This is my second time leaving this company a bad review. So they had an answer waiting for me I just wasn't important enough to call back. There are planning to leave me without Gas for over a week meaning I have no heat in the lows of 45 degree weather, can't do any laundry, can't cook any food, don't have any hot water. This is how they will leave you if you rent from them. Save yourself the trouble and find literally any other company. I've since asked for a rent reduction for the days I won't be able to live in the home, but as usual like every other time I call or email, I have no gotten a response.

My husband and I have lived here for two years. We've only had one major incident during that…read moretime--a neighbor stole our package on camera and denied it to the police. Despite that frustrating situation, the office staff and maintenance crew have been amazing and always try their best. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive when that trouble occurred, as well as with other events. I always recommend Mark-Taylor properties to my coworkers and friends. My mother-in-law only rents from them, which is actually how we ended up here. I am truly a firm believer in Mark-Taylor properties!

When we arrive, the dishwasher was broken, paint chipping, painters tape left in appliances, doors grinding when closing, poorly caulked shower that they re-did while we lived there and it still needed to be redone. So I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in that bathroom. The parking here is horrific and the employees use guest parking spots near the front so you either have to pay for parking with the Zark app, or park a mile away in other guest parking. Then they sent out a notice for people not to park in the front of the office because all the guest parking was full for future residents, but would not have employees park elsewhere to accommodate the people living there (weird concept, I know). The gate was broken so many times and took weeks to fix there would be random people parking there, and staying for days. Anytime you send any feedback it's basically a thanks and go fuck yourself. All in all, we kept our space maintained, and received a whopping $19 back from our deposit. I barely leave reviews because personal experience does not always reflect everyone's experience. But, after everything, a $19 deposit was a big fuck you.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, who gave me a quick tour, showed me to my reserved space, and helped me get set up with their (reliably stable and quick) wifi. The space is clean and comfortable. As mentioned, water, coffee, a refrigerator available. And, on the day I visited, there were donuts!
