I used this company for the first time this last month for both pick and drop off. I live west of Surprise so looked for a company that had good rates. These guys are from the original super shuttle service that really shafted the owner operators. Both of my drivers were fantastic. Great communication, cautious drivers. I will use them and recommend them to anyone I can. They may not have the newest vans, but their price was bery competitive and I got from point A to point B safely with terrific drivers. No stars would be more appropriate. Have used this company many times in the past but since they did a merger service and reliability have suffered. Scheduled a ride to the airport recently; 5 minutes, literally , before my scheduled pick up time, I got a call telling me the ride was going to be late by over 30 minutes and that "I should try to find another ride," This left me hanging without transportation to my flight and scrambling to find other transportation. I cancelled the return trip because of the stress this placed on me and that was 10 days ago. Blue Van Shuttle still has not returned all of my money..Cannot trust this company any more. read more

Worst service EVER!! I am in a wheelchair and transportation from the airport. My transportation was contracted with Blue Van Shuttle. I advised when I made the reservations that I had 2 pieces if luggage. I called the shuttle service when I got my luggage. I had wheelchair assistance and location of pickup was verified. I was told they would get there in 15 plus minutes. No problem. It was after 120am. I got a call at 147am the shuttle was there. I informed him I was waiting at the location. Dispatch informed that I had carry both pieces of my luggage to the van while wheel chair bound! Driver would not come 20 yards max inside the door to get my luggage. I am physically unable to drive a wheelchair and push luggage. Driver waited then posted me as a no-show. I am stuck at the airport now!!!! DO NOT USE! read more

I typically don't give bad reviews on Yelp but feel it warranted on this situation. Blue Van left me stranded at midnight (With a small child) because they somehow screwed up their scheduling. After waiting I mcalled the driver on his cell and he took another fare, how does that happen? I had already texted Him saying we were on our way to get our luggage. His response was I should complain to dispatch. Dispatch told me the driver would return, but it would be an hour and 1/2. So why use a confirmed service if they leave you stranded at the airport at midnight with a child too. Talk about irresponsible! read more

I took the shuttle from Maricopa to the Phoenix Airport the driver did not secure the Luggage in the van properly and when he stepped on the brakes the luggage went flying down the aisle and hit me in the back of the leg causing my leg to bleed from the wound I had from the hospital. The bag hit me so hard that it tore off my bandage and for open the wound. I screamed the driver don't even pull over didn't ask me if I needed any kind of assistance nothing he just kept right on driving I reported it to the company but that's all. I tried contacting the office this evening and I tell you what what they should call this company is hateful people blue van service because Tony female was so rude on the phone when I was trying to leave a message she was arrogant she had a smart mouth she talked down to you and when you asked if you could leave a message on the voicemail for the manager she said no and she hangs up in your face . I had a pre-paid reservation for the Blue Van to pick me up at the airport and bring me home. When we tried to find the van we couldn't find it. The only one we saw said he was full and couldn't take us. He wasn't even pleasant about it. I called the Blue Van number and the person put me on hold and never came back on the line. Surprisingly, while I was on hold I got a text saying my Lyft car was on the way. The Lyft came to a different location than the vans were supposed to be so we had to drag our luggage to go to his car. The Lyft driver was great but the entire experience was very frustrating. read more

Very disappointed. I've used Stagecoach Shuttle for the past 11 years. They were exceptional. With the Blue Van transfer of the company, not so good. I didn't book online, but chose to call to be sure everything was booked ok. They never emailed me my copy of the PAID receipt and confirmation. Nor did I get a call to confirm the day before my flight. Had I not have called them myself to confirm, I would have NO reservation. They mixed up my reservation and had me being picked up at the airport rather than my apt AND on a different date!! They had to generate a brand new reservation with a pick up time later than originally quoted when I first made the reservation. Needing wheelchair accessible shuttle service, I was having a VERY difficult time finding a company that could offer me transfers from the Phoenix Airport out to Surprise and back. I had appointment with the new blue van at 9:30 am to pick me up from the airport (Phoenix, AZ) the driver called me at 9:00 when I was still on the plane and asked me where are you? I replied that I was at the plane and my appointment with you is at 9:30 he said I will wait and later he called again with an aggresive tone and said what is going on why you are late? He scared me and he refused to give me his name and I called the company to tell them about his roughness over the phone, they said do whatever you want, he kept calling me and I did answer him because he was too rough and talked to me in a rough manner, I called a friend to pick me up . Normally having a van pick up early isn't a problem. When it's 4:45 am and he's 45 minutes early, it's a problem. Turns out, the pick up time got changed and they sent me an EMAIL at 2 am. Not a text. On my return trip it took multiple calls and a long wait to get picked up at the airport. Not good at 11 pm. The driver was told I was on time (I was early) so he figured he could make a delivery and swing back to pick me up. Throughout all this, the ONLY communication I had about any of my travels was the 2 am email about the pickup change. Drivers were great (though I could have used less evangelizing by driver #1). Van was clean and great. Communication sucks. Won't do that again. Paid more to go w/Sun City Shuttle for my trip this past week. read more

I had made a reservation in April, reconfirmed flight and date on date of arrival. 15minutes after flight arrived I called and was told the van was on its way to Glendale and they would not return for 45 minutes! When I realized my mistake I called Blue Van Shuttle and talked to a very helpful and polite lady who had not received that information yet but made sure they were there to pick me up. My only concern was that I did not know where they were picking me up. I was sent a message to my Email but not my phone. I did not know to check it. They were waiting for me and I saw the van. Very poor communication. I made a reservation and included my flight number. I scheduled the pickup 30 minutes after my arrival to account for collecting my bag. Ended up waiting curbside for an hour because the driver added his own buffer time on top of my scheduled pick-up time instead of taking the step to check my flight status. Do NOT expect this shuttle service to stand behind their mistakes. I made a reservation with Stagecoach Express Shuttle to take my husband and me to the airport. Unbeknownst to me, they farmed out the trip tp a company who was in the process of buying Stagecoach. The name of that company is Blue Van Shuttle. First I was told by Blue Van that the wrong information was transferred to them by Stagecoach. Later they said they never received the reservation from Stagecoach. Consequently, no one came to pick us up and we missed our flight. The next available flight was two days later. We had already paid for the missed flight and had to pay for the new flight two days later. Also the second flight was late at night and landed in a city further from our home. We couldn't get a ride home until the next day so stayed in a hotel which was another expense. I tried dealing with Blue Van with no satisfaction. Besides very poor customer service, they were unwilling to reimburse me for the missed flight or hotel room. They said since I booked the reservation with Stagecoach, it was their responsibility even though Blue Van had purchased Stagecoach in the interim. It took Blue Van 3 weeks to come to the conclusion they were going to do nothing, with me initiating every phone call and being ghosted on my text messages. If you use either of these two companies, I hope everything goes smoothly, otherwise be prepared to pay for your missed flight. I for one will not be using either company again. read more
