Maybe next time, more porta potties outside so 1) there are more options and less lines, and 2) the ones that are available aren't so disgusting. I've used many porta johns at many festivals, for this size venue the 3 they had outside (without leaving the show) were gross. I literally could not touch anything in there. Just hover and pee. They had 2 more when you leave but there were no ins/outs so those weren't an option. This can be done better, I know cause I've been to places where taking care of peoples basic needs are more attended to. Anyway, otherwise great time. During the event I attended, there were bars both inside the main area and out (no food though) as well as bathrooms both inside the main area and out. After buying an adult beverage, I accidentally left my credit card at the bar. When I realized it a few minutes later, the bartender was waiting for me with my card. Crisis averted! If your kitchen can't handle a simple order in a reasonable amount of time, don't accept DoorDash orders in the first place. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of respect for customers' time. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no reason a two-item order should take longer than two hours. Accepting orders you clearly can't fulfill is misleading and incredibly unprofessional. I won't be ordering from Social Hall again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time either. Do better.
