This has been one of the most horrible experiences. I have ever had!!! Placed an order never received it! Not only that, I reach out to the company and the shoes was mail to the incorrect address. After i tried countless times to get this fix or undone. I was told by the "Shoe Carnival' ' the company mailed it and we don't care if it went to the incorrect address. this is totally unacceptable not good for business. This location does have a great women's section but like another reviewer said, only one person in the store is actually checking someone out while everyone else stands around talking. I walked up to a register with the manager standing behind it to be told that she can't check out anyone. She literally had to call someone from all the way in the back of the store to come up and check someone out. Shoe carnival gave your location all those hours to have 6 people on a closing shift just to have one person taking care of customers up front. Despite all of that, you can order online and pick up in store with their huge inventory. read more

Not a bad deal. My nephew wanted a pair of Nikes to start off the upcoming new school year. So we decided to try our luck at the Shoe Carnival. The Shoe Carnival has a large selection of merchandise to choose from and the prices appear to be competitive. I purchased two pairs of Nike's for around $100.00 (after coupon and sale). The sales staff is helpful and Shoe Carnival carries a large amount of stock on hand. I'm not sure if I would have done better by going to the Nike Outlet. I ordered a pair of shoes online and called to make sure I would be able to pick it up, the GM "Enrique" gave attitude over the phone and he said I'd be able to pick them up in 5 minutes. I drove 30 minutes to this location just for them to tell me they don't have the shoes in stock when it clearly said they were in stock when I ordered online AND Enrique said he had my order right in front of him. You guys should do a better job at hiring managers instead of people who don't know how to do their job correctly. Even their cash register employees were nicer then him. Good luck getting business with him working there. read more

I had a $5 coupon in the mail so I was like what the heck. And is it next to Home Goods (one of my favie home decoration stores). I got to the store it is like a Famous Footwear with an auction going on. Most of the shoes are off brands and made cheaply. Then loudly over the speakers, they announce the specials for the moment. I ordered a pair of shoes online. They are located in Az and I'm in Ca. So not far. I ordered one pair of shoes on 9/15/20. Yes, they were in stock. Two weeks had passed and I have not received any notification of shipping. I sent an email to their customer service. I received a reply stating we will get back to you. 1 week later still nothing. Fast forward to now 10/19/20 I have sent several more emails but this time with absolutely no response. My order status still reads "processing". I just chatted with someone online via their chat box. I spoke with a Stella who confirmed that my product had not been sent out. I asked why. She stated that they had a large sale and it's taking time to send everything out. Over a month???? She said she can't promise but that I should receive a tracking number next week "sometime". WTH??? Just left the store and 12 people in line and there is a manager in the cash register area just checking shoe sizes and repacking. One cashier - Monika - was trying her best and the manager said oh I'll finish this then help you on register. I'm sorry but I think customers should take prescience. This place has decent deals for shoes and we bought two pairs of name brand Nike / New Balance running shoes that were nice for 100 even after the coupon and deal. Yes they have a guy running around with a microphone and it was packed full of people, but nothing odd or out of line. I love this Shoe Carnival it's such an easy place to shop. The store 99% of the time has the size I need and in a variety of styles. I have large feet and usually I'm relinquished to only having a choice of 2-3 styles. This is not the case at this store. Also, I would highly recommend working with Colleen to help you find the perfect shoe for whatever you are wanting to do athletically. She is extremely knowledgeable about the shoes on the floor and especially Nike. I have been working out and running for 35+ years and working with her just one time I learned more about my shoe needs and shoe specifications than ever before. She helped me find a great workout shoe and even helped me find the perfect socks for my feet. She is a great asset to the store. read more

I've never experienced such rudeness in a store I spent so much money in this store during the holidays and all year long. It's unbelievable how I was treated today while attempting to exchange a pair of shoes they ordered and delivered WRONG. I tell you, I will never shop at this store ever again. I tried exchanging my shoes for the right size and the lady at the register Sheila was so unbelievably rude. I have complained about her rudeness in the past but it doesn't seem like anyone cares (not my problem) she's running off their customers not mine, and honestly I never let her bother me until today. She was beyond rude her co-worker Enrique was rude as well. They expected me to pay for their mistakes and the cashier was using such a rude tone and her boss or co worker Enrique saw how upset I was and he seemed to think it was a bit humorous as he had a smirk in his face while talking to me, not professional.
