Even though it was a 2 hour drive, it flew by because they were so interactive. We heard history of the area as well as new building projects were pointed out. It is a rip off! The You put in your info to check prices for airport pickup and when you submit, you get a response saying you will get a quote in 2 days. Duh! Five days later you get email confirming your payment of $100+ WITHOUT CUSTOMER APPROVAL. After not hearing from them after 3 days iI booked the same ride with Blue Van for $66. When I saw the $100+ charge, I cancelled. They refunded only $77 and said $23 was booking fee. I never authorized booking!! They are making money by fraudulently booking rides and then collecting approx 25% of their fee for cancellations! Is business that bad? read more

These are rock solid, great folks who genuinely care about getting you to your destination safely and in a timely manner. However, Finding the best/right shuttle service out of the Phoenix airport (PHX) as a mature, single traveling lady during evening hours initially gave me a huge headache. (Until then I have dealt with the time sink that is their car rental center. Argh!) You see, I was met with indifferent respondents when I began to call around and a couple of others just made my skin crawl when I listened to their indifference to my request. But, wow, did that ever change when I reached AZShuttle, Paulette (co-owner) in particular! The driver was not only pleasant and informative, he was kind enough to entertain my questions about the Phoenix area and how he came to be in this line of work. By having an actual conversation, the time flew by and it was pleasant, relaxing time as well. Booked a private car with them - they called the day before to cancel the private car and book me on a shared shuttle - for an earlier time. I didn't really have a choice since the shuttles were all booked by then. Also, charged me $150 for the shared shuttle, which is ridiculous. There were two other passengers in the shuttle - and neither wore masks. Also the driver wore his mask below his chin. The ride was very bumpy, but fast and efficient. This shuttle service was awesome. I was a member of a group staying 2.5 hours away from PHX. Round trip, both drivers were wonderful. My group members played a game on the way to our destination. The driver joined in and gave some great insight into the game! And then, on the way back, we had the owner and he was full of information about the area (Sedona). Both drivers were very professional and kind. I accidentally left a charging cord in the van. The company offered to ship it to me. I declined because it was an inexpensive one, but they just were very helpful and responsive when I contacted them. A 5 hour round trip shuttle? It matters the quality of service! I would never use this company again. They did not stick to my requested pick up time that was confirmed on a $130 trip to the airport. I requested a 9am pickup which would give us plenty of time to get through baggage check and TSA without stress and give us time to eat lunch at the airport since we didn't eat breakfast. The night before, the owner Paulette leaves me a voice mail and text that she would be picking us up 10am to 10:15. She said she has another ride and can't drop us off at the 9am time that the company had already confirmed they could accommodate. She would not grant us the agreed pickup time of 9am and insists she is giving us more time than we need to get to our flight. She drops us off at the airport and we enter to find a long line at baggage and again a long line at TSA. We arrived at the gate at the final call for boarding. We nearly missed our flight due to this carelessness which would have resulted in a big expense for forfeiting our tickets and having to buy last minute tickets. The owner chose to prioritize taking on another trip over keeping our agreed pickup time. When an airport trip is involved there is nothing more important than timing. The owner also stated in the voice mail that there is a required cash tip of $25 due to her at dropoff but $20 is ok. This is unprofessional and no you can't require a tip. Tips are based on the quality of service delivered. AZ shuttle select puts greed ahead of service. read more

Outstanding shuttle service. Our family of 6 went on vacation for a month and needed a shuttle to and from the airport. With 4 small kids and 8 bags, AZ Shuttle Select arrived at our house at 3:30AM to get us to the airport on-time. Our return flight landed 40 minutes early and Paulette (the owner) cancelled her doctor's appointment to come pick us up personally due to the fact that we had 4 kids under 7 and she did not want us waiting at the airport for her other drivers to finish their current trips.
