Not only did they help me, but they actually listened to my specific needs and accommodated accordingly. I have a massive sneaker collection and needed an orthotic that would not only accommodate virtually all of my shoes, but would also be able to handle being swapped out on a daily basis. A 3D scan of my foot and some specifications helped get things just where I needed. It's been two years of daily wear, including long distance running, and I've yet to need a replacement.
