The gas to my rental was cut off because…read morethe of my neighbor, when I called the people at Mark Browers they agreed it was ridiculous, I didn't receive a call back, so I called them back, and I was told their hands were tied. So they had an answer waiting for me I just wasn't important enough to call back. There are planning to leave me without Gas for over a week meaning I have no heat in the lows of 45 degree weather, can't do any laundry, can't cook any food, don't have any hot water. This is how they will leave you if you rent from them. Save yourself the trouble and find literally any other company. I've since asked for a rent reduction for the days I won't be able to live in the home, but as usual like every other time I call or email, I have no gotten a response.

As I was selling the property remotely, it was especially important to have trustworthy support on the ground. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After two failed sales and ongoing problems, we decided to end the relationship. In my experience, this realtor was dishonest, unprofessional, and lacked the basic respect and communication skills needed in such a sensitive situation. This place is terrible. We were supposed to be moved in by a certain date and the day before we…read morewere supposed to get our keys they told us we were not able to until the following day (but hey we got a $25 gift card to Uncle Bears). When we arrive, the dishwasher was broken, paint chipping, painters tape left in appliances, doors grinding when closing, poorly caulked shower that they re-did while we lived there and it still needed to be redone. So I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in that bathroom. The parking here is horrific and the employees use guest parking spots near the front so you either have to pay for parking with the Zark app, or park a mile away in other guest parking. Then they sent out a notice for people not to park in the front of the office because all the guest parking was full for future residents, but would not have employees park elsewhere to accommodate the people living there (weird concept, I know). The gate was broken so many times and took weeks to fix there would be random people parking there, and staying for days. Anytime you send any feedback it's basically a thanks and go fuck yourself. All in all, we kept our space maintained, and received a whopping $19 back from our deposit. I barely leave reviews because personal experience does not always reflect everyone's experience. But, after everything, a $19 deposit was a big fuck you.

Me and my husband lived at Aviva for about a year and it was really nice and clean at first and…read morethen later throughout the year , there started being issues with dog poop being all over the apartment complex that you could literally not walk around without stepping on it somehow. There was dog urine in the elevator and even throw up that stayed on the elevator for about 3 days until I had to contact corporate for Marc Taylor to inform them about the biohazard and I felt that the complex was not doing anything for it . I think this apartment has a lot of good reviews on here because they use an app called Henry for all residents that live there and almost bribe people to give them 5 star reviews for money in return. So if I were you I would take the 5 starts review with a grain of salt and I hope that with this review they are able to provide more cleanings and more support to the residences providing hazardous feedback. Also, I think another big negative impact that affected us renewing here was there there is HUGE problem with packages getting stolen here because the gates in and out of the property are not fully closed and many people are just walking into the apartments whenever using all amenities. When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, who gave me a quick tour, showed me to my reserved space, and helped me get set up with their (reliably stable and quick) wifi. The space is clean and comfortable. As mentioned, water, coffee, a refrigerator available. And, on the day I visited, there were donuts!
