At first, I was only excited to see my fellow Yelpers and have some great food. Upon arrival, I was delighted to see the large, beautifully designed spaces. I loved the various sizes of spaces available that are private or allow you to work around others. The windows make the area feel open and bright versus a cubicle or closed in office space with no view of the outside world. This is a great option to bring clients to or get away from the house for those who work from home.

Google Review of Kiln Picking up a Grimaldi's pizza at Santan Village Marketplace in mid-January, I noticed a nondescript building with the words Kiln on the exterior. After a simple Google search, the word coworking came up and I needed to see inside. Margie Almario was kind enough to let me and provide a pre-opening impromptu tour. Immediately I knew it was the new HQ for WoundCare IQ. As I toured the facility, I had another moment of clarity when I discovered they had both a Podcast and Film Studio. FaithIQ The Podcast, my give back, was born shortly thereafter allowing me to feature Athletes, Celebrities and Business/Community Leaders that are making a true difference with their lives. Life at Kiln has had us thriving ever since. The 33,000 square foot space is both inviting and creative. The collection of fellow entrepreneurs and businesspeople, some in startup mode like us, others established corporate divisions, make organic interactions in the cafe or at hosted events fun and productive. Furthermore, the staff is there to help you in your business dealings with special access to services like Forecastr or coming up with creative solutions to your needs on their own. Having located my companies in spaces like Regus and others, Kiln is unique in how they care for their community members. So, whether you just want an inexpensive place to escape your home office (base memberships will pay for themselves with just the use of the expresso machine and frequent snacks provided) or if you need a 30-person workspace, Kiln Gilbert has you covered. Easiest and best business decision I have made. I have been working at EZ Spaces since April 2020, just when the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic…read morehit main street America. EZ Spaces is, quite simply, an amazing place to work. All the benefits of a high end company office space, with modern facilities, without any of the worry of all the overhead and costs. I work for a company out of El Paso, and they asked me to go find a local workshare office space in the East Valley area of Phoenix. Gilbert is home to several workspace companies who have shared space. I looked at a few of them, visiting some, and reviewing their benefits, costs and locations. Nothing even came close to the facilities at EZ Spaces. The office area is large, spacious and modern. The desks, chairs, power connections, internet (insane blazing commercial speeds) and meeting rooms are absolutely top notch (with flat screens and more). Even the windows and lighting make it a great environment. They have a ton of great little touches like free sodas in the fridge, an actual Starbucks machine with free lattes, chias and coffees, and even custom digital key for getting in the office 24/7 whenever I need to. Beyond just the facilities, the staff is stellar. Very professional service, who are efficient and care about each tenants needs. Every time I have a question or need they haven't hesitated to help and get things rolling. In addition to that, they have gone above and beyond to make the environment is both work-friendly, quiet and professional, but they have made working in the current environment super safe. They follow all the local ordinances and have made the office safe and healthy, ensuring I don't get ill during all this pandemic craziness. The pricing for EZ Spaces is very good and I found it actually saved me money compared to other facilities that simply weren't as high quality. If you're looking for a workspace in a shared facility, you should at least come check out EZ Spaces. I used to work from home, but honestly I am much more productive at this office space. No more distractions and family members interrupting you to ask you how to upload cloud photos to facebook, thank God. I can't recommend EZ Spaces more highly. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I didn't think I'd ever find myself in the position to need or want to use a coworking space...but…read moreHERE I AM, THRIVE! I'm a grad student who needs a quiet place to study, but with my living situation and a near-omnipresent Fox News blaring in the background at 75 decibels, significant parking fees at nearby ASU, concern with COVID exposures at coffee shops, well, coworking finally made sense for me! The important stuff: - keyless entry using your phone (either an app or just the website) - women's membership only (for those w/ business meetings, men are allowed to be present) - super easy parking w/ a surface lot, and the Gilbert downtown parking garage literally steps away. 20 handicapped spots also right in front of building if that's your need (or for business guests' needs) - building is on 3rd floor, with elevator (and stair) access - super reasonable options for membership - free drop in friday, possibly a guest/visitor pass for a day, weekly, monthly, and more. I have the cheapo night owl pass since I'm in clinic 7-5 daily and need my study zone after work. - EXCEPTIONALLY responsive owners - Braelynn and her mom went above and beyond w/ SATURDAY NIGHT responding to a potential concern I had - both via text, phone, and more. I really cannot say enough good things about this dream team duo running Thrive!! The bonuses: - absolutely gorgeous space (those pics I posted were not staged...I just took them myself w/ an old iphone when I was the only one on-site on the weekend) - variety of membership options: dedicated office, dedicated desk, 'flex' desk (whatever is available, open to anyone), and group desk (also open, take whatever seat is available) - stocked fridge w/ La Croix flavors galore (i mean, being able to taste-test new flavors with committing to an 8-pack myself is practically worth membership alone!) - stocked pantry with little goodies like Kind bars, all the teas you could ever ask for, snacks and such - kombucha on tap (ok i don't care about this, but curiously DID get the better of me and it tastes better than I expected haha) - cold brew coffee on tap (you may never sleep again!) - free printer use The downsides: - ummm...it's too hot to use the patio right now? and I'm not there during the daytime to benefit from the monthly catered lunch? Seriously though, this place is great. I can't think of any bummers to mention! - doubtful anyone wants to come here on evening weekend nights, but note that thrive IS next to and above some bars, in the very happenin' downtown Gilbert, so there is some noise that can be really easily blocked out w/ headphones :) So...I don't REALLY want this place to be super busy, since that's potentially less La Croix and snack options for me, but I *DO* want them to succeed, and maybe...expand this amazing concept to other parts of the valley! So happy to be part of this little community and have a great place for studying!

The office space itself is very clean, modern, and spacious so that I was able to work from almost any chair. Plenty of windows to let in the warm AZ sunshine so that the office didn't have that soul-sucking ambiance that so many others have. The kitchen had all the amenities you'll need like snacks, a fridge full of water, and a Keurig machine. I only had access to the public area and conference rooms based on my membership, but the privates suites looked like they had plenty of space and were customizable to your preferences. I had the chance to bring in clients semi-regularly to the conference rooms, and they've always complimented the layout of the entire area. Staff are very friendly, Jessica is an amazing office manager who will listen to your needs and keep the place constantly improving. Neighbors are all very respectful, professional, and focused on getting after that bread. Overall a no BS, no frills co-working space that I highly recommend, especially if you're based out of the Central/Midtown Phoenix area.
