But before that, I was able to do measurements and scope out the place to make sure everything was ready to go before the event started. I understood that bookings could happen before my event to prevent me from rearranging, but Kayla blatantly lied to me saying the room was booked the week of the event and it was booked "daily." I checked the Giggster app and there were no bookings for that week, and the room was even open the day before the event. Long story short, they got very cold at the end. I would not consider booking with them again.
