They just hand you back the hearing aids, tell you to stop by in a few months. Unfortunately in about a weeks time the units have issues. It's just on going with these things. They told me at one point the units were collecting ear wax. I purchased the cleaning device for approximately two hundred dollars. No change, no help. I contacted the company, and their response was to send me a PDF user's manual that doesn't even address the issue of units that don't operate. The manual only addresses paring issues. So to anyone considering this product, I would have to strongly urge you to explore other options. I'm currently out of the country on business, and I have to stop by a local hearing center, and try to get fitted for something, because these things decided to stop working. This was an Eight Thousand dollar rip off. Don't end up like me.

This company obviously does not take your time seriously.
