DSW is a shoe store for men, women and children. They also sell socks, the occasional backpack or clothing item, water bottles, and a small selection of toys. Value varies greatly. There seems to constantly be one sale or another. There is always a clearance section. Sign up for their rewards program to earn money back, and additional discounts. DSW does send out daily, if not multiple a day emails. Sending out so many emails is corporate, not store specific. Other than when checking out, I haven't interacted much with the employees here. Checkout is quick and easy. DSW has done away with disposable bags. Shoppers are welcome to bring their own. Once, I asked if they had a shoe in a different size. I came in this week to do an exchange that I had purchased at another location. The parking lot was easily accessible and store easy to find. Upon entry I was greeted and told to take the return to the register. After telling her what I was looking for she told me she'd hold my return while I looked for what I needed. This location is large just as their other locations and a great selection. I found many shoes I loved, but I was trying to stick to what I came for this week. While I didn't find the exact style/color I was looking for I did come close and left with another pair. The cashier was helpful and I realize after my last experience at another location when I wasn't even given a bag that they only offer you reusable bags if you'd like to but one for a small fee. It was nice I was offered one this go round here. Service was great all around and I'll definitely visit this location more when I'm in need. The prices were great for what I was buying. read more

Came to buy shoes for our daughter, we had to use the restroom and it was full of cockroaches. We told their staff and they all basically blew us off, they said no one wants to deal with them or clean them up. We asked for a broom to clean them up, they still blew us up. So overall their customer service/satisfaction is irrelevant. read more

Great store if you want to feel like a criminal. I went in for a quick visit since I had my two hyperactive toddlers with me. We needed sneakers for a vacation and I put it off as long as I could. The man who was clearly a security guard hovered maybe ten feet away from us the entire time. Every once In a while he would go right next to us and pretend to be on his phone. It made me feel awful. There were plenty of other people he could have followed and not a struggling mom with two exhausted kids. I was doing my best to be quick with trying shoes on my little one but it was clearly not fast enough. read more

They have a great selection of shoes and the store was very well stocked and clean. The customer service was great. I had a coupon that expired on 12/24 and because we were traveling, I didn't get a chance to use it. They told me to come in and they would take care of it for me. Wow! I love this DSW. I have been SO successful in finding good deals at this location! Like the $8 adorable flats I got today! I love that clearance section! I appreciate that there is an amazing variety for size 10 shoes. There's even a decent variety of size 11 shoes , which is typically pretty impossible to find. I also appreciate that the associates are so friendly and helpful! An associate even carried several of our finds up to the front for us when we're struggling to carry them while we shopped. I went to DSW on Friday just to check out what's new. This was my first time at this location because I have recently moved to the area and I am so happy that this is my new store! The people were so friendly and helpful! Even though I only had a few minutes, I ended up getting 3 pairs because the prices were awesome and they kept on top of what deals I could get for what I was looking for. The 3 pairs I got cost less than what I would pay for one pair! I was very impressed with the staff. I didn't get anyone's name, but the tall man that was helping me was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The lady that rang me up was really efficient with helping me change my address so that I could make sure to get the coupons. I will definitely be a regular there from now on. read more

I was there a week ago and was very impressed by the staff, the girls where friendly and helpful they made the first experience of renting a tux really smooth. The reason why I'm giving a star review its because everything changed once we whet to pick up the tux. They were indifferent to us, They all look to busy to even say hello, they girl that help us the first time didn't even made eye contact with me. The guys were not friendly they didn't make you feel welcome. And then they bring the tux in. 1st the pans were totally off size, 2nd coat was big and when I told the guy he said "well we can make the sleeves shorter but noting else since its a rental" ( if we would off known they were just going to give us a standard tux, we wouldn't have rendered) 3rd when the Taylor came out to measure the sleeves she was asking us how short ? At the moment I wanted a "professional " there to tell us how short it should be. Then they brought a new pair of pants that actually fit but they looked old not the same quality as the first one. 4rd The shirt was also big but again nothing the could do about it. I can easily tolerate mistakes not a problem with that. I can even overlook simple things like the size of the shirt. But what I won't take is a "way to busy" employee who won't take time to make a customer feel welcome. I guess they didn't do anything wrong, the problem was that I expected much more from them. Since we cloud off whet to any mom and pop shop. In my experience I will never again give my business to men's warehouse. read more

Not only did I have a great experience finding tons of cute shoes on sale, I called back to see if I could find one of the pairs I saw in the clearance rack that weren't in my size in the size that I needed. The associate was wonderful and ordered them for me, honororing the sale price in store with free shipping to my home. I originally called the arrowhead location and they were completely unhelpful...
