this is proof the manager is lying-- ok see new pictures of power cord going from outlet into unit 124 and a picture inside unit shows microwave large radio tv and power cord leaving the unit to extension cord stay tuned for more pictures to prove the managers are both criminals and are lying about everything it's called gas lighting. next i have pictures of mouse poison in my units, i paid in cash every month so sara had the power to make any late charges go away on top of the rent $1,000 i would flip her $20,25 or $30 dollars cash instead of paying another $100 late fees hey better to pay under the table some cash if the company looks up what she did they will see no late fees. next the picture all have date and time stamps that show these people who live there were there on the 1,2,3,4,5,6 on and on. i was threatened by the security guard on sunday at 3:00pm he threatened to kill me 3xs if he ever caught me outside of the storage ,facility everyone comes to storage from 6-9 it's called after work i have a 9-5 job and couldn't get there tell evening nothing was said tell the month of april. the paint is on the deck in front of the unit next to mine wasn't me. finally the incident 2 days before no access sara padlocked me out of one of my paid units for 4 days and im trying to move out well that put me behind 4 days i wanted the 4 days back she got belligerent and mouthy so I just left the office next thing i know 4 mesa police im 70 years old well guess what i didnt break any laws so they didn't do anything to me this was gaslighting at its finest example oh sahra told the police i owed and pooped in my units police check no human waste total BS story WOW that was 8 lies in a row some one call Guinness Book of World Records I would recommend going to any storage unit except the one run by these two mafia women. They're such a criminals. It's almost retarded. I like this place, the manager is firm but fair. She treats you with respect if you treat her with respect, it cracks me up when people don't get their way the 1st thing they say is "Who's Your Boss", or I will get you fired. I was in the office when a man and then a woman called and demanded that they get something for free just because there may or may not have been an over lock on their unit. That just make me angry because if they give you free stuff or extra credits then the rest of us feel it with increases just like if you steal from a store others feel it because they have to raise prices. So here it is folks this place is great I hated the old owner and the old manager because they just didn't care now the new manager she does, she doesn't let the guy sleep in his car in the back and she doesn't take crap. So just look at this way if you want respect from someone then maybe you should give it first and just stop demanding free stuff or credits on your account. This place is great and I will stay here for a very long time and I hope that the nice lady in the office stays as well, because it looks like she is getting rid of all the trouble makers. So I say good riddens to them let them go, no one wants your crazy asses around anyway. Stay there Ms. Bailey because there are a lot of us there that like you and thank you for cleaning it up and keeping it safe. I am writing this review because of the review left by Ralph B, I was in the office the day your wife or the lady of the house came in she was rude she was nasty and you were past due and up set with the way the business is run. If you don't pay your rental fee then you can't complain about getting late fees or being locked out of your unit or unable to get your boat out. People get evicted and of course they are going to write a nasty review and the lady that was in there to pay was the rude one. So folks don't let one sour apple detour you from renting with Mesa RV/Boat & Self Storage the manager is nice and runs a tight ship, so just follow the rules and pay your bill "ON TIME" and you would never have any issues. So Ralph B before you send a review the least you can do is be the one that goes into the office. It's a nice place folks and the manager is great. This place is awesome, the manager is a great lady, she was being verbally abused by a lady in the office the day I went to rent my unit and the manager never raised her voice, she never yelled or cussed and then the lady said the most horrible thing to me she called me the "N" word and the manager told her to never speak to another human being like that again and to never speak to someone in her office like that again and then the manager told the already established customer that she would not be accepting her rent for the month of Feb, 2016 that she did not want her renting from her location and advised her to have her unit vacated by the due date on her unit and then polity asked her to leave the office. This place has staff on site that you can actually talk to, not some computer or sales person in another state or country. Staff is the best, friendly and helpful. Very clean, and family owned. Best of all they only raise the rent once a year, if that. I have here 8 years with no complaints. read more
