I took a private tour from Phoenix to Page to the Grand Canyon to PHX Airport with Paulette and Tony. The scenery was great, of course, and I was very grateful for the transportation--I did not know the area. Paulette and Tony were warm, funny, and very informative. I learned a lot about the area that I would not have found out if I had traveled alone, for they were excellent guides. I hightly recommend AZ Shuttle to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful area. Ann A. read more

A great company to work with and Paulette is amazing. Will use this company again if the need rises.

Great service. Communication was great throughout and rides were dependable. Clean and professional. Drivers were great.

What a great pleasure to use this veteran owned business. Everyone here is amazing, and they truly use their hearts, knowledge, and wisdom on every decision. I am grateful that this company exists. It's hard to trust anyone to drive you two hours to a destination, yet alone trusting someone with a preschooler. I can't believe that they came equipped with a child's booster when they picked us up from the airport. Mrs. Jones is a phenomenal guide and I would recommend her to anyone who is going to Sedona for the first or 100th time. Her brightness is what is needed in the world. If you like joyful, upbeat and intellectual guides. This is the company for you! read more

Fully satisfied customer here. Used this service for Phoenix airport door to door and all went better than expected. Highly recommended and will use again for sure ! Thank you Paulette and Anthony. read more

I am so impressed with the honesty and integrity I encountered here at this family owned shuttle & transportation service. I contacted them to get a quote for services. The woman I spoke to was fabulous - she delved into my problem and searched out the best solution for ME. As it turned out she recommended I use a different solution, not her company! It has been many years since I have seen such honesty. You can bet that I'm keeping her name and number for the next time I need transportation. I also found out they offer guided tours to all kinds of places including the Grand Canyon and even Jamaica! I'm def saving up to join on the next Jamaica tour! read more

I highly recommend 1AZ Select Transportation & Tours! Paulette was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to get our group of 14 booked from our Airbnb to Lake Pleasant and back. Her husband Tony was our driver, and he was right on time, super kind, and professional. They gave us a great deal, and when one of our group members left their glasses behind, Tony found them and is even shipping them back to us--amazing service! The shuttle was clean, the A/C worked perfectly, and they stayed in constant communication. This family-run business truly goes above and beyond. We'll definitely be using them again. Thank you, Paulette and Tony! read more

We can't say enough good things about our experience with 1 AZ Select. We booked a trip from the Phoenix airport to Williams to catch the train to the Grand Canyon. Anthony, our driver, was wonderful. He did more than just drive; he gave us fascinating information about the geology, history of the areas we passed. After our stay in the Canyon, we booked a side trip to Sedona on our way back to Phoenix. Pauline accompanied Anthony on this trip and made sure we saw all we wanted to see and more. She even gave us suggestions for lunch and offered us a curated shopping experience based on conversations prior to the trip. If you're looking for great service, personally catered to your needs and interests, this is the company to call. By the time we left Phoenix, we felt like family. read more

I highly recommend 1AZ for all shuttle and tour needs. Working with the staff was a total pleasure from the very first phone call. So knowledgeable, professional and friendly! My best friend and I were going to a retreat at Mago. Upon arrival at the Phoenix airport we were picked up by the shuttle and taken directly to Mago. Even though it was a 2 hour drive, it flew by because they were so interactive. We heard history of the area as well as new building projects were pointed out. This didn't feel like a paid service, it felt like traveling with family. After our retreat at Mago was over, we treated ourselves to their private tour of the Sedona area. This was absolutely amazing! We've been to Sedona before but it wasn't a great trip so this was our redemption trip and we surely got that. We were driven around to places we had no idea existed and felt like royalty. We were listened to and every need was met with a smile. I will always schedule my transport needs with them when in the Phoenix/Sedona area in the future. They are absolutely the best of the best in my opinion and I am difficult to please at times. read more

This is a lovely family-run company that goes the extra mile to make sure their customers get excellent service. Communication was clear and helpful. Our rides were point-to-point in a medium-size vehicle with the same driver and included rest stops. The price was exactly as quoted--since it was inclusive of tip, there was no worry about how much to tip the driver. With several extra hours on arrival day, Paulette offered an option of an enroute site-seeing side trip--including a tasty restaurant lunch. It was worth every penny! Helpful and friendly, she pointed out several beautiful natural features and some distinctive architecture. Along the way, we took several stops for photos and brief exploration of the unbelievable natural beauty. Paulette followed up to send several photos she had taken and to ask for any feedback. Highly recommended! read more

I booked Az Shuttle Select for my mom and it was an A+++ experience! I interviewed several shuttle companies as I wanted to ensure the best experience for my senior mom. Paulette was an absolute gem! Paulette always answered my questions with professionalism and provided great instructions/details about every step of the process. Paulette's responsiveness and positive attitude really contributed to a great experience for me and my mom. Maggie was the driver for the entire round trip and my mom said it was a great a great experience. Maggie was on time, very helpful, and made sure my mom's entire roundtrip (to and from airport) was smooth and on time. I highly recommend AZ Shuttle Select! read more

Needed a ride from the airport to my dad's retirement place checked online reviews and chose them. After some miss communication on getting the reservation things worked out great. Our I-phone didn't receive msg at the airport so had to call them. Wife and husband we great, very nice people. Would recommend them. read more

**Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs** This was the worst transportation service I've ever dealt with. First, it took them *three days* to confirm my reservation, only to finally confirm it less than 24 hours before my scheduled pick-up. At that point, they told me I couldn't cancel because I was now within their 24-hour cancellation window--completely unfair and shady business practice. To make matters worse, my flight was canceled, and they refused to issue a refund or provide any accommodation. Communication was almost nonexistent; I had to chase them for updates, and when I finally got through, the representatives were unprofessional and unhelpful. This service lacks basic customer care, professionalism, and transparency. Save yourself the headache and book with a company that values its customers. read more

Grade A- 5 star service! Trust Paulette and her team will take good care of you! This was my first time using them and communicate was great, as well as funny! I highly recommend Az Shuttle Select. Paulette, the owner, really goes above and beyond and her company provides a wonderful service. Duwayne, was my driver. He was on time, courteous and very professional. I will definitely use AZ Shuttle Select in the future. read more

On time, friendly, and a safe driver. A little pricy, but was worth it, as I traveled very early morning and late at night.

It is a rip off! The You put in your info to check prices for airport pickup and when you submit, you get a response saying you will get a quote in 2 days. Duh! Five days later you get email confirming your payment of $100+ WITHOUT CUSTOMER APPROVAL. After not hearing from them after 3 days iI booked the same ride with Blue Van for $66. When I saw the $100+ charge, I cancelled. They refunded only $77 and said $23 was booking fee. I never authorized booking!! They are making money by fraudulently booking rides and then collecting approx 25% of their fee for cancellations! Is business that bad? read more

Paulette is extremely professional, helpful, and detailed oriented. This was my first time in Arizona, she was extremely knowledgeable about how I should prepare for my stay at Sedona Mago. She also helped me get a reasonable hotel rate w/food included after I decided to stay an extra day in Phoenix. Anthony, Paulette's hubby was also professional & knowledgeable about what to expect with my stay. He also spoke about the sites in AZ as we drove to my destination. They were also able to accommodate me when my flight got delayed. The fee difference was under 40$ and where I was going...a rideshare would not have cut it!! I'm grateful for them both & my experience at Sedona Mago. AZ Shuttle is my shuttle of choice in Arizona! read more

These are rock solid, great folks who genuinely care about getting you to your destination safely and in a timely manner. However, Finding the best/right shuttle service out of the Phoenix airport (PHX) as a mature, single traveling lady during evening hours initially gave me a huge headache. (Until then I have dealt with the time sink that is their car rental center. Argh!) You see, I was met with indifferent respondents when I began to call around and a couple of others just made my skin crawl when I listened to their indifference to my request. But, wow, did that ever change when I reached AZShuttle, Paulette (co-owner) in particular! With this company I heard all the elements that were important to me: Affordable Price, Explanation of their process, and a level of caring concern for my 'traveling welfare' that was unprecedented in my experience. I made the reservation and a mature driver showed up on time and was eager to assist me with my luggage. I truly valued that he was a conscientious driver, too! The driver was not only pleasant and informative, he was kind enough to entertain my questions about the Phoenix area and how he came to be in this line of work. By having an actual conversation, the time flew by and it was pleasant, relaxing time as well. I was headed to the hotel on the campus of Mayo Clinic and the driver rapidly moved my luggage to the hotel check-in before I knew it. Talk about Quality Service! And yes, I booked their Shuttle service for my return trip to PHX airport and was pleasantly surprised that the driver that time was the co-owner who I first talked to. She gave me another great trip with great conversation! Suddenly the world doesn't seem so large and indifferent, one might say! Customer service is clearly at the top of their Mission Statement. Good for them; Lucky for us! As a former frequent car renter at PHX airport, "I'll be back!" read more

The owner of the company goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. The drivers are AMAZING. Absolutely use this company if you have shuttle needs. 1person in our party had a list bag and had to be left at airport to handle situation-this company dropped us off, then went back FREE OF CHARGE to pick up our unlucky passenger. I used AZ Shuttle from Phoenix Airport to and from Mago Resort in Sedona for a 4-day retreat. It was a painless process. I enjoyed the helpful hints about what to pack based on the weather and venue. It pays to have that flashlight! It was a pure delight to confirm all the details with Paulette over the phone. I don't think we stopped laughing. Easy directions and very accommodating when needing some extra services. The drivers were courteous and in time. I would have no problem using them again should I be in the Arizona area. read more

They were so helpful. It was amazing how they made sure my hubby got home on such short notice! Thank you!

The sequel to the saga of our with AZ Shuttle. I had to simply say to them....you are in clear breach of a written contact. You have until 5:00 tonight to refund...OR...on our return, we'll file a small claims against you. And stop harassing us. A few days later the refund arrived. The height of stupidity as to how to handle an aggrieved client. Zero stars read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! Paulette and her hubby give top notch shuttle service, highly recommended! Shuttle service to & from the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix to Surprise, AZ is no joke! There are crazy drivers but that doesn't bother them a bit, they are calm & cool. Very clean, comfy shuttle vans with a cold water to greet you with. It's a smooth ride so get that big tip ready for them! They earn every penny! 50% tip highly recommended. Paulette has a heart of gold and makes sure you are at the airport with time to spare. Wouldn't ride with anyone else! Thank you Anthony & Paulette. Continue to outshine the rest. read more

Booked a private car with them - they called the day before to cancel the private car and book me on a shared shuttle - for an earlier time. I didn't really have a choice since the shuttles were all booked by then. Also, charged me $150 for the shared shuttle, which is ridiculous. There were two other passengers in the shuttle - and neither wore masks. Also the driver wore his mask below his chin. The ride was very bumpy, but fast and efficient. On the plus side - Paulette's customer service is very good - and communication is good as well. read more

Paulette went above and beyond with her services! Having never been to the area, she was an incredible help in the planning, going above and beyond her work day, as well as providing outstanding shuttle service. This shuttle service was awesome. I was a member of a group staying 2.5 hours away from PHX. Round trip, both drivers were wonderful. My group members played a game on the way to our destination. The driver joined in and gave some great insight into the game! And then, on the way back, we had the owner and he was full of information about the area (Sedona). Both drivers were very professional and kind. I accidentally left a charging cord in the van. The company offered to ship it to me. I declined because it was an inexpensive one, but they just were very helpful and responsive when I contacted them. A 5 hour round trip shuttle? It matters the quality of service! They are 5 star! read more

I would never use this company again. They did not stick to my requested pick up time that was confirmed on a $130 trip to the airport. I requested a 9am pickup which would give us plenty of time to get through baggage check and TSA without stress and give us time to eat lunch at the airport since we didn't eat breakfast. The night before, the owner Paulette leaves me a voice mail and text that she would be picking us up 10am to 10:15. She said she has another ride and can't drop us off at the 9am time that the company had already confirmed they could accommodate. She would not grant us the agreed pickup time of 9am and insists she is giving us more time than we need to get to our flight. She drops us off at the airport and we enter to find a long line at baggage and again a long line at TSA. We arrived at the gate at the final call for boarding. We nearly missed our flight due to this carelessness which would have resulted in a big expense for forfeiting our tickets and having to buy last minute tickets. The owner chose to prioritize taking on another trip over keeping our agreed pickup time. When an airport trip is involved there is nothing more important than timing. The owner also stated in the voice mail that there is a required cash tip of $25 due to her at dropoff but $20 is ok. This is unprofessional and no you can't require a tip. Tips are based on the quality of service delivered. AZ shuttle select puts greed ahead of service. read more
