The room was clean and AC was nice and cool which was great with the temp being over 100° outside. Chairs and tables were set up as agreed. The projector worked great but the audio was a little weak. It wasn't a problem as Ive learned to bring a backup blu speaker. The location is excellent. Right of major freeway on a well known road. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing meeting space up to 50-60 people. Customer service was excellent as well.

It's quiet, chill, and comfortable. - temperature is set to 74F-75F - fridge/beer fridge - microwave - private rooms - conference rooms - open desks - desks against the wall - bathrooms around the corner - great WiFi - free parking I didn't get to venture around much, but it's walking distance to downtown Gilbert where I saw a ton of bars, restaurants, and breweries.
