Our first visit and certainly will NOT be our last! This is a complete resort, super clean and very well maintained. The sites are generously wide, fenced between sites and impeccably clean with a Beautiful pool and hot tub spa. And they can accommodate any need. We saw tent campers and over landers in a designated area, motor homes and large 5th wheelers in a group area overlooking the lake. Oh did I mention the lake? We saw at least two state of the art launch ramps, marina and services next to the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant one of the "River" bar / restaurant we've ever been to. Excellent service and generously portioned food and drinks. Best of all the staff! Val was the best in getting our daughter and her family in a site very near ours on an incredibly busy week of opening baseball Spring Training and a local rodeo. Security is everywhere 24/7 but are super friendly and there is even a shuttle service to take you to the restaurant! A shuttle! Thank you Val and Pleasant Harbor RV Resort for a great stay. We will be back!

Jeff and his entire team are amazing! They are all very helpful and friendly, And every interaction I've had with them has been excellent.

Valarie helped out tremendously for our first time & charged our generator for us, also gave us some tips on what to do and how to do it ! Offered the shower card/ pool card. Just amazing service

I absolutely love this place! It's so refreshing to stay somewhere that is so well managed..Having to move to different places often as part of work.I am so grateful to be here. It is clearly a very popular destination, and it's easy to see why so many people return again and again. The sunsets here are absolutely beautiful--something I truly appreciate. Jeff has gone above and beyond to make our stay possible. When we were transferred to Phoenix for work, we honestly dreaded the thought of having to stay in the city for this job. But then we found this place, and it honestly feels like a little slice of heaven. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I'm really impressed with how well organized everything is, especially considering the high demand. They manage it all while still making sure guests feel taken care of. I highly recommend visiting Lake Pleasant RV Resort if you're looking for a great place to stay on vacation. They also host awesome events and have a marina, which is a great bonus. I give this place 5+ stars!

I celebrated my 50th birthday three years ago and the place is incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating. The attentive staff makes this place very special. Istvan and Ian and Rafaela at Harvest were particularly delightful and the farm fresh food is just incredible! The Hot Springs are very soothing, relaxing and reinvigorating. Don't expect a TV in the room as they are absent. If you just wanna relax and catch up on your sleep or read a good book with no noise to be found, this is a place for you. The 7 mile dirt road to the resort is very scenic and you are likely to find burros along the way. Definitely need some kind of suv for that part. Or if you have no object to spending money, then take the helicopter from Scottsdale airport to whisk for a 20 minute ride to the resort.

The property is absolutely beautiful.... gorgeous to say the least. Superb customer service no doubt!!! Every employee on property was a delight to chat with, whether it's the cool farmer who's growing the vegetables, the housekeeping, service or upper management, everyone is extremely pleasant. My only "issues": - Hard to find the value at a price point of $100+ per hour for every hour you are there. - The food was slightly underwhelming. Not bad by any means but doesn't hit the mark commensurate with the price. (All the vegetables are amazingly tasty!!) - for a resort, it's a little too rigid in terms of having to plan each individual activity....i am i'll go with the flow semi spontaneous type of person so it didn't really fit my vibe but those who like to play in their day out this would be great for them -every "room/cabana" should have a bathtub that is large enough for two people. - too many à la carte activities at a very premium price. We didn't partake in those activities so I can't speak on those but the Farm tour was nice and complimentary thought the customer is still paying $100per hr to be there. The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is shortcomings in value for the price as well as almost every activity is à la carte and expensive. The staff at Castle Hot Springs is amazing, kudos to all those that are working hard; it's seen and appreciated.

I am extremely disappointed with how management handles customer property damage at this resort…read more While parked at The Wigwam, a stray golf ball from the nearby course struck the trunk of my 2025 Lexus ES 350, leaving a significant dent. There are no "park at your own risk" warning signs posted anywhere in this parking area. I immediately reported the damage to security, who came out and filed an official incident report. I was assured that the Director of Operations, Sheffield Crosby, would reach out to me the following Monday with the results of their investigation. It has been complete radio silence ever since. Despite leaving voicemails and sending an email, management refuses to return my calls, acknowledge the incident, or address my concerns. It is incredibly frustrating that a resort of this caliber simply sweeps incidents like this under the rug and pretends they never happened once you leave the property. If you are visiting or staying here, be highly aware that your vehicle is at risk of damage from the golf course, and the leadership team will completely ignore you when it happens. Park at your own risk, because management certainly won't take any responsibility. TO THE OWNER: no need to reply with a "we are disappointed," "we are committed to customer service," or similar generic comments. You had plenty of opportunities to make this right.

We already bought something and we can't upgrade and they get upset. But our room was cute like a small one bedroom apartment. We enjoyed our staying we walked around the whole resort. A lot of the negative reviews were about the owner updates, which we always opt out of. I will say that they called three times before our arrival to see if we would like to have an update while we were there. I said no, so eventually they got the hint. So I can see them being aggressive. I'm glad I didn't have to deal with that. The resort is beautiful, but there isn't much to do right around it. Most activities would require going to Phoenix which is about 40 mins away. Just keep that in mind when planning. We enjoyed our stay at this resort.

I was put in a room in the 17the or 19th building. I got lost a couple of times as it gets quite dark and the property is a bit of a maze. My friends were closer to the entrance. My room was nice but I felt it needed a bit of an update. Unfortunately I didn't receive my member benefits. I think this is a good resort for meeting up with a group or family, though there were plenty of couples while we were there.
