My flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 and my shuttle pickup time was scheduled for 9 pm allowing time to claim luggage, etc however my driver, Steven called when he was on his way and was able to pick me up earlier than scheduled which was perfect as I didn't have to wait around until 9. Jeff arrived at our home early. He was friendly, the vehicle was clean and comfortable for our group of 4 and there was plenty of room for our luggage. I loved how they checked our return flight from Hawaii, texted us the evening prior and that we were able to text Jeff once we had our luggage so he could pull up immediately at the designated curb.
