He seemed inconvenienced when I came to the counter because he was talking to his friend about the football games over the weekend. He did not make eye contact with me at all. The first thing he says to me while looking at the register was " Find everything you're looking for?". I asked him how are you and he gave me the most sinister look I have ever received. He did not make eye contact with me again until I asked him if he was the manager and he said that he is the "2nd highest in charge". It's not my fault that you hate your job and hate your life. No need to take it out on your customers. I will be sure to let everyone know about this horrible experience and I will never come here again.

Quick "in & out" of the dressing room. The style of pant was a slim comfortable fit. The narrow pocket on the left will work well for carrying things. Items that clip or say a flashlight can carry well clipped on the edge of the front or rear pockets. The clothes here are noted to be extremely durable and from what we've come to understand; is that they lasts for YEARS, so ultimately it's worth the high end price point. The store carries much more than just clothes here. Features footwear, accessories and tons of tactical equipment. The employee (Eli?) that assisted us was very helpful and informative about the products we purchased. He has been working for them for 4 years and his knowledge of the brands and customer service was excellent. My son seems extremely happy with his purchase and is excited at what's to come. We will be back. Note- you can order on line or pick up merchandise in store @ 511tactical.com. The staff were busy with a few orders that were being shipped out. Also, you can receive an additional discount if you are *Active-Duty Military, Veterans, First Responders, Medical Personnel, & Teachers* by showing your valid ID of course!

My next piece of furniture will be an armoire for my cardigans, lol! I walked in & was in cardigan heaven of some beautiful pieces, then I was greeted by the lovely associate Marcy who was rearranging some clothes. She offered her help in me finding any pieces that I was in search of as I told her I was looking for some nice cardigans for my visit to my Aunts & Uncles in Boston this November. Well once I mentioned Boston we hit it off as she reminisced on her younger years & her visits to Boston, Marcy helped me along the way finding some amazing cardigans that will last for many years to come! J. Crew had a special going on with everything in store at least 40% off; so being that some items can be a bit pricey that does help save a few coins in your wallet for the next store you visit, lol! After deciding that I was going to stop at three cardigans & my husband picked out his selection of jeans, Marcy couldn't help but tell me to take a look at the final sale items in the back of the store! Thankfully I found some nice short sleeve pastel t-shirts for 60% off which you can't beat! Everything that I purchased I just love & can't wait to wear... don't know which cardigan I want to wear first, love them all so much! What makes this store great isn't just the gorgeous, high quality clothes that they sell but the people that are there to help you! They're not there to hunt you down but they're there whenever you're ready for their assistance & they're so nice without being pushy to make a purchase you may regret later! There's so many stores out there that can use more associates like Marcy because it's also those associates that can help to make or break that sale!
