It was my first time using a private transportation service and it won't be my last. I missed the 48 hour window for booking online but received quick communication via text message. Booking the service was a breeze and I received a text from Carol, my driver who is also the owner, before my 3:45 am pick up. Getting picked up at the airport was also a piece of cake. Kyle, who is also a manager, texted me as my plane landed. After coordinating which door I would stand in front of, I just needed to wait outside for him to arrive. Both cars were spotless and I appreciate that they still follow COVID safety guidelines. Carol mentioned each vehicle is cleaned and sanitized before the next use and all their drivers are vaccinated. As I take care of someone with chronic illness, this is an important factor in supporting local businesses. ETS has spoiled me and I will never use Lyft or Uber again.
