts so I said I don't need it. She insist that I should get it and I should open up the credit card so I can get 30% off. I said no thank you. She proceeded to say "give me one good reason why you can't apply for them and I will leave you alone" with her arms crossed with "the boss lady look". She had that "watch me how it's done" attitude around the employees and I feel like she was trying to show off. I didn't know what to say, why I don't want a credit card is my business and I should not have to explain to a random person. I was furious and embarrassed. I tried leaving a feedback with old navy but haven't had a luck with it. read more

Customer service is always great here. Not overly crowded whenever I come and it is always well organized. I would recommend coming here!

I am always on the look out for jeans on sale because of my off size. I'm only 5'1 but in between juniors and misses and plus size. My outfits are all so randomly sized. I might wear a small t shirt in plus but a medium skirt in juniors. Aaaargg. Anyhow, old navy's super skinny jeans are the best fit for me. For now at least. They are usually never at this low price. I was able to get them for under $16 bucks. I think the cheapest I've ever paid on sale and with coupons was $19.99. So I was happy that I happened to stop by today just to browse and found the right color and right size. I picked the exact same jeans, literally same brand same size just different color and you know...they were too big. Seriously cracks me up these sizes. I don't go as often as I used to since my kids began wearing uniforms 3 years ago at a different school but I do stop by for their play clothes and summer outfits that won't last past each summer break. read more

This Old Navy appears to have an overabundance of merchandise, but try to find the size you need and you'll be hunting longer than necessary...maybe even frustrated when you DON'T locate the sizes you seek. I have been in here four times shortly after they open on any RANDOM Sunday morning, with the Old Navy newspaper insert in hand...and all I find are piles of size X-small and XXL. I'm beginning to think these are the only sizes they carry. Why advertise merchandise you don't have? I have even tried to shop on their website and met with the same frustration of LACK of sizes too. Their check-out seems to take longer than the amount of time I was looking around the store...very disappointing! :( read more

Quality Products at Reasonable Prices. The sales associates at Old Navy are always friendly, often giving discounts and advising about sales and promotions. There is always a associate ready to assist however, they are not pushy like many other department stores. Old Navy prices are very affordable for families on a budget or if you are buying clothing for children who are especially hard on clothing. It is unfortunate that Synchrony is no longer servicing Old Navy/ The Gap's credit card. I never had a problem with them .Their new financial bank servicing their credit card is now Barclays effective June 20, 2021. I never received the new Old Navyiest credit card. I called they sent another and still nothing. I was a longtime customer of Old Navy but now I had to close the account because I do not know where these credit cards are going and they do have my correct address. You can no longer make a payment in the store. You can make an online payment but to register you need the full number of the credit card (which I do not have) or you can pay on the phone which I am not a fan of paying a credit card bill with another credit card. Four statements have been issued which I never received. I sent a check for my remaining Synchrony balance using the last four digits of their credit card since I have nothing else and a note with what is going on and it has not been cashed. What a mess and a nightmare having personal information out there. Barclays, I will not do business with you. read more

This location was filthy and disgusting today! When I tried clothes on the floor was so dirty I had to clean my feet before I could put my shoes back on. The restroom trash was full of dirty diapers that smelled aweful. I was there at 9am right when they opened so it's not like they had been busy all day. I love Old Navy but not this location. As a shopper and mother of two girls, sometimes when I am shopping I don't have the girls with me so I buy clothes and girls try at home if there is a problem with size I bring it back and exchange for a different size. I do not have any issue at JCP, Macy's, Khols or any other retailer except this Old navy. This Saturday I could not believe it that staff was arguing with me about exchanging a jeans with a receipt, 90 days old, but with a receipt. They flat out refused to do any thing for me. I could not believe it. They were telling me that it was not their policy or this or that. I went to their Avondale location and wow big difference in customer service. They helped me with a smile. No argument or embarrassment for me. The reason I gave one star because this was not my first bad experience at this location. Once I had a GAP gift card which they refused to take, went to Avondale Old Navy no problem. Second time they did not want to give me a coupon when you spend $50, you never have this issue at Avondale location. You think they would be on top of their game because this is the holiday season but I do not think any one cares.
