Condensation from the window which eventually becomes a puddle on your floor
    Kathleen L.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Absolute worst stay I have had at ANY Hilton property in the last 10 years. If today had not been check out day, we would have left anyway. Air-conditioning by window produces condensation that eventually puddles up on the floor. Groups of teenagers Christmas caroling through the halls at night. People holding phone conversations in the hallway outside your room. People bouncing balls in their rooms at 12:30 at night. Absolute damn zoo. Even more embarrassing and aggravating is the fact that I recommend this hotel to the other person traveling with us. There are SO MANY other places to stay in Prescott, that I would definitely advise staying ANYWHERE but here. If you enjoy being stuck in the middle of a constant frat party for your entire stay, this is definitely the spot for you.

OUR FAVORITE Hotel in Prescott! My mom lives in Prescott, so we have tried most of the local hotels. This hotel is perfect for us. Especially if you are traveling with kids. We frequently travel with our Grandkids. The hotel is immaculate and well maintained. Parking lot is well lit and parking is FREE. Lobby is spacious with 2 large TV's. There is a hotel gym. The indoor pool is a real favorite for the kids ( my only gripe is the chlorine odor) . They have cute pool decor foe kids ( see photo) Staff are very friendly. This hotel also has a BBQ Grill and on site Laundry. FREE Breakfast is above average with a lot of choices. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is very clean.

The bedroom suite is large, comfortable, modern, and inviting.

It is sad that frequent travelers, like me, already have low expectations when staying at a different hotel. You never know when you are going to get someone having a bad day, or at the end of their shift just trying to leave and go home. Or worse, having an unacceptable room. I must admit, I was blown away with the facility, ambiance, but most importantly, the staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeting by Angela at the front desk. Angela explained the hotel amenities (freshly baked cookies served at 6:00 pm - alarm set!), heated pool, gym, outdoor patio with an extended fireplace, free breakfast (wasn't expecting that one - more on it later), upgraded furniture throughout, well-appointed rooms, limited room service, etc. We had other opportunities to engage with Angela and were happily greeted with a smile and readily available assistance. Entering our room, it was clear that the furniture was modern, clean, upgraded, and the room had ample space. There were abundant outlets throughout which was perfect for our ever-connected lifestyle. The suite included a large living area with a desk, sofa, TV and worktable. Perfect for those of us attending work events or hosting meetings with colleagues. The separate vanity was a plus as it allows two people to get ready. Ok, the combined closet/bathroom door was awkward as you had to announce opening the barn-type door or you risked smashing the hands of someone grabbing something from the closet. This was a bit of a design stumble. Now the breakfast. Buffets are not known for their amazing offerings. It is either acceptable or a failure. The Hampton Inn somehow managed to elevate the free buffet to give it some appeal. The scrambled eggs, or other egg dishes, weren't dry, the accompanying choices were delicious! There were options for every lifestyle: Cereals for those that are young at heart, delicious oatmeal with all the fixings, hard boiled eggs as an alternative to the egg offering, juice and coffee, make-your-own waffle station, newspapers, tea, toast/bagels, and all the necessary condiments. But what was really impressive was the staff. Amada checked in on us regularly to make sure we didn't need anything, she was constantly cleaning and refilling the buffet as needed. Great way to start your day! Throughout our stay, we had an opportunity to interact with multiple staff members. The housekeepers were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The other front desk personnel were equally friendly. In speaking with the manager, Alicia, it became evident that the happy service-oriented attitude started from the top. The manager could be seen throughout the lobby greeting guests, cleaning (someone on staff was always cleaning counters or floors - very impressive) or speaking with staff. An engaged friendly manager whose positivity radiated throughout the staff. Very hard to find a negative in this hotel. Even parking was plentiful and roomy for our large vehicle. The location is ideal with a short drive to Whiskey Row, shopping, entertainment and/or sightseeing. If hanging out at the hotel, take advantage of the beautiful and relaxing patio. You won't be disappointed with your stay.

    Immaculately clean rooms..

One of the best Hilton properties I have stayed at within the USA... immaculately clean rooms, modern brightly lit bathrooms ( with great water pressure in the showers) , good quality Neutrogena toiletries, above average hot breakfast included for all guests...a very special mention to the property staff...they all go above and beyond to make guests feel at home and welcome... Donald at the reception helped me get some milk for my toddler and even washed out his bottle ( guests weren't allowed back in the kitchen)... let's also not forget the freshly baked cookies served up at 6 pm daily..Hallmark of the Hampton Inns...I will stay here every time I visit Prescott that's for sure..

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Prescott. The rooms were very clean and updated. The grandkids loved the indoor pool area. Fresh cookies and a cup of coffee by the outdoor fire pit in the evening was very relaxing also. Breakfast was great and the staff were constantly refreshing the food and cleaning tables as soon as customers left. All the staff were very friendly but Angela at the front desk went above and beyond to make our twin 3 yr olds feel welcome and comfortable. Give that lady 5 stars for her service and a well deserved raise

This place is located right downtown in the restaurant and bar area easy access to shopping eating and drinking We also found out that they have an indoor space as well as the outdoor event space. Many times walking past and we have seen plenty of people at the outdoor events. It is a really cool hotel and venue. As it turns out, they own this hotel, restaurants, and one of our favorite speakeasies down in the valley called the "White Rabbit ". I cannot wait to share this place with my out-of-town guest. We were in Rough Riders which happens to be at the back stairwell so no other room on that side. The window faces opposite of the courtyard and not much view but that was fine for us. The AC was a little loud, but also fine for us as we like a little noise when sleeping. The bed was comfy and the 11:00 check out was great. There is not an ice maker but small bags of ice are available at the hydration station. There is no mini fridge or microwave but since it is on the row there are so many eateries within walking distance for all meal times. It was so nice and convenient that my daughter and I are heading back there soon!

After I returned home from another wonderful overnight stay at the Hassayampa last week, I discovered I left hanging clothes in our room's closet. I called the Inn and the young lady took my call (I'm sorry I can't recall her name) told me she would contact housekeeping and get back with me that day. 2 hours later I received the call back and was informed my clothes were there. This is when they went that extra step. She confirmed with me that my address on file was correct. Then she let me know they will be mailing my clothing to me, and at no charge!!!! Y'all, this is what excellent customer service and attention to detail is all about. If you are planning a trip to Prescott, please consider staying at the Hassayampa Inn. The accommodations are uniquely Southwestern in style and comfort. Well-appointed rooms, with great dining restaurant, a cozy, fun bar/lounge with wonderful music every evening. The Inn is within walking distance to Whiskey Row, the Courthouse, and lots of shops and restaurants. Staying there at Christmas is festive and magical too. I've had many hotels allow for early check in if the rooms are available or for a small fee. So this policy felt inflexible. The room was very small but fine. The bathroom is tiny as well. The bed was not comfortable and quite noisy when moving. Staff didn't feel particularly friendly to me. Overall a quaint town but if i did return I would probably not choose this hotel.

Yeah, there was a loss of communication on the ability to check in after hours (their office hours end at 5 pm on weekdays and 7 pm on weekends). I ended up staying at a nearby motel, the Sierra Inn, just down the street (see my review of that place). I did return the next day and I got a refund (all but the non-refundable $25). Kaylee was especially kind in helping me get my refund. I hope I get a chance to stay there on the next trip thru Prescott. NOTE - this motel has the shortest office hours of any that I've ever stayed at, but they do have digital keys for the rooms, so you can arrive after office hours and still get in. There was a glitch on the phone number help line, that I'm sure will be rectified promptly. You park in front of your room and the parking is a little tight, so don't bring your Giant 4x4 or RV. So why did I give a motel 5 stars without having stayed there? Well, mostly because of Kaylee at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me get my money back, and if the rooms are as good as her assistance was, it's worth every star.

The Motor lodge was recommended highly to us so I decided to check it out. Wow. Above and beyond what I expected. The motor lodge is a super chic and fun motel to stay at. I say motel lightly because I didn't get a motel feel at all. Each and every room has it's own fun and cool style to it. Not one room is the same. Also, most of the rooms come with its own parking garage. (Ours didn't but we had a personalized spot literally right out front oour room). When looking for a place to stay I value a clean space above anything. This place was exactly that. The staff was wonderful. They offer late check in (after 5 pm) where they give you a code to enter your room without ever having to step inside the office to check in. They have fire pits, ice bags to keep in your freezer, your own cute little patio to have a sunset cocktail on, etc. I wanted to stay at a place where we were close to whiskey row. The motor lodge is literally a 10 minute walk to everything. Which is a wonderful option because you're off the loud and busy street of whiskey row but still close enough to where you do not need to get any ride services to get there. Just a nice little additional mention... you get 15% off an item at the Edison market right across the street from the motor lodge just for staying there. Such a cute place. Overall, we will be staying here each and every time we come to Prescott. It's perfect for a nice weekend away from the valley. Thank you motor lodge!

Check out the panoramic picture I took showing off most of the area. We picked this place because they had complimentary EV chargers, which is really nice in Prescott since there are no Tesla Charging Stations. The only issue is regular gas cars parking in the spots blocking the stations. Since they allow it, you might end up stranded in your car and having to uber. Removing one star for this although I was always able to find an empty stall. I remember there was a Dodge Charger that ICEed one of the spots intentionally our entire stay. I know the democrats are mad at Elon and Trump, but that is no reason to block a charging spot. Could be that they just hate EV's too but either way, no reason to make it hard for others. Free breakfast was not great, except for chorizo day. I tried to eat a bagel one day and it tasted like plastic. Despite these complaints it was a great place to stay for the money compared to other options so I will still give it 4 stars.
