Don't expect a TV in the room as they are absent. If you just wanna relax and catch up on your sleep or read a good book with no noise to be found, this is a place for you. The 7 mile dirt road to the resort is very scenic and you are likely to find burros along the way. Definitely need some kind of suv for that part. Or if you have no object to spending money, then take the helicopter from Scottsdale airport to whisk for a 20 minute ride to the resort.

Expectations were modest at first--especially after navigating more than seven miles of unpaved road to get there--but any doubts quickly faded upon arrival. A palm-lined driveway led us to the welcoming lobby, where we were greeted with chilled floral tea and genuine hospitality. From the very beginning, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance of grandeur and warmth: magnificent, yet unpretentious and inviting. The natural hot springs were deeply restorative, while the farm-to-table dining exceeded expectations. The onsite farm flourishes with seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices, all of which elevate the dining experience. Activities are abundant, including golf, yoga, biking, hiking, pickleball, archery, horseback riding, swimming, and even wine and mezcal tastings. Castle Hot Springs proved to be an extraordinary retreat--one that combines relaxation, adventure, and exceptional service. We left with plans to return in the winter. Highly recommended.

I was able to use the Tower pool early in the morning before my conference sessions and it was a great way to get going. The in-house Starbucks Verona coffee was a great starter too. I also wandered over to the Golf Club , Tennis Center and gym. It was all within walking distance and perfect for my stay. The WigWam Bar was great spot in the heart of the complex, serving up local beers and great meals. The Resort staff was impeccable and they were helpful in every situation. I look forward to coming back in the Spring to enjoy the cooler weather and the great service.

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful -- gorgeous Southwestern architecture and landscaping, spacious accommodations, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. But what really made my stay memorable was the people. The service from beginning to end was outstanding. My experience started with an easy check-in and a wonderful surprise -- a complimentary room upgrade! I also had a Tesla that needed charging, and the valet team immediately moved it to the front of the line and took care of it for me. That level of attentiveness continued throughout my entire stay. I loved spending time at the adults-only Oasis Pool, and one of my favorite resort amenities was the golf-cart transportation around the property. Staff will pick you up and take you wherever you'd like to go, which is especially appreciated during the Arizona summer heat! The highlight of my stay was definitely the Summer Sampler at LeMonds Aveda Salon & Spa. It included a wonderful massage and facial, time relaxing by the beautiful spa pool, a delicious fresh salad for lunch, and a wash and style to finish the day. Everyone at the spa was incredibly kind and attentive. Pauline did my hair and was exceptionally sweet -- the perfect ending to such a relaxing day. I also had a great experience at the Wigwam Bar. Amber was a fabulous bartender and server, and Gabriel, the manager, was exceptional. They were happy to accommodate my low-carb request and substitute fresh vegetables for the rice, which was very much appreciated. It was dated, located on the first floor, and our window looked directly at a pipe in the hallway--not the best impression for potential timeshare buyers. Overall, we're glad we experienced it once. The amenities were enjoyable, but the room and sales presentation were enough that we wouldn't return.

Only down side is that there's barely any light and the deck around the pool is uneven in places. We had room service the first night. Young man that delivered was very nice. The chicken fingers and veg paste was good. The albondigas was terrible. Two meat balls With some chipotle sauce. We ate breakfast every morning and it was good. The hostess and some of the other people acted like this was their first time being busy so it was entertaining to watch them scurry around like they were lost. We ate one night at Prado and the food had no flavor. Loved the smell of the restaurant like mesquite wood burning. The waiter was very nice and friendly. I posted that review on here as well. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful when asked. Never understood what was included in the $45/night resort fee and the parking was $35/night for valet and 30 for self park. So be forewarned add the $80 a night to your room rate. Plus the distance to your room can be quite a trek. Anyways would we stay here again?? Not sure. For the money we might try one of the other resorts around the area. So can't say either way right now.

We stepped foot onto the beautiful resort, threw our complimentary towels and items down on the most shady seats we could find, grabbed a couple tubes, and plopped our Fannies down in those donuts and let the lazy river take us away! The children are very well behaved besides one little boy but his parents gave him a talking to and the rest of the day was fine. Anywho we had a great time laughing and utilizing the on site bar. I sat so long in the turquoise tube my rear end got stuck in the hole and two of the workers had to help me out! Thanks Nico you saved my life!! After we survived that fiasco, we were able to stroll around the beautiful property and sit near other bodies of water like the other pools including one with a giant fountain structure! I love listening to the water trickle! Reminds me of the rain back home. If you come here make sure you bring your best sunscreen my cousin only had 15 spf and we're German and Irish so imagine how she looked leaving! She's not used to the Arizona sun so just be prepared especially with your precious children. Lather them up with the 50 spf instead. The resort is HUGE with many different wings, so be prepared to get your steps in. Pack comfortable shoes! Overall, a beautiful resort with great views and plenty to explore. I would stay again!

It was clean and the perfect temperature at about 98 degrees. The woman that helped us was helpful and very informative. She also volunteers for time to keep the hot springs, nice and clean. The bathrooms are very clean and look newly remodeled with cute lights. I can't wait to go back and try out the other pools. I would say don't listen to people that haven't been there in a while because they've definitely done a lot to improve their facilities.

They had an indoor lap pool and an outdoor pool both were clean. They also had a really nice gym. The hotel is large enough to accommodate conferences as even church services from what we witnessed. The hotel was perfectly located next to the Outlets and eateries. They also had Top Golf not far from the location and Dave & Busters!
