    Best boat rental experience ever! New boat. Staff was so courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

    Our experience was absolutely horrible! Ruined our entire vacation. One of the owners (a lady)…read morerented us out a trailer that was had multiple issues (broken interior drawers, panels, and broken table, broken exterior window screen) The trailer door latch locks/ breaks on us several hours into the trip. We were forced to attempt to break in, we couldn't get the door open, and had to bring the trailer back into town (mid-trip). The owners clearly knew these items were broken (there was visual evidence that they had attempted to fix these things) and we were blamed for the damage and charged the full-price of the rental! Not only did we have to completely rearrange our trip we lost all the money we gave these people. They were unwilling to refund us with the promise of giving us a discount if we rent from them again. Your trailers are falling apart and you're blaming the people you're renting them to! Bad business is bad business is bad business. Don't rent from these folks they'll blame you for the lack of maintenance on their equipment then stick you for your money. Crooks 100%

Not only did she have answers to all my random questions, she helped me figure out where to go for our first trip. Whenever I want to get away for a while I plan a fun RV trip and have them deliver it. I'm excited about her new lightweight RV and even debating renting it this spring with the kids! I can not possibly recommend Go Glamping more!

    First off, this site is now called Blue Compass RV in Surprise AZ…read more We bought a new Bush Whacker plus camper trailer. On our first trip one of the doors on the cabinet fell off, the air conditioning vent on the side of the camper blew off the side while driving, the table was so wobbly we couldn't sit anything on it, the bench seat moved with the camper and tore a section in the wall and the whole frame of the bench fell apart (never even sat in the seat). Took this camper in for repairs. It took over 3 months to get this completed. Kept getting that we were waiting on the Manufacture. After getting that excuse too many times, I asked for the number and called the manufacture myself. They informed me that the parts were not ordered until 3 months after we took our camper in. Per their records, the parts were shipped out 3 to 4 days after receiving the order. Then to make matters worse, they gave me the tracking numbers of the parts and come to find out, they were delivered over a week prior to my phone call to the manufacture to see what the holdup was. After calling back the dealer and telling them that the parts were delivered and who signed for them. They finally found them and blamed the UPS driver. We have had to cancel several camping trips due to the camper being in the shop for repairs. Now after getting our camper - the a/c is not working, will not blow cold air at all. The dealer told us that if the outside temperature gets above 90 degrees, that the a/c will stop working and just blow hot air. So here we are waiting and waiting again for repairs that take way too long to get fixed. Our last trip with the camper, the camper was in with service for at least 2 weeks. We had another camping trip planned (the 2nd one for 3 days). I called them on a Monday to tell them I would be picking up the camper on Friday. Friday came and I picked up the camper. Got it home, that evening went out to get it ready for the trip and what did I find - the a/c unit and whole section was still torn apart. Nothing was put back together at all. Called them on Saturday morning - told them I was bringing the camper back and I expected it to be put back together when I get there. We have only had the camper for 9 or 10 months and we have only used it 2 times since we have gotten the camper. It has been in the shop more time than we have had it. Also, no Blackstone grill hook up parts, so they had to order them so we could use the built-in grill. On our 2nd trip with it, which was only for 3 days, we had to fix a water leak in the outside sink. It kept leaking water into the bottom of the camper. We have had nothing but problems and poor service. Very disappointed and wishing we never bought this camper or at this dealer. Just a very poorly built camper and very poor service at this dealer.

    Believe the terrible reviews you read about the Surprise location of Tom's Camperland…read more Living in Mesa, I visited the nearby Mesa location first as I began my RV journey. After narrowing down my travel trailer search, I identified a model that the Mesa location did not carry... but the Surprise location did. The wonderful salespeople in Mesa advised me that they could still assist me with my purchase since Tom's Camperland is a family-owned business. So I took a trip out to Surprise to see the model I was interested in. John was the salesperson in Surprise who showed me around the lot to that model. He started out seemingly nice and informative... well, until I asked about the price and told him that I found this identical unit (actually the other dealerships with this model offered an additional upgrade/option). In a blatant lie, John and his manager Matt told me that no one offers that option on this particular model. They then proceeded to tell me how that upgrade was a bad one... and I wouldn't want it anyway. I had already been in contact with a few other dealerships who did offer that manufacturer upgrade as I was narrowing down my search for the right model... and I had also visited a dozen other dealers' websites so I knew this was a flat out lie, but that's what dealers do... so not a huge deal. As the conversation continued focusing on price, Matt, the manager, said that they price match, but "not on price"... just on the discount that another dealer offers. Weird, and most likely just their way of ensuring they can still screw customers who legitimately find a better deal elsewhere, but whatever. I intended to continue working with the awesome people at the Mesa location, so I would be rid of these jerks soon enough. I left and discussed options with my wife... and we decided to make the purchase. And this is where it really gets bad -- as intended, I worked with the Mesa location and agreed on a sales price for this unit... and then paid a $500 deposit to hold the unit. The Mesa team informed me that I would unfortunately then have to finalize documents with the Surprise team who had to complete delivery due to licensing with the manufacturer. I didn't really have a choice, so I waited to hear from the Surprise team. And nothing... no call, no e-mail, no text... just complete radio silence. I saw that the unit was marked as pending on the website... so I figured they were busy. And then the next day the unit was available again. I reached out to the Mesa team again... and they then informed me that Surprise refused to moved forward with the deal and release the unit at that price! My pending deal is now slowly dying while Mesa tracks down another unit for me. If this was my family-owned business, I would fire manager Matt immediately. What a crappy way to do business with absolutely no honor or regard for the truth. I'm giving Mesa an opportunity to make things right, but am ready to just go elsewhere to complete my purchase at this point. Greatly disappointed with the lack of honor and the "rip-off the customer mentality" of Tom's Camperland in Surprise. Do yourself a favor and don't give Tom's Camperland in Surprise your business. *ONE STAR* **UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE BELOW COMMENT FROM THE BUSINESS** Matt's comment below is another lie. I did not negotiate a price at the Surprise store, just inquired into price and they offered their "best price" which I told them was not even in the ballpark of other similar units I found elsewhere. I had been working with the Mesa store all along... and that is THE REASON I drove to the Surprise location to view that exact unit. The team at Mesa knew EXACTLY what model I was purchasing and they did NOT make a mistake -- I literally have a printed quote from Mesa that we negotiated with the specific model and stock # printed in large font. This is just another example of the Surprise location's inability to take any accountability for their behavior. Ridiculous.
