Maggie the dog relaxing on the trip. She loved the RV

if you ever considered renting an RV rent from them!!!!!!!!!!! We rented for 12 days and drove across the Country. We were able to bring our cherished doggo Maggie. Mia checked us in and went over everything like a true pro. While on the trip we had one minor issue with the generator. We called customer support and Harvey squared us away in about 30mins. He could not have been more helpful. Upon returning Karen checked us back in. She was just as professional as Mia, and Harvey. The whole experience was AWESOME!!

Don't rent with a company that would give you a faulty and dangerous RV and leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere. Outrageous!

Boho's systems and procedures were tighter and the end result is gorgeous! There were some challenges along the way, as there always are, but David and Brett and the whole team came together to solve things. They are definitely upper echelon van builders in every way. And they work very hard for their reviews, ensuring that every customer leaves happy. They are really great humans! If you are considering a van build, you won't be disappointed in Boho. Highly recommend. :)

Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.

Literally every encounter, chat, and question was straightforward and answered. Prices were the BEST that we found, and pickup location was great as well! There were no crazy added or hidden fees, and the whole process was so simple and easy! They went above and beyond when we arrived - truck already hitched, fridge cooled, and they even let us borrow extra lawn chairs, bike locks, and tarp for our trip! Next time we're taking another trip out west, Brandon and this team will be the first on our call list :) Thank you guys so much! They will add on charges and extras that aren't listed and all of a sudden it's $1000 more than what was listed. They will ignore you for weeks!!! Don't bother calling because you get a google voicemail and good luck getting a call back. Don't put your card information anywhere! Also they don't take down rentals that are already booked. They don't communicate. My booking feel through with them and what a blessing in disguise that was. I ended up looking at the yelp reviews and tried to cancel immediately and got no response for two weeks until they canceled my reservation because the one I had reserved was already booked? I ended up finding a better rv with a better price and with a lot more options with free mileage and unlimited generator use and wonderful hosts and no extra add ons out of nowhere. Keep looking I promise you'll find a great rv fit for you. Boy toys rentals is not the company you want to go with!! I wish outdoorsy would take them off their website because I feel like they've done so many people wrong. Also the reviews are so important. People had failing RV's, bad communication, they didn't get their $500 (REFUNDABLE) deposit back even though they took care of the rv and things happened outside of their control. Just please please book with someone else and save yourself a nightmare with this "company"

**** WARNING - MUST READ BEFORE RENTING ****…read more I rented from they guys for Memorial day 2014, first of all they take CASH ONLY (which should be a sign). I showed up and get the trailer with my cash, backed up to the trailer, got it all loaded on then he asked me if I wanted Propane (which is REQUIRED to run the heater and fridge), and of course I said yes, so right away I was hit for another $60 or so.. one would think THIS would come with the trailer right.. along with a good battery, which I will get to in a minute. So I paid the monies and headed down the road. I get home and smells like Propane in the trailer really bad, I call them back the VERY next day and he said roll the windows down to air it out... I said "OK" (not knowing how THIS is helping the obvious gas leak ). So after a while it doesn't smell as bad (of course 'cause windows were open). There was nothing he was going to do, so I just headed up camping after charging the battery for about 3 hours since it was dead. (when picking up ther trailer he said the batter would require charging 30 min in morning and 30 min in afternoon while up camping).. Try 7 hours and it still WOULD NOT hold a charge.. Great times. So I get up to Big Lake and it is rather cold (29 degrees at night) and the gas smell was soo bad, my kids could NOT sleep in the trailer and the fridge went out so ALL of our food went bad. So I get back to explain the situation to Carson and he said 1st of all I should have SHUT OFF the Propane so it didn't smell in the trailer .. did I mention it was 29 degrees and with no Propane equals.... yep thats right NO HEAT.. I ask what he would do and he said they don't do "refunds".. so spent over $600 for a trailer that my family COULD NOT sleep in.. ALL my food went bad AND the battery was dead. and get this.. he DID CONFIRM there was a gas leak in a fitting inside the trailer and STILL WOULDN'T refund a DIME, but he did want to give me a "discount" on my next rental... I OBVIOUSLY told him that $200 of my next rental was NOT WORTH my family Freezing due to his faulty equipment!! RENTERS BE-WARE ! ! !

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER HERE!…read more I never write reviews like this, but our experience with this Camping World has been so awful that I feel it's important to warn others. What should have been an exciting first-time purchase turned into a nightmare that had dragged on for over a year with endless frustration, damage, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability. Our salesperson, Brielle, started off friendly enough. We told her we were first-time buyers and specifically wanted to look at used travel trailers to start small. Instead, when we arrived on-site, she only showed us brand new ones and pushed us to buy right away. We made it clear we wanted time to think about it, but she kept calling and pushing us to come back. Against our better judgment, we returned and decided on a new trailer we liked. Brielle told us that if we put a deposit down that day, the trailer would be held for us and taken off the lot. We trusted her. A few days later, we came back to finalize the purchase but Brielle was "too busy" to meet with us. Before we signed we needed to clarify why we were being charge 1500 dollars for a "Dealer prep fee" and another 1,995 dollars for a "Desert Protection Fee" that ended up doing nothing. We had so many questions, yet were shuffled into the finance office with Steve, who rushed us through paperwork and used scare tactics to push an extended warranty we didn't even want. We were confused as to why we were signing before even seeing the trailer, and he told us it was "being cleaned and prepped." When we finally saw it, our hearts sank, it was not the same trailer we had put a deposit on. This one had multiple issues: a broken table that was placed incorrectly so no one could sit behind it, missing trim throughout the trailer, non-working outdoor speakers, and no outdoor TV mount. Brielle was still nowhere to be found. Another rep came over and promised us everything would be fixed right away, assuring us it was "no big deal." We wanted to believe them. During the final walkthrough, the tech told us we were "all good to go," but when I checked the hitch myself, there was no safety pin installed. If we had driven off like that, it could have caused a serious accident. That alone should have been a huge red flag. Once home, we found even more problems and immediately contacted Camping World's service department. We purchased in April, and the trailer went in for service in May but they only managed to fix the table (which was done incorrectly). We brought it back again in July, when our service rep Tori told us that the replacement table they ordered wasn't even the right one for our camper, but we agreed to take it because we were desperate to just use the trailer at this point. Before we could pick it up, Tori called with devastating news: someone at Camping World had crashed the trailer and had ripped the awning off, damaged the side of the camper, and torn the decals off and that no one would admit to doing it. We were furious. We were told they'd fix it and order replacements, but weeks went by with zero updates. Mind you this whole time it is sitting on their lot while we are having to pay our monthly payments on it, which we brought up multiple times and no one seemed to care. By October, Tori no longer worked there. I had to call multiple times before finally being connected with Leda, who informed me that none of the parts or decals had ever been ordered. After expressing how upset we were, I asked to speak with her supervisor. Eventually, Rick Williams, the service supervisor, and Brian, the store manager, got involved. Rick told us he would make it "good enough" so we could at least use it for Thanksgiving since they had already had our trailer for months. He also mentioned refilling the propane and water tanks, which was strange since the camper had never been used. He also noted failing molding and trim that would need to be replaced later. We used it for our Thanksgiving trip, but sure enough, had to bring it right back to service afterward. By April 2023, when we went to pick it up again, we discovered that almost nothing had actually been fixed. Every promise made had been broken. Every timeline they promised was missed. Rick was no longer there and we were passed off yet again to another person to reach out too. We reached out to the new service manager, Christopher Pettit, multiple times, copying him on emails. He never responded once which is completely unacceptable. We've been patient, understanding, and cooperative, but this entire experience has been one long nightmare. What was supposed to be a joyful first-time trailer purchase had turned into months of frustration, disappointment, and stress. Camping World has shown zero accountability, zero communication, and zero respect for their customers. Do not make the same mistake we did. Buy your camper somewhere else, anywhere else, and spare yourself the trouble and terrible customer service we endured for years.
