Brittany states the company requires employees to start early or stay late but without overtime. I told her I need part time and moved to interview to a 12th st location. Scheduled for a zoom meeting interview only for it be canceled because it has been filled. If my interview was on Friday and today is Monday there is no way, it's filled. Too many interviews for this type of work and expectation.

BEWARE** **STAY AWAY** If you value your sanity, stay as far away from Regus as humanly possible…read more Since signing my 6 month agreement, it's been five straight months of billing nightmares: * Month 1: Wrong amount on the very first invoice. Was told office renovation would be complete 2 months into the agreement. * Month 2: Double-billed and charged for items I never used * Month 3: Promised credits... did not showed up until after I get a late fee added onto the invoice * Month 4: Every single invoice full of errors. * Month 5: They just hit me a $1,800 "restoration fee" out of thin air. 30 days before vacancy. Keep in mind the office floor at this point is still not fully renovated. No explanations. No accountability. Just garbage invoices, wasted hours, and constant stress. The amount of hours I've spent dealing Regus invoices instead of operating my business is ridiculous This company is a scam disguised as an office. If you're thinking about signing with Regus, RUN.

I had the opportunity to work here on a hot seat basis from January to March while…read morepseudo-snowbirding/working remotely in Phoenix. What an absolutely positive experience! The office space itself is very clean, modern, and spacious so that I was able to work from almost any chair. Plenty of windows to let in the warm AZ sunshine so that the office didn't have that soul-sucking ambiance that so many others have. The kitchen had all the amenities you'll need like snacks, a fridge full of water, and a Keurig machine. I only had access to the public area and conference rooms based on my membership, but the privates suites looked like they had plenty of space and were customizable to your preferences. I had the chance to bring in clients semi-regularly to the conference rooms, and they've always complimented the layout of the entire area. Staff are very friendly, Jessica is an amazing office manager who will listen to your needs and keep the place constantly improving. Neighbors are all very respectful, professional, and focused on getting after that bread. Overall a no BS, no frills co-working space that I highly recommend, especially if you're based out of the Central/Midtown Phoenix area.

I didn't think I'd ever find myself in the position to need or want to use a coworking space...but…read moreHERE I AM, THRIVE! I'm a grad student who needs a quiet place to study, but with my living situation and a near-omnipresent Fox News blaring in the background at 75 decibels, significant parking fees at nearby ASU, concern with COVID exposures at coffee shops, well, coworking finally made sense for me! The important stuff: - keyless entry using your phone (either an app or just the website) - women's membership only (for those w/ business meetings, men are allowed to be present) - super easy parking w/ a surface lot, and the Gilbert downtown parking garage literally steps away. 20 handicapped spots also right in front of building if that's your need (or for business guests' needs) - building is on 3rd floor, with elevator (and stair) access - super reasonable options for membership - free drop in friday, possibly a guest/visitor pass for a day, weekly, monthly, and more. I have the cheapo night owl pass since I'm in clinic 7-5 daily and need my study zone after work. - EXCEPTIONALLY responsive owners - Braelynn and her mom went above and beyond w/ SATURDAY NIGHT responding to a potential concern I had - both via text, phone, and more. I really cannot say enough good things about this dream team duo running Thrive!! The bonuses: - absolutely gorgeous space (those pics I posted were not staged...I just took them myself w/ an old iphone when I was the only one on-site on the weekend) - variety of membership options: dedicated office, dedicated desk, 'flex' desk (whatever is available, open to anyone), and group desk (also open, take whatever seat is available) - stocked fridge w/ La Croix flavors galore (i mean, being able to taste-test new flavors with committing to an 8-pack myself is practically worth membership alone!) - stocked pantry with little goodies like Kind bars, all the teas you could ever ask for, snacks and such - kombucha on tap (ok i don't care about this, but curiously DID get the better of me and it tastes better than I expected haha) - cold brew coffee on tap (you may never sleep again!) - free printer use The downsides: - ummm...it's too hot to use the patio right now? and I'm not there during the daytime to benefit from the monthly catered lunch? Seriously though, this place is great. I can't think of any bummers to mention! - doubtful anyone wants to come here on evening weekend nights, but note that thrive IS next to and above some bars, in the very happenin' downtown Gilbert, so there is some noise that can be really easily blocked out w/ headphones :) So...I don't REALLY want this place to be super busy, since that's potentially less La Croix and snack options for me, but I *DO* want them to succeed, and maybe...expand this amazing concept to other parts of the valley! So happy to be part of this little community and have a great place for studying!
