The company reached out to me the day before to confirm flight data and gave exact instructions on where to meet them when I landed at the airport. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 and my shuttle pickup time was scheduled for 9 pm allowing time to claim luggage, etc however my driver, Steven called when he was on his way and was able to pick me up earlier than scheduled which was perfect as I didn't have to wait around until 9. Shuttle was clean and we had a smooth ride to Surprise. Steven offered help if needed to board and bottled water. This service was recommended to me by a neighbor and I will definitely recommend to others. Price of the service was reasonable as well.

I was looking for a driver to bring my mom and aunt to the airport and he was so reassuring from the very beginning. And since my mom was the one who actually met him, she told me that 1) she was super happy and grateful about his helpfulness with all their (heavy) luggage and even finding help for them AT the airport with the luggage and 2) felt super comfortable in the ride to the airport. Since my mom and aunt had a great experience with him as much as I did just over the phone, he will DEFINITELY be getting our business again! So glad I found him!!

Fortunately, I met up with David and he advised me to call his boss which I did. He assured me that he would not only take us to our dinner, but wait and bring us back. With this super commitment, 30 people had a very pleasant evening and I have received many thanks which can only be attributed to the professional efforts of AZ Luxury Coach. I cannot thank you all enough. All the best for future efforts.

However, many of our residents do not like to drive into downtown or the east valley and especially at night. My first contact with the owner was positive and I looked forward to a long business relationship. However, his prices were high for most of our residents who are on fixed incomes. We were able to negotiate a more acceptable price and so plans were put in place. I was NEVER told about having to put down a 20% deposit to hold the date. When I called back to confirm, he told me he had a very large group coming in that day and all his vehicles were taken. To say I was very disappointed is putting it mildly but I told him I would contact him with a new date and would pay the deposit to hold it. I tried email and telephone but never received a reply. After several tries, he did answer the phone but then I was immediately disconnected. I tried calling back but the line went dead. I have experience setting up many events with vendors and transportation in a previous job. Never have I been treated so rudely. It is too bad because he has lost a loyal customer who would have provided him with many opportunities to service our community.
