The road leading to the RV park entrance is deceiving. The road is a little rough, there appears to be a RV junk yard on the left and dirt field on the right, also the "Castle"essential for lovers store. I was in space 8 that backs up to the dirt field and the freeway noise along with air traffic noise, the RV park is in the flight path Deer Valley Airport. First day the water was shut off without notice, an email would have been nice. We called the office and they stated not knowing when the water would be turned back on. Good thing we had some water in our tank. The next day the power kept turning off and on. We were running on battery. Check in is at 11:00, which gives the RV park staff time to check the space for any issues and pick up trash before the next guest arrives at 3:00. There was trash around my space and space 7. Driving around the RV park appeared to be nice, a lot of snowbirds that have dug in. Over all not a terrible RV park. read more

I was being harassed by maintenance and staff here immediately in less than 24 hours over minor infractions .Notices were placed on my door for a spare tire. I was accused of hitting their cinder block wall day 1 and running over one of their hose bibs. Somehow miraculously there's no damage either to my trailer the paint on my bumper or any of my bumper stickers. Nor is there tire tracks anywhere near the hose bib nor is there broken plastic tail light on my trailer or broken plastic manifold on the high speed internet fiber optics box located between my trailer and the wall. The people have complained about my dogs being leashed in my presence. I'm sure if there was some way to blame me for the sun being too bright they would. I woke up at 3:00 a.m. this morning and I've been at work all day. I fractured my finger today this is my first experience over here. No one deserves this type of drama. Additionally the rusted water connections to the RVs is a major health concern. Great park to stay in. Stays clean has nice pool and laundry facilities. Has showers n restrooms available. Staff is very helpful and nice. Stayed here 4-5 months for husband's job. Lots of things to do nearby. Plenty shopping stores around. We liked the area pretty well. read more

The majority of the hose bibs supplying water to the RVs are rusted. I counted about 76 but there's more than that. Additionally the first day that I moved in one of my sliders on my rv hit one of the hose bibs as it was extending. The hose bib in question was completely rusted. They tried to make a huge deal out of it and conduct an investigation and in the end they just replaced The rusted hose bib with another rusted hose bib. I photographed my tire tracks to prove I had not run over the hose bib but that in fact the hose bib was too tall and obstructed the sliders. They then accused me of hitting their wall. I questioned the other neighbors. I'm the only one that they require to have insurance before moving in. And then they moved me into a spot that had a previously existing damage to wall. There's no damage of any kind to my RV, literally not a scratch. I right away day one knew these people were full of s***. I told them I would not be staying another month. Despite this fact that I communicated with them I would never stay another month they're serving me with eviction paperwork which is the most narcissistic thing I've ever heard of. Also the water pressure in the park is so extremely high it has seized up my check valves inside of my RV. read more

The place is nice and clean and the facilities are clean. The shower however you cannot adjust the temperature and my husband took a shower yesterday and it was chilly and then took a shower in the afternoon after using the hot tub and it was scalding and the same thing happened this morning, he had to shower in scalding hot water after using the hot tub. I could not handle the scalding hot water yesterday so I had to walk back to the RV after using the hot tub and take a shower in the RV. Hate paying for facilities that you can't use! read more

Deer Valley saved the day! We needed a pull through spot for a couple of nights so we could be within close proximity to the Mayo Clinic (we live in Vegas.) They were so kind to accommodate us with less than 24 hours notice. Every park/resort in the area was booked solid. The spot was easy to access with plenty of room. The amenities were very tidy and recently remodeled. This was our first experience with our new RV. We were pleasantly surprised and relieved at how easy it was for us. DO NOT rent from this RV park! This is the first time we have ever made a reservation with the business. 5 1/2 months before our reservation date(s) we had to cancel ... they said NO refunds are made for the month of March SO what they had us put down as a "Electric deposit" of $400 they said they would NOT refund that because of cancelling! The deposit was clearly stated as an "electric deposit" so how can they justify keeping our $400 as a cancellation fee????? SO very disappointed in this establishment! We have cancelled reservations on a couple of occasions of other RV parks in the Phoenix/Arizona area and not 1 of them kept any of our deposit.... Very disappointed in the way we have been treated! I would give a 0 star rating if there was one! read more

The worker Rocio was very helpful and answered all my questions. The park itself was very nice and clean.

I understand they are trying to get things done. Raising rent while offering ZERO amenities is ridicous. The statement given us was no rent increase for at least a yr. 6.onths later our first and three total in less than two years. No pool no wifi no cable access no hot tub no rec center no activities no dog park no yard for children,no security lights. We can't walk at night because there's no lights 8to see and speed bumps are not visible. Ppl are falling down due to no lighting. The raise in rent was to make rent comparable with other parks. Theres nothing here to compare to. You did finally finish the " office" and the showers which now cost a dollar for 10 mins. And laundry is functioning. Residents are being force to leave the only place available to them. I write this review even though doing so may get me a notice to leave the park. Quite and clean. Looked like mostly residents, but we had no issues staying for our few days while in town. The pool is quite small, but meets the needs. A little tight but our 43' fit. Our sewer line was backed up and had some difficulties locating someone to assist so we could dump. The office was open at 10 and it would be nice to have off hour contact information. Eventually we tracked down a maintenance man, who had us going in no time. read more

Way over priced..........very minimal amenities for this price. Park in was clean, and a dog park/ wash station was nice. No Wi-Fi, shower was nice , but for a charge. Laundry was available, but $2 for a wash and 2$ for dry, .....and no change machine. So I was not able to wash. Otherwise a nice place, just there are way cooler parks for what they charge. read more

Definitely the nicest rv park we have stayed at. The pool is perfect and the dog park and dog washing station were great!

the park was under some construction while we stayed for 5 nights. mostly long term tenants but folks were friendly. kind of run down looking. right next to the freeway so a bit noisy and right in the flight path of a small municipal airport. very convenient location for our needs however. worked for us but not the best place i've stayed for sure. read more

Jen in the office was great, she had an answer for every question. She was attentive, and sweet. The pool was under construction and the spa was fill in. For almost 2 years it was awesome. Then out of no where a 10 day notice. Wtf? We weren't the only ones. any of us that had an older trailer...gone. I always paid rent and on time. I didn't want to live there forever, but having 6 kids it's not easy finding a place to live that I can afford. I am the only parent working, my husband is awaiting 2 surgeries and is not able to work. We get this 10 noTiCe, a total surprise. It's right after Christmas and snowbird season. And we have an older 5th wheel and no way to pUll it and 6 kids. Finding a place easy? Just 6 kids alone makes it hard. This place was awesome when it was convenient, easy, and accepted everyone. There wasn't any crime, its a quiet park at night. Everyone is friendly. For all you "glampers" rv parks aren't all glamorous, there's gonna be long term ppl there, they're not vacationing, they're living. Don't put them as a reason for a crappy review. Don't judge a book by its cover! read more
