Here for the Yelp Elite Event - Kiln is gorgeous co-working space w/ all the amenities: * cold brew, sparkling water & kombucha on tap * spacious kitchen * theatre-style meeting space & other meeting rooms * open work area/monthly price =$350 * more private options available that increase in price, up to an elite suite * small gym area * PODCAST STUDIO!!! My fave feature * phone booths to take private calls The only drawback, but it's a pretty big one, IMO, the bathrooms are in the very FRONT aka entry way, of the entire space. There are NO other bathrooms anywhere in this humongous space. Not in the suites or near the gym. None. When I work, I'm hydrating lots + all the coffee drinkers. Do you really want to be going in & out of the space to use the bathroom?

Coffee and goodies, what more could you want? Clean space, good place. Events and more!

I came in for their opening day and it is an absolutely beautiful and spacious coworking space! There are tons of working options from large open tables to private rooms. The decor is lovely with tons of plants. They offer coffee and kombucha on tap. It was hard to find the entrance as you have to go to the third floor of the parking garage and cross the sky bridge, but there is ample parking. They aren't transparent about their pricing online so I don't know how that aspect is. The staff is very helpful and kind.

No shade as I can imagine that wouldn't be ideal for a workspace, but if they add that to the space they'll say what it is versus staying vague.

The office space itself is very clean, modern, and spacious so that I was able to work from almost any chair. Plenty of windows to let in the warm AZ sunshine so that the office didn't have that soul-sucking ambiance that so many others have. The kitchen had all the amenities you'll need like snacks, a fridge full of water, and a Keurig machine. I only had access to the public area and conference rooms based on my membership, but the privates suites looked like they had plenty of space and were customizable to your preferences. I had the chance to bring in clients semi-regularly to the conference rooms, and they've always complimented the layout of the entire area. Staff are very friendly, Jessica is an amazing office manager who will listen to your needs and keep the place constantly improving. Neighbors are all very respectful, professional, and focused on getting after that bread. Overall a no BS, no frills co-working space that I highly recommend, especially if you're based out of the Central/Midtown Phoenix area.
