The host were very nice and helpful with places to eat and visit. The facilities are clean. Would stay here again!

Nice area and place to park your RV for awhile. This place is situated on a top of the hill area, so there is always a nice breeze around!

Filth next to pedestal sink (And this is clean)

This place is absolutely filthy!. . . . The female manager is terrible because you never know when this woman will be a viper and strike. The place sits on top of a hill, a stones throw from hwy 69. There's constant wind and road noise, with semi trucks using their jake-brake all night long. There's NO TV and the internet is TERRIBLE. They have several large dogs that are chained and sit outside and bark. There's a VICIOUS Rottweiler chained at one end of the park. . I had wondered what could happen if it had ever gotten loose.... Laundry is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. There was no problem with the electric (due to being winter), parking spot was mainly dirt and very little gravel. I believe they have their friends posting the 5 star reviews because they keep saying how clean this place is, when the place is filthy AND they are trying to offset the negative reviews. The bathrooms haven't been cleaned in like, NEVER. This place is out in the middle of NOWHERE. You're looking at around 30 minutes to a major store. There is a tiny store in Mayer, along with a gas station and a Family Dollar. The only thing this RV park offers is filthy restrooms, a few washer and dryers, wifi that doesn't work, a 5 hole putt putt and horseshoes, where large dog owners don't clean up their poop and a bag of ice. A toilet is NOT ammenaties. Ammenaties are, basketball hoops, tennis courts, weight room, a pool, spa and a store, THOSE ARE AMMENATIES. The managers don't have any rules because they like to party.. . Most of their long term residents are at their mercy, because if they don't bend over, they get the boot. So, NO RULES, BARKING DOGS and CHAINED VICIOUS ROTTWEILER, Filthy restrooms, what more could you ask for.. ** Phoenix is only 45 minutes from this place, so people saying they've lived here for a year and they're from Phoenix, why not drive down the hill to Phoenix **

Mim golf so cool

I've been coming to this camp every MLK weekend since 2001 for RYLA leadership camp. The staff have…read morealways been kind and hard working. I've stayed in Vanderpool, Bluebird, Verner, and Fiesta. They've always had clean, warm beds and clean bathrooms. We have most of our it leadership activities in Tabernacle and A-Frame. We also use the Leisure House and the amphitheater. A few years ago we started using Tab East and Tab West. My primary job is AV. They upgraded their sound system in both Tabernacle and A-frame from last year and it is pretty awesome! They also had one wireless hand held mic and a lavelier mic for me to use. I brought in 6 of our own wireless hand held mics to plug into their system. Their video projector and mixer boards in Tabernacle, Tab West, Tab East and A-frame were wonderful. It's so nice when the tech works!! As always, confidence course (high ropes) are always a big hit for our campers! Challenge course (low ropes) is also a camper favorite. We also do bonfire on our last night of camp and the only down side to that is the 930pm sound ordinance. So over the years we have converted to playing acoustic music. I would give this camp 5 stars, but this past year, the new owners of the camp actually yelled at our RYLA chair in front of everyone, including the campers (who are high school students and are impressionable). It was bad taste, rude, and unnecessary. Also, they stopped providing dietary options for those who are gluten free. They only offer vegetarian as an alternative option. So we had adult volunteers who used their own money to make gluten-free and vegetarian options for our campers.

This is my 2nd time camping at LoLoMai Springs! First time I came was for my first solo camping…read moretrip, and now was with my partner. We loved it! Site 62 is where it's at!! It poured the whole first night but second night weather was lovely. We spent our days fishing and caught a lee bass. (Beware fishing line graveyard in the trees, they will eat your supplies!!) Campgrounds are as beautiful as I remembered! The bathrooms/facilities are well kept, and you can request electric + water at your campsite. If you are afraid of the kiddos, know there's a lot of them scampering around these parts!! Also shoutout Lisa (I believe is her name), who jumped our car on the way out. You saved our cheeks! Bonus points for the friendly felines that can be seen up towards the front- they have kitties that sometimes come say hi!! Can't wait to stay again, thank u friends!

This was our first experience at this camping and RV destination. Initially, I reserved a campsite;…read morehowever, after assessing the weather forecast, I opted to change our booking to a cabin. The reservation staff handled this modification without issue. Be sure to fully understand the cancelation policy. Numerous reviews about the nightmare. Upon arrival, there was a slight misunderstanding, but it was quickly resolved. The location is picturesque, featuring tall trees, a serene pond, and a running creek, along with amenities not typically found at other campgrounds, such as a swimming pool, laundry facilities, showers, and a playground for children. The creek was the highlight of our trip. However, let's not overlook the reality we faced: with the hefty price tag for this slice of paradise, a few upgrades wouldn't go amiss. Our cabin's air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a jet engine preparing for takeoff, making family conversations feel more like a yelling match. There are some spider webs in the cabin. I don't mind them, but they might freak someone else out! We rented the small cabin which had a toilet which was an absolute plus. The cabin bed/mat's could use an upgrade. We just brought our air mats. They worked fine. The loft bed was comfortable according to my teen. So, the only WiFi was by the clubhouse, which I was totally fine with. Every now and then, I'd get a text coming through while inside the cabin. Very spotty. We brought our pups along and made sure they were on their best behavior since the rules said no warnings for noisy dogs--if they barked too much, guests would be asked to leave. Oddly alot of dogs barked, which is ok in my book. There's also a cute little store on-site for all the essentials and some snacks! Great location, just about 30min to nearby Sedona or Cottonwood. In summary, a beautiful escapade with a few quirks, just enough to keep us entertained and on our toes! I've read multiple reviews of the staff. We're fortunate not to have a bad experience.
