She tried telling me that if I wanted the shoes, since they are a popular shoe, I'd have to go to some site where people buy and sell shoes (stockx) and that I was gonna have to buy for 2-3x the price so anywhere from $300 to $400 and she was completely incorrect on this information. However, when I got to the register, the young lady who helped me out, whose name was something like Yasline, was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The store should address this issue by providing better customer service training to their staff to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and not be given this attitude. I have visited this store a few other times and the ladies at the register are always so friendly and welcoming but I've never seen anything like this before. Because of this experience, I will not be revisiting the store, please fix this!

This is about the third or fourth time here and there's not much shoppers, so it's like having the store to yourself. I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.
