They even had cold water, soda, and coffee available in the waiting room while you wait. The removal process itself was quick and painless. It turned out that I had less earwax than anticipated so Dr. Alicia charged me half the cost than I initially expected. A wonderful experience from start to finish, thank you very much!

I chose Grusecki Audiology since they were close by and had very favorable reviews with my insurance. I only had contact with 2 people; Keri, the patient coordinator and Dr. Nance. From the moment I walked in, the greetings and conversations were warm, pleasant, and enjoyable. Dr. Nance conducted a hearing test that was very thorough and based on the result provided recommendations. All my questions and concerns regarding those recommendations were answered professionally and I never once felt pressured into a particular brand or style. Through the question and answer process, I felt the recommendation was the best choice for me, and to this day, I'm glad I opted for that. During this process, there was a young lady by the name of Sienna temporarily working with Dr. Nance and her input was very good too. All in all this has been a 5 star experience and would reccommend this team to anyone. Curtis A.

They seem to be pretty good on the medical side, hence I gave them the extra star. But, man-o-man…read morethey can butcher up the bigger part of the experience from front desk, insurance, file maintenance and communication. I arrived early for my appointment with Oasis ENT. I had completed everything online via the link Oasis ENT sent me days in advance . . . name, address, PCP information, insurance, questionnaire; everything. I had no idea of and had no knowledge Ascent Audiology even existing until the Oasis ENT employee checked me in for my prescheduled appointment, said everything looks good, then told me to follow her out the front door, down the sidewalk and into building sharing the parking lot with Oasis ENT. The Oasis ENT employee said Ascent Audiology will perform the testing, then Oasis will finish up, leaving me standing at the counter of Ascent Audiology as the Oasis ENT employee walked back out the lobby door we walked in together. What? In any case, I complied. The Ascent Audiology employee handed me a clipboard with a bunch of printed information and asking me to sign. My name was misspelled, my birthdate was wrong, my address had a misspelling, etc. Can you imagine the nightmare this would cause with the insurance company? Wrong birthdate?! Name misspelled?! Rejected claims. EOBs not generated due to errors. Threats of collection activities, including, but not limited to third party. We've all been thru this. I asked how in the world so much information could be wrong . . . I had input it all in advance myself online. This is when I found out they use a system called "swivel chair". It means even though you provide all the accurate information to Oasis ENT, Oasis ENT and Ascent Audiology do not use the internet to manage data. The internet was invented in the 1990s. The Ascent Audiology process is an Ascent Audiology employee sits in their chair and reads the information on one login screen from Oasis ENT, then swivels their chair to another screen to retype the information into the Ascent Audiology system. That's right, they swivel in their chair back-and-forth typing keystroke after keystroke everything off of one system into another system. No connection. No compatibility. No communication. Just a keystroke-by-keystroke re-entry of data from one system to another. If you have competent employees, that is one thing. And, even then, no one is perfect, not even the most competent of competent people. But, throw in an incompetent employee in a situation like this and what do you get? Misspelled names, birthdates not checked, addresses with typos and screwed up billing, accounts and EOBs that are worthless. And who is left to deal with this mess? You, the customer, that's who. You get the "your insurance has been rejected", "your bill is overdue", etc. to have to clean up. They may be decent on the medical service side, but not worth the other just as important and time consuming problems on the front and back side. Experienced in the IT profession, especially in eliminating the old-school "swivel chair" system from decades ago, Jacqueline said she would have their manager, Denise, call me so I can walk them thru what can be done. But instead, weeks later, just the sound of crickets is all I have heard.

I really enjoy the optometry department and glasses selection at this location…read more Like all Costcos, they have a really good selection of quality bulk items. The food court has reopened after being closed for remodeling over the summer. My only complaint since 2020: BRING BACK THE COSTCO COMBO PIZZA! PLEASSSE!!! Plenty of parking here on two sides of the warehouse with gas station located in front of entrance, near Waddell. Pharmacy located inside near optometrists. They scan your card bar code or app QR code upon entry now, as with other Costcos, instead of visual confirmation of membership card. They have a Christmas tree trailer parked close to Waddell before Christmas. Purchase the tree inside Costco then take receipt to trailer to pick out your tree. Tire and battery center here has quality service and honors battery warranties purchased at Costco.

I am writing to share my experience regarding a washing machine purchased through Costco, which has…read moreresulted in ongoing service concerns and lack of resolution. The appliance was sold with what was understood to be a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Slightly over one year after installation in a newly built home, I discovered water damage (spots on the wall and flooring) behind the unit, indicating a leak. A technician dispatched through Whirlpool evaluated the issue and attributed it to installation concerns, specifically citing low-quality hoses/connectors. He made a temporary adjustment to the setup but clearly indicated it was not a permanent solution. No proper repair or replacement was completed at that time, despite the unit still being under warranty. On February 20th, the unit became non-functional in that it powered on but would not start or run any cycles. Upon contacting Costco for service: * The initial service appointment was missed (no-show) * A rescheduled visit took place afterward * During this time, I also received notice from Whirlpool stating the warranty had expired after one year, which contradicts the 2-year coverage presented at purchase During the follow-up visit, the same technician was able to turn the machine on but again stated there was no issue with the unit itself, attributing concerns to external factors such as household water pressure. To verify this, I contacted my water provider, who tested the system and confirmed that water pressure levels are within normal range. This matter was escalated to Costco; however, as of today (March 20), I have only been informed that they are awaiting further response from Whirlpool, with no defined timeline or resolution. Key concerns include: * Temporary rather than permanent repair of a known issue * Conflicting technical assessments * Missed service appointment * Unclear and inconsistent warranty coverage * Property damage with no accountability * Lack of timely follow-up or resolution This experience raises serious concerns regarding both product reliability and post-purchase customer support. I expect a clear resolution, including accountability for the damage and clarification of warranty coverage. Service Request # 260220-000452 Date Created: 02/20/2026 09:56 AM

We should have moved Mom's care from Metro a couple of years ago. I believe Metro was sold and the lack of care and expertise kept getting worse. The past couple of visits we actually felt scolded for asking basic questions as to why she wasn't getting improvement after the adjustments they were doing. I had high hopes of it being a completely different experience due to Dr. Zavos' reviews, and it most definitely was. He was fantastic! I'm so appreciative of the time he took to explain all of her test and exactly what he was correcting and adjusting on her hearing aids. THANK YOU DR. I can see why. The office is very clean and orgsnized. They are very helpful when she needs her hearing aids looked at and fixed. They will do what they can to make it the most cost effective too. I brought my moms hearing aids today to have them sent out for repair. The doctor looks at them for no charge and let's me know they need to be sent out. Though they are newer he recommended her bring in the other used pair he had given her that are acting up to see if he can do something about those first before having to pay for repairs. Such a friendly office we really appreciate them.
