Great experience today at this Boot Barn location. I came today with a friend so she could try on some boots she was hoping to purchase and I could help wrangle her kids so should actually do it ha ha . I have never been to this location only the one off Bell rd. until today. I've been looking for a pair of boots myself so I was hoping to at least look around a bit while there to come back later. We were greeted right away and the store was very large and clean. Everything was organized and easy to find. There is a great clothes selection as well as jewelry and more. So for those thinking this is strictly a boot store it is so much more. Prices can be high, but everything is great quality and will last a long time. Service was awesome and my friend was able to get her boots in her size, they carried things to the front for her, thanks us for our business and made sure to make the kids feel special showing them some alligator boots and they thought that was all so cool. Great stop today.

I spoke with manager naomi store 227 refused to warranty my 6 month old boots with chunks missing I will attach photos. Instead of offering any solutions the manager just became argumentative. The boot is missing chunks to the point of causing instability an extremely dangerous situation that can be avoided I've proceeded to purchase my 250$ boots from elsewhere until this issue is resolved overall your manager is unprofessional and confrontational maybe some retraining or redirecting would help this place is great for urban cowboys attempting to collect the look not for a blue collar person

Your cashiers aren't welcoming, don't greet . They work in customer service the least they should do is know how to say thank you.

DANIEL helped us to expedite our purchase and we are very happy with his purchases but more importantly with the kindness and knowledge DANIEL shared with us. First of all this post is about The blond sales girl ( since there was no name tag on) I want to…read moresay that RICARDO is a top notch sales person. Helped me with my purchase and tried to find something for my interview. Now onto the one star. I bought a shirt from Ricardo and asked about the return policy if my wife didn't like it. He said bring the receipt and the original payment and it will all be taken care of. So the next day I went to the store to return the shirt. I was told by said sales girl that I had to join their rewards program to be able to return the shirt. I asked why do I have to join just to return a shirt, and also why wasn't I asked at the beginning of the transaction about this program? She said that they only way it can be returned. So I unhappily agreed with my info. Then I got my return back paperwork back and then was thinking about it. Something wasn't right. So I began to dig into their return policy on the website. Nothing about me joining their rewards program for a returned item. I proceeded to call customer care. Explained how disgusted I was with the unethical service I got. If she has done this to me how many others has she done this to? I asked the customer service agent to have their district manager call me is now been four days and I have not received a phone call yet. Is this how you take care of your customers Or potential customers in the future. I was told that someone would reach out to me and I haven't had a call. I didn't want an email. I like to voice the concerns to whom ever is in charge. I hate to say this but done do business with the Blond girl there ONLY SEE RICARDO for your purchase. He's genuine and honest.
