The first job was rebuilding a balcony, which he did in a single day at an affordable price with expert workmanship. Nick is highly conscientious, dependable, thorough, & honest, & his prices are highly competitive. He also does work that's second to none. As far as pricing goes, I'd rather pay a little more for a top quality job than to pay a bargain price for a job that turned out to be mickey-mouse; i.e., crappy. In the case of the latter, it would only cost more in the long run to have the job re-done the right way. He will not overcharge you. His prices are fair. Instead of merely doing patch-work, Nick filled the two walls with rebar & concrete. Although time-consuming, that is the best way to ensure sturdiness & durability. Then, he added stucco to match the original stucco & matching paint. There isn't any job that DIGN Homes cannot do, & I give you my word that you will be thoroughly satisfied with the results. MY RATING OF HIS WORK: From 1 to 10 with 10 being best, I give DIGN Homes a 10+, which is as good as a AAA+ rating.

The 23 was a shocker once we took off some siding. 2x2 construction with staples that were half missed or the wood was split in several areas. The 16 were in is a shit box, split siding, terrible cracks, just cheaply made in light of the falsehood materials are better now then ever. No, profits are better now then ever. Ive been across country thru some pretty poor areas and the old metal sided homes are still standing. This turd will crumble away before we die Id bet. You can also easily see where crapco repaired the cracks after the "one year return to fix it" was up. None the less, its ours now and we'll deal with it.

I asked the Cavco representative "Miguel" about the windows and he said that he checked them himself. I asked him to show me and he had to climb onto the counter top and he still couldn't open the first window. Cabinet doors are worpped. Cabinet Shelving is cracked. Cabinets overall are of the cheapest wood you can buy. The cabinet drawers are off set and some don't close. The ceiling is missing paint in several areas. The carpet seam is very visible. I am so very upset that I think this could be the worst mistake I've made in my life I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a Cavco! Donald C

Mobile Homes On Main, is like making a deal with the devil or a group of gangsters. The manager…read moreused google to verify our lot size was big enough for a new double wide and assured us it would fit. The contract they have you sign is "COMPLETELY ILLEGAL BY ARIZONA LAW". It doesn't allow the buyer an cancellation right but, the mobile home builder/company can keep your deposit and never return it to you. Later, we had a contractor, tell us about another customer. A lady, who purchased a new mobile home from Mobile Homes on Main and guaranteed it would fit on her lot, paid it off and When it was delivered it wouldn't fit. This customer is struck paying them to store her new mobile home on their factory lot. I WOULD STRONGLY, ABSOLUTELY, EMPLORE EVERYONE TO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They LIE about everything in their contract. DON'T BECOME A VICTIM OF MOBILE HOMES ON MAIN. YOU WILL FOREVER REGRET IT.

I would like to start by saying that my wife, my daughter and myself purchased a manufactured home…read morefrom Mobile Homes on Main in April of 2022. Initially the transaction was great. But soon after my down payment of 20K was accepted I was told that I needed to put another 10K down in order for the financing to receive approval. Per their sales person Heather Whalen I needed to secure a general contractor from their approved contractors lost to place the manufactured home on a lot that I owned. Well I interviewed 7 general contractors and even had them visit my property site, but none them was willing to do the job. These actions motivated me to call and speak to my sales person, Heather Whalen to inform her of the results of my contractor search, but I was informed that she had left the company. I was put in touch with the GM John Soderberg and this is when my dream turned into a horrible nightmare. I apprised Mr. Soderberg of my dilemma and asked him for a refund of my deposit and he said that Mobile Homes on Main was in the business of selling and delivering manufactured homes. He then told me that I would lose my total deposit of $31,000.00 and that I should read the contract carefully. Well this response from him prompted me to seek legal advice. Upon review of the contract by my attorney, he advised me that if he had reviewed the contract prior to me signing it, he would have advised against signing it. My attorney also stated that per the contract I didn't have a leg to stand on legally because the contract did not have a clause to allow the buyer to get out of it for any reason. I must say at this point I felt like my family and I had been raped financially. No matter what I said to John he refused to budge on retuning us our full deposit. So I asked him to return one half of our deposit and he said that he would consider that, but would have to check with his corporate office because he said that as a GM he could only recommend this proposal. Fast forward 6 weeks to January 2023 I began calling the escrow company and the corporate office to confirm if John had submitted our proposal for approval and they informed me that he had not submitted it yet. So some two weeks later I received a call from the regional manager of Mobile Homes on Main or their parent company, Kris Durham. Kris was the complete opposite of John Soderberg, he was kind, considerate and apologized for how we had been treated. Kris said that he would do his best to have our deposit returned to us. Well Kris was a man of his word and he delivered to us almost all of our deposit minus $5000.00 Great Job and thank you Kris. Now let's talk about the rest of our deposit. We did everything humanly possible to make this transaction a success. This transaction failed because of Mobile Homes on Main and their lack of professionalism in vetting their "approved contractors." Therefore as an act of excellent customer service we request the return of the remaining Portion of our initial deposit. For anyone who wants to hear the rest of the story please contact me CJ at 480-233-8485or ejackson@rightchoiceaz.com Thanks

All sorts of excuses that emails easily refute. Contract has a unilateral clause for cancellation for any cause from dealer. The fact that thousands of contracts have this violation should be enough cause for concern. ADOH does not enforce federal statutes. No help from Compliance either.
