Karisa who took our appointment called the hearing aid manufacturer and after some research, discovered that my mom's hearing aids were still under warranty under an international program. She sent them out to get fixed and it was all still under warranty so shipping and repair was all covered. I would definitely recomend this office. The staff seems to actually care about providing the best service and there is an actual on site doctor of audiology vs a tech which is what you might get at a big retail store.

I really do not need the exact same words regurgitated at me multiple times. If I had questions after the first time, I am going to have the same questions after the remainder of the repeats. Again, Dr. Perry was amazing but not worth dealing with the receptionists lack of listening abilities.

They are so completely unreliable. If you have to travel like I do and attend meetings and training sessions, you're just going to end up embarrassed, when they just decide to stop working for reasons unknown. When you stop by the store, they put on a big show, but they never really explain any of the technical issues that could be occurring. They just hand you back the hearing aids, tell you to stop by in a few months. Unfortunately in about a weeks time the units have issues. It's just on going with these things. They told me at one point the units were collecting ear wax. I purchased the cleaning device for approximately two hundred dollars. No change, no help. I contacted the company, and their response was to send me a PDF user's manual that doesn't even address the issue of units that don't operate. The manual only addresses paring issues. So to anyone considering this product, I would have to strongly urge you to explore other options. I'm currently out of the country on business, and I have to stop by a local hearing center, and try to get fitted for something, because these things decided to stop working. This was an Eight Thousand dollar rip off. Don't end up like me.

He is fun, patient, informative and took his time with my child. I love that he wanted us to do more tests before jumping the gun for a tonsillectomy. Wait time is a bit of an annoyance but I expected it. My appt was at 11:10 and was not seen until 12. There were a ton of people being seen on a Monday. Check in was easy. The front desk staff gave me a tablet of some sort instead of paperwork to fill out. I was even able to pay via table so it made it east. The clinic was a bit small but I expected it.
