She went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience. She went through what I should look for in a boot, how it should fit, and went over every tiny detail. In the back of the store are an ample supply of regular and fancy cowboy boots in men's, women's and children's sizes. Just about any color you can imagine. While the selection of items was a wide variety Aside from no acknowledgement upon entry, I cannot get past how messy the store was. Clothes on the ground and tossed over racks, sugar packets in the floors, tags and plastic on the floor of the fitting room and around the store, the racks being over filled and clothes were actually hung up inside out. I decided not to make a purchase here and will go to the one by my house. I know the value and pride Boot Barn takes as a company and I don't believe this location is aligned with that goal sadly. read more

Almost every boot I seen on the shelf had been clearly worn and they want you to pay full price for a boot that's scuffed to hell and has some kind of drink stains on it (no it wasn't supposed to look like that) Not a single sole greeted me I was given only dirty looks The selection is horrible for men's and women's. read more

I went in to use my 10% off for my birthday for the entire month! This location does not do this. I spent over an hour and telling me this store doesn't do birthday for entire month! Great experience today at this Boot Barn location. I came today with a friend so she could try on some boots she was hoping to purchase and I could help wrangle her kids so should actually do it ha ha . I have never been to this location only the one off Bell rd. until today. I've been looking for a pair of boots myself so I was hoping to at least look around a bit while there to come back later. We were greeted right away and the store was very large and clean. Everything was organized and easy to find. There is a great clothes selection as well as jewelry and more. So for those thinking this is strictly a boot store it is so much more. Prices can be high, but everything is great quality and will last a long time. Service was awesome and my friend was able to get her boots in her size, they carried things to the front for her, thanks us for our business and made sure to make the kids feel special showing them some alligator boots and they thought that was all so cool. My daughter and I came in to look for a pair of boots and the staff was quick to be friendly and guide us to the right isle. I've been to several cowboy bars, after all we are in the Southwest, but never needed a real pair of my own. But an event came up and I did needed them. Not the fake ones from another continent for $10.00. I mean, there's nothing wrong with that, but I like the feel of real leather. I'm already a shoe-aholic and my other gorgeous boots needed the company. We first headed towards what I liked, I didn't even looked at the price first because if you've ever bought real boots, they are pricey. But at this point, I knew exactly what I wanted and I just hoped they had my style and my size. Which for some reason, shoe stores run out quick out of my size. Buyer beware!!!!! Boots are an expensive investment like buying an expensive pair of running shoes. You CANNOT return boots if the tag is taken off, even if never worn!! We needed a smaller size for a pair of Ariat boots. Be very careful and aware of their policies before spending money here. The manager said there are certain brands they carry that they won't take back vs other their "own store" brands they will take back within a certain period. All boots are $$ and they should be willing to help customers with all brands they allow to be sold in their store!!! I spoke with manager naomi store 227 refused to warranty my 6 month old boots with chunks missing I will attach photos. Instead of offering any solutions the manager just became argumentative. The old lady working in the wrangler section made me feel like I was trying to steel when I was looking for my jean size. She looked over my shoulder and practically yelled can I help you find your size. She was in the way and trying to make all the jeans look neat while im trying to look at them. Go away. I hate to write a bad review on a great store with quality products. I went in to buy a leather belt, picked the one I liked went to the check out and the lady manager that was there had a very poor attitude that I decided not to purchase at all. This happened on December the 27th at 3:45 p.m. Not the young lady but the older one. 2 Weeks prior to that I had purchased some nice ariats boots from the Scottsdale Store on Raintree Dr. and they provided superb customer service and everyone had a great attitude. Walked in looking for roper boots. Asked two separate staff members for help. The first one threw boots at me (literally) and said this is what we have before I even asked for my size. Second lady just straight ignored us. Called manager later and she said just said we were busy. The selection is also not that great if you are over size 10 in boots. read more

Manager is terrible at this location... I bought a pair of work boots about 1 month ago and the front of toes started coming off and told me that is just what happens! And there is nothing that can be done. I was honestly pretty annoyed because the boots cost 200-250$. So I left and went to the boot barn In Glendale and guess what? The manager did the warranty on the boots and could not figure out what that manager at the store was talking about. He thinks it was just because the other manager was being lazy and did not want to deal with it. Someone needs to look at this store honestly. To start there was not enough staff to help everyone. The most disappointing part was the prices. I bought a pair of boots for 190.99. When I got home I noticed something funny with the tag. I peeled back their tag and found the original that was marked 149.99 from the original brand. The up charge of 40 dollars is ridiculous. I started comparing the price on the boot barn website for various boot brands to the originals and all are marked up atleast 40 dollars if not more. The customer service is severely lacking. Went in to get several pairs of jeans and a pair of boots. The boots had scuff marks on the toe so the young lady said the associate at the counter could condition them for me, to make sure they were just scuffed and it wasn't a deep scratch. The associate didn't know how to condition them which is fine, but the second associate did but never offered to help. I waited 20 minutes and went outside. When I came back in the second associate left and the first associate was now checking out other customers and my boots were still untouched. After 45 minutes I left. The store lost a $450 dollar sale. Additionally, the fitting room in this store had about 20 pairs of jeans in it. The jeans on the shelves were in disarray and not organized. Not a store worth shopping in. Recommend going to either the store in Glendale or Buckeye. The associates are much more engaged with helping you. Boot barn has always been one of my favorite stores, I find something I I love every time I come in. Unfortunately, this location was a disappointment. I bought a jacket and asked to use my points and a gift card, and then pay for the remainder. The transaction was not done properly so I came back into the store to work it out; however, the customer service that I received from Yaddy was not great. She was not friendly or efficient in the process and I left the store frustrated. I have to say I love boot barn and their product, but this experience was a bit unsatisfactory. read more

New store with a pretty good selection of western wear. I was here on a Friday night and there was no one to help you with clothes or boots. There were two cashiers but they were busy helping out customers check out. I had to ask one of them to help me unlock the change room so that I could try on my Wranglers. The boot selection is ok but mostly rubber soles. If you want boots, I would recommend Cowtown Boots instead as they have a better selection and have real cowboy boots made with leather soles more. My wife bought the wrong size for me and I went in to exchange them a week later to get a 1/2 size bigger. The clerk told me to go pick the size I needed off the shelf, but they didn't have them. When I came back to the counter I asked if they had more in the back, they were off put and wouldnt go back to check and not helpful. Then when I asked to get my money back they told me the boots were worn, dirty and wouldn't take them back. I told her never worn them besides trying them on at my house, I wiped them off because they had dust on them and asked if she was serious. She said there was nothing they could do for me and told me I could go buy the right size. Since this kind of behavior is tolerated by employees I will never step foot in a Boot Barn again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I used to spend lots of money there buying boots for my family and I every year. Good thing there are plenty of other options that don't have ridiculous employees that can apparently do whatever they want at the time. I couldn't find any service boots or workboots in the store. I buy two pairs of boots a year but this location doesn't carry them. Lots of blue jeans with rhinestones and be dazzled pockets. Multicolored cowboy boots were abundant. This store might be better for women. read more
