Looking forward to hosting my first event here on August 27th! The place was clean, staff was…read moreprofessional, and best of all, the air conditioning was perfect! This venue hosts a lot of tribute band concerts, but can be used for other types of events like dance, receptions and galas.

Went to this venue for the first time September 2023 It was also The band's first time at this…read morevenue as well... so many names -Farnsworth Hall or The Venue. I believe when tribute bands play it's called The Venue at the Canyon House. Just sat in the regular seats in the front row just behind the tables that are more expensive. Sound system was great, the screen behind the band was a little distracting as there were different camera angles. If someone sits in front of you at the tables that is tall or in the row of seats, there is no graduated seating to see the stage. The venue was not full the night we were there and the restrooms near the stage were closed, I tried. As far as the women's restroom goes there is one stall and one bathroom, I believe it's the same for men's. I don't know how this particular place gets away with one women's bathroom when it suppose to seat 500 people. I probably would not attend here on a regular basis just based upon the bathroom situation. Apparently they also have a clear bag policy which I adhered to, but it didn't look like anybody was really checking and there seems to be a lot of security which might be a little overkill, but after all this is in Mesa,Arizona which in the winter months is a lot of snowbirds which is age 55+ -probably not going to be very many issues, but I guess when you throw alcohol in there you never know. Also the band was required I believe by the venue to take a 10 to 15 minute break which it's not necessary in my opinion.Let the band play, that's what the audience wants. Love to support live music but I'm not sure this is the place for us. Another venue that we go to quite often to see tribute bands has plenty of bathrooms, great sound, light system ,restaurants to eat dinner before the concert, and graduated seating so all can see the stage and musicians and even dance on the sidelines.

So much has changed with the Queen Creek Olive Mill since I first reviewed it many years ago…read more Superstition Coffee cafe is no longer there. That section has been replaced with the Olive Mill's service bar. The retail shop has expanded - still the oils and vinegars that we know and love, but also other dry sundries like pasta, spices and seasonings. There's a little deli area with loaves of bread, focaccia, fresh cheese. And there's the spa merch - for soaps, balms, and the like. They still offer tours as well. The food is still outstanding. There is a lot of seating inside and out. But it does get VERY BUSY, so yes- during peak brunch hours it can be very hard to find a table. I don't go often enough, but love it every time I go.

Their pizzas are BOMB! Don't forget to grab some fresh sourdough or other types of bread they have. In addition , I would highly encourage grabbing some of their homemade soups! The outside area has live music playing sometimes and it's a great place to get together with kids since it's so open and allows you to choose sit around a bunch of people or go off into a more secluded area. Another thing we did before moving here when we visited was did the olive tour where they give you a lesson on olive and olive oil! Very interesting if you love olive oil and cooking! This gem is definitely a highlight in this area for a good kick back, with good food, good vibes, and fresh air! Bonus, they have motorcycle parking
