We made our reservation and it was clean and ready to go when they said it would be. We got a quick rundown how everything works (this is pretty simple to operate from a touchscreen) and all our questions were answered. While camping, the engine battery died. We used the 24-hour tech line and spoke to Chance. After attempts to jump it failed, he made arrangements to send someone to us with a new battery. Since we were remote, it took a little back-and-forth but Howie found us and swapped the battery. It started right up and we were on our way only about 30 minutes later than we'd planned. On returning the rig, we did a quick walk-around and mileage check and we were done. Easy peasy. We highly recommend paying a little extra for the "Drop and Go" service. Worth every penny. We will definitely return for another rental.

The host was so helpful and they provided complete guidance to keep everything running smoothly. The hardware to hook up was top of the line and made it quick and easy to get set up and pack up. Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.

This company is straight crap, our A/C in the cab is no longer and the bearing in the housing went…read moreout, went to use the overhead A/C straight crap, 5 people and 2 dogs left us stranded 12 hours thinking should we turn back and fry or push on, not to mention the door on the cabin area comes open on the highway, steering wheel is at three o'clock walking the dog down the highway, the generator intermittently works till I took the generator door off because it was heating the floor up where you couldn't even walk( yes I removed the generator door), no fire extinguisher as I was thinking we might have a fire because of the overwhelming heat from the generator. Well we made it to Missouri. Called Cruise America, the answer I got was go find a shop and get it fixed basically. No other RV within 250 miles. So their answer is well take it to Camping world to get the door fixed, then the next day get the A/C fixed with the steering wheel at 3 o'clock and fighting it to drive down the road and now I have to take it to Branson Coach in one day with the generator and the overhead A/C, and steering mind you this is our Vacation we have been put out of the RV because we can't stay in it. Cruise America has no care and now I have to take it everywhere to get it fixed. Just straight up crap they should be just put out of business, they are a so called "Cruise America" with no shops to fix it, I shouldn't have to beg to get the RV fixed now 2 days are going to be thrown away plus a whole week or so of not using it and I am supposed to Leave on Thursday, and now just stranded for over a week just sucks.
