the trees are dying. they will not replace, want it replaced if its in your rental space? personal check goes to theresa for $150 and resident pays for new tree on park property
if you get water from washing your trailer in the street it is a $10 fine
there are petty fines for all kinds of unwritten rules
get in trouble with theresa and you become part of the 3 strikes you are out club.
residents recently signed a petition for the owner to see about not raising rent here for the 7-8th yr. we are sure he did not see it and we can not get a meeting with him to discuss park issues as a group
no warm welcomes in the office
theresa can not keep a maintenance staff. they quit or she fires them. always new men walking around property that nobody knows.
theresa has had her nephew with a felony working here and we did not know.
there was accident shooting at the park, gun cleaning incident that would have killed a neighbor if they home. no police was called! park residents was not notified! no gun rule here!
pool gets closed several times in summer on very hot days. full timers live with constant remodels and closed facilities.
pools do not get drained soon enough after the snow birds leave. full times have to use dirty pool from a full park season.
security at night does not happen. only until 10 and 11pm.
you can not wash your car, can not get water in the street
there is no longer activity director, residents told to make their own fun and plan own activities.
office is not a friendly environment, residents avoid talking to manager
manager tells people not to put garbage out if can is not full, so they do not get charged and can save money.
