What separates Uptown from every one of their competitors is their professionalism and service. Absolutely top notch in every way: Courteous, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy. After all, a driver has my life and the lives of my loved ones in their hands. This is not a simple ride to/from the airport. Every single detail is meticulously perfected. Let me put it this way: If you just need to get somewhere, take the bus. If you want a cheap ride in a filthy car, call a cab. But if you want to feel safe, appreciated and even pampered by true professionals who obviously recognize the importance of service, call Uptown.

It is rare to have service as excellent as the service they provide. The drivers arrived early, lots of communication by text, provided the license plate number so we were confident our daughter was getting in the correct car, and the girls said both Marcus and Ernie were friendly and fun. I felt 100% comfortable sending the girls from Gilbert all the way to downtown Phoenix with them, and would use them again in a heartbeat! The vehicles were in immaculate condition as well, so clean and well cared for. Even before the ride, the office staff was so accommodating, going way above and beyond to help us out. Including when I realized on the day of prom that I had the return time wrong! They worked it out and within about 10 minutes had a driver for us. Thank you Marcus and Ernie and Camelback SUV! You have our future business for sure!

My husband was on his hands and knees shutting off the water to our house. I was watching my husband and when I turned back I saw our luggage back on the driveway and the tail lights of her van half way down the street. I WAS IN DISBELIEF AND DUMBSTRUCK. What a coward. I was in serious need of a ride closing in on the time I'd certainly miss my flight. I called Greg and he already had rides scheduled this morning but gave me information for another driver friend of his. I called them and they were unable to drive us, we're out of luck. Greg texted me to see if his friend could drive us, and said he had a ride for us if he couldn't. I got back to Greg and he got us a ride through another friend of his. We're in the car headed to the airport now and are going to make our flight. Even in this emergency situation the cost was the same as the ride share apps. Could not be more grateful. We will be scheduling our rides with Greg from now on. Thank You!
