My flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 and my shuttle pickup time was scheduled for 9 pm allowing time to claim luggage, etc however my driver, Steven called when he was on his way and was able to pick me up earlier than scheduled which was perfect as I didn't have to wait around until 9. Shuttle was clean and we had a smooth ride to Surprise. Steven offered help if needed to board and bottled water.
