We could not even check in to that motel for the lack of customer service! AT the second place we found , we got checked and it looked clean. But had a bad ant problem and we were bit all NIGHT. Third time is the charm! The customer service here at CREEKSIDE LODGE and CABINS was amazing! She heard my frustration, she listened to my woes, she had me checked in to a clean spacious cabin in no time. The rustic room was clean and comfortable, with all the things we needed! The outside deck is the perfect place for morning coffee, or late night night cap! To top it off we had dinner with a large group at the on site restaurant. The service was wonderful, Ava was so sweet tending to each persons order just like your best friend would. The food was great! I had a burger that was out of this world. My husband had the all you could eat fish, he was not disappointed. All the while it seemed locals and guests alike were enjoying the bar and pool tables. The sign showed live music and karaoke nights, both on the outside patio and inside it the spacious dinning room. I know I have gone on and on, but for us it was just the best place. I sweet place in an unexpected place. FIVE out of FIVE!

My boys received bubbles and some coloring books, that was sweet. Our room was spacious with a full kitchen. It's always nice to have extra room with the kids. We were able to crack the windows to get a nice cool breeze into the room, I really enjoyed that. The pool area had two small hot tubs and a shallow pool for little kids. Next to the pool is a sitting area where you can relax or have a nice lunch or dinner outside. If you're looking to eat out, there were many restaurants nearby. We ended up going across the street to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Their complimentary breakfast buffet had a nice variety. The kids were able to fill up on waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal and fruit. They also offered biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, and pastries We had a great experience, I would book at this hotel again.

This dishwasher was popped out of the kitchen cabinet a bit, but they came to fix it. It wasn't exactly "high end", but not bad for the price at all. Check out the panoramic picture I took showing off most of the area. We picked this place because they had complimentary EV chargers, which is really nice in Prescott since there are no Tesla Charging Stations. The only issue is regular gas cars parking in the spots blocking the stations. Since they allow it, you might end up stranded in your car and having to uber. Removing one star for this although I was always able to find an empty stall. I remember there was a Dodge Charger that ICEed one of the spots intentionally our entire stay. I know the democrats are mad at Elon and Trump, but that is no reason to block a charging spot. Could be that they just hate EV's too but either way, no reason to make it hard for others. Free breakfast was not great, except for chorizo day. I tried to eat a bagel one day and it tasted like plastic. Despite these complaints it was a great place to stay for the money compared to other options so I will still give it 4 stars.

After I returned home from another wonderful overnight stay at the Hassayampa last week, I discovered I left hanging clothes in our room's closet. I called the Inn and the young lady took my call (I'm sorry I can't recall her name) told me she would contact housekeeping and get back with me that day. 2 hours later I received the call back and was informed my clothes were there. This is when they went that extra step. She confirmed with me that my address on file was correct. Then she let me know they will be mailing my clothing to me, and at no charge!!!! Y'all, this is what excellent customer service and attention to detail is all about. If you are planning a trip to Prescott, please consider staying at the Hassayampa Inn. The accommodations are uniquely Southwestern in style and comfort. Well-appointed rooms, with great dining restaurant, a cozy, fun bar/lounge with wonderful music every evening. The Inn is within walking distance to Whiskey Row, the Courthouse, and lots of shops and restaurants. Staying there at Christmas is festive and magical too. Again, a big Thank You to all the staff and sending hugs too!

What more can you ask for than fresh baked chocolate chip cookies every night? Yum! We forgot playing cards and the sweet lady working the counter offered us a deck of cards! Totally unexpected! The pool area is heated inside, and the pools are super fun for kids with neat animal features spraying water. Clean too! The breakfast buffet was really great! It was better than other Hampton Inns We've stayed at! One reason was because as soon as something was out, a staff member magically appeard to refill it, haha! Good quality Greek yogurt really surprised me, as usually you're only offered Yoplait. Quality of the food was great across the board, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, homemade muffins and yummy scones. Everything was super clean. We plan to make this hotel our Go To, when visiting out daughter at Embry Riddle! The icing on the cake for us is there is an amazing Ramen/Poke restaurant AND a Trader Joe's just a short walk across the street!

What a wonderful stay!…read more We drove up here from Phoenix for the Christmas light celebration, as we do every year. I am a Hilton gold member so I travel to Hiltons 20 to 30 nights a year, so I have stayed at several Hamptons before and I've stayed at all the Hilton properties in Prescott. This by far was the coziest experience we had. The hotel, the parking lot for landscaping the decorations all made me feel like I was in a Hallmark movie. The staff was great when we checked in and they allowed us to check in our room two hours early. We forgot our phone charger and they had an extra one that we could use during our day. As expected, the bed was comfortable lots of pillows, and the heater worked very quickly . The room was very clean and they also had an indoor hot tub. I enjoy coming out before heading out to see the Christmas lights to notice the fresh bake cookies prepared for all the guests in the lobby . We also noticed when you checked in, they had a handful of coupons for restaurants nearby to get some nice discounts. I enjoyed staying at this location because it was close enough to downtown for a quick 5 to 10 minute drive but also further enough out so you weren't in the mess of all the traffic . It's location is also nice because it's around all the restaurants in local shopping in the area.. We will definitely be back next year ! The price was incredibly affordable in comparison to the other hotels around. You're definitely getting more bang for your buck here.

Thank you for your response, Julie…read more Unfortunately, your reply does not accurately reflect what happened during our stay, and that is one of the reasons we will not be returning. I fully understand that hotels need to verify a guest's driver's license and credit card. I showed both my driver's license and my credit card without hesitation. My concern was never about your policy. The issue was that your employee insisted on taking physical possession of my credit card. When I explained that I was not comfortable handing my card over, he demanded it again. That interaction made me feel uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary. You also stated that I had reserved a standard ADA-accessible king room. That was not my understanding of the reservation we made, and the room we received was not what we expected. Combined with the unpleasant odor in the room, it was a disappointing experience. What disappointed me even more was reading a response that dismissed my concerns rather than acknowledging how your staff handled the situation. Instead of recognizing that a guest can feel uncomfortable even while following your verification procedures, your response simply repeated the policy. We truly enjoyed visiting Prescott and Jerome, and our trip was wonderful. However, trust is important when choosing a hotel. Based on both our stay and the way our concerns were handled afterward, we have decided we will not stay here again. We have also shared our experience with friends and family here in Arizona who frequently travel to Prescott so they can make their own informed decisions. I sincerely hope management uses this feedback as an opportunity to improve the guest experience for future visitors.

Everything was very comfortable and the shower pressure was exactly right. It gave me Springhill Sites vibes which I appreciated. - The concierge really knew their stuff. We asked them a question and they answered it with ease. Overall, great stay and will definitely be coming back to more Holiday Inn Expresses.

The hotel was obviously very busy so when we showed up at 3pm on a Saturday we were lucky to get a room that was cleaned and ready. Unfortunately (again) there were no upgraded rooms as a Platinum member - starting to wonder why I am so loyal to Marriott! Anyway the woman running the front desk was very professional and friendly. Very good customer service. The room itself was large and very up-to-date. The layout was different than many of the newer Springhill Suites and actually I liked this design better. The bathroom is more functional for two people. Good job on the soft close toilets... A big plus is that they have a laundry but they should get machines that use credit cards. The breakfast was pretty typical. One negative - why are they charging for parking? It is not like this is in some big city. Felt like a cheap money grab. Bottom line - it was a good stay.

It's charming, boutique, and has that authentic old-town Western feel that makes Prescott so special. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Cons: *Our room was very dark with low lighting which made it appear quite dreary. *While the furnishings were cute, there were so many of them it seemed overcrowded in the space. The bathroom was really small and cramped. *Our bed was set back from the road but our son's faced the porch and the parking lot, so he heard all of the road noise and inconsiderate guests conversing loudly at 6 a.m. Not the hotel's fault but that's how it goes. *While free pastries are nice in the morning, they are the pre-packaged type in plastic that are not the most appetizing. Overall, a nice change from the cookie-cutter hotel chains we all know. The room kind of felt like a beloved aunt had fixed up her attic space for you to stay in while you were visiting and she'd made sure you had everything you needed. They even use the old school type of keys, where anyone who finds it, will know exactly where to go and what room it's for. Charming, not very safe, but I enjoy it. These are the facts as we witnessed them. The issue right now is that this town currently operates heavily under the impression that the virus situation we are facing is either political, a hoax, doesn't pertain to them, or maybe they are immune. I don't know. But in this town, even the mayor stated so, MASKS are..... OPTIONAL. Why? Maybe it's so that he stays in office with no problems and the town can choose on its own what is safe and what is not safe. Maybe the police won't enforce it anyway. The problem... no one in this town (and in this hotel including the cleaning staff), no one wears protection, for themselves, or for someone else. And I'm even talking about the food vendors here. NO mask or gloves, and there certainly isn't any social distancing. In the industry of hospitality, where people come from out of town, where the stay one night, and on they go to the next town. And then to have a cleaning person, wearing no protection, go from room to room, no mask or anything, "clean" the room. From one room where people stayed the night, having an unknown history, then into the next, and into the next and into the next... with no protection or precautions to prevent spreading of anything. Now, this isn't a political thing. This is a safety thing, even if you don't believe there is a problem. Where is the harm in better safe than sorry, especially for people in the hospitality sector? The whole town... the vast majority of people... no mask, not outside, not inside, not even hanging from their chin to pretend they use it. So... just be warned. And that's too bad, because we really wanted to enjoy this town, but we chose to hightail it out of Arizona... because this is the norm. It sadly is. But... as to balance it out... if they took that precaution I would highly recommend this place. Thus - 3 stars.
