Guardians are not charged and not required to wear grippy socks. They have a lot of different attractions such as The Floor is Lava obstacle course, huge ball pit with an interactive play screen, large play structures with multiple slides, basketball court with many hoops of variable heights, a giant ground air trampoline, tube slide, food and drinks for purchase, quiet private pods (for nursing, phone calls, etc) and even a peripheral track for adults to walk around and get exercise. My kiddo thought everything was super fun and he had a total blast. One thing I did notice the entire 2 hours we were there, was zero attendants monitoring the play structures. My kiddo was told by other kiddos that he could not go on the tube slide which definitely wasn't true because he was old enough according to the age requirement. Meanwhile, the same kids were both riding in the same tube, which is not allowed according to the same sign. I was wondering where their parents were. Also, the interactive screen in the ball pit had a lot of technical difficulties. It would not consistently respond to the balls hitting the targets or even a hand hitting the targets. So definitely a few areas of improvement needed, but overall, we had a really great time!

Second, the website crashed everytime I tried to purchase the bulk tickets (2 occasions) requiring me to just pay In person creating one extra step with the ten kids present. I emailed the support like, the GM replied and had a cell number- when I called her twice about the payment issues. I never heard back. Eventually I got a text message saying she was out of the office two days later. Ended up going to this place because it was closest to my parents house and the kids had already been told about it. I don't know if I would ever go back simply because of the customer service.

Our group was warmly greeted by the owner, and her kids. You will remove your shoes in the front, and enter to the play area. It is a BIG open space with various toys and climbers. The staff is attentive and kind and I love that parents can relax a bit while keeping an eye on their kids. Perfect for any day. There is even a coffee station for the parents! I visited this KTR location using my GetOutPass, and after recently visiting the newer Mesa…read morelocation, the difference was pretty noticeable. The Mesa location has a lot more gym equipment, obstacles, and activities for younger kids, while this location feels much more like an open warehouse space with fewer things for little ones to do. The skate area is definitely larger here, but overall there wasn't as much to keep my 7- and 9-year-olds entertained. There were also a lot more older teens here, which made me uncomfortable letting my kids explore on their own. Even the 6-and-under area had bigger kids playing in it, and the main wheel zone was filled with older boys riding around pretty aggressively and balls just being thrown in different directions. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. We needed to use the restrooms as soon as we arrived, and they were very dirty--toilet paper was all over the floor and multiple toilets hadn't been flushed. The facility also felt worn down, and some of the equipment looked like it could use better maintenance. I'm glad I was able to visit using my GetOutPass, but I don't think I would pay admission to this location. I really wish the GetOutPass included the newer Mesa location instead, as it's a much better experience for younger kids. The teens all working at the place also are too busy talking and mingling with each other...

Rarely if ever do I see coaches on cell phones. Staff/coaches look out for all kids even if not a kid in their class. All coaches seem to love the kids and what they do. They are also willing to share their time/knowledge about other coaches or classes not just their own. My kids love Coach Marcus and Coach Peyton, great energy/examples for kids. I'm always entertained by these big guys (coaches) working with small/sometimes tiny kids, gentle but still teaching them how to have fun safely. Love that Coach Marcus doesn't let my older child slide, within a group of different sized kids/skills, he still knows exactly what he is capable of, challenges him and will teach him how to do something specific 1 on 1. Both Peyton and Marcus don't seem to mind/are entertained when either of my kids takes a moment to dance or be goofy in middle of class. Dakota (program manager)is always floating around the gym, helping out in a class, teaching a class or helping a kid master a skill-he singled out my oldest recently to help 1 on 1. And he has worked with my youngest son as well. BHe seems to know or is familiar with all the kids across various classes- ninja and gymnastics, calls them by name and encourages or teaches them as he walks by. All the staff truly cares about all the kids in the gym whether in their class or not. Front gals (Kaitlyn & others)are always friendly/helpful. Kayla (manager )seems to do it all- with patience and a smile. Always Amazing Energy packed music that provides me with energy too. Management must good to their staff because they all seem to love the job/kids and stay- no constant turnover like you see other places. My child had his birthday party here and we attended two birthdays here as well. Affordable, relaxed atmosphere, all the kids 7 year olds plus their younger siblings loved it! But its a nice playground. Has parking on both sides. Has restrooms. Baseball field, skatepark, basketball court. Plenty of ramadas and tables and benches. The playground has cool features on the ground for littles, but the big playground is hard to get up and down since one way up and its a weird ramp thing and the play structure is narrow for so many kids. There are 2 dog parks next to the playground. The splash pad is where its at though- so nice!!!! All gated it and enclosed- lots of seating in shade and also grass areas! So I would come back for the splash pad for sure!!! There is also a cool you and baby swing here too.
