We had a great time spent about 2 hours. We had a 1, 2, 3, and 5 year old. We were greeted at the door right away. We purchased a play pass the best value for our group. Lots of cubbies to store shoes and bags. A good size open space with lots of different play area. With the openness you can see everywhere. The 2-5 year olds had a great time on the trampoline, dressing up, play on the ride on toys, and playing hide and seek. The 1 year old still not a walker options were limited, but still crawled and watched every thing. I do agree with the lack of cleanliness review. It does need a good cleaning. You definitely need to wash your hands after playing here. No one did any in the 2 hours we were there. It was great that they had a snack area for the kids. Lots of tables, chairs, and even a microwave. They did have a broom, paper towels, and sink we just cleaned up after ourselves. This place is a great way to beat the heat and let kids run free in a safe space. The price is good and you can leave and come back if you get a stamp. Great place for our toddler to play! It was $15 for the day (we stayed 1.5 hours). It's clean, big, two bathrooms, tons of slides. They don't have much play food for the kitchens and zero dolls, but otherwise I think they have a nice variety. We will definitely come back- they have a 6 pack pass that we will purchase next time (makes it about $10 a visit). Very nice Asian gentleman at the front. Cubbies for stuff. They don't have that purple caterpillar that's in some of the pictures, just FYI. My son and I are trying to visit almost every play place in the valley during our summer break together and wanted to cross giggles off the list! There is a ton of climbing structures, a trampoline, and things to ride on. Kids seemed really respectful and parents watching carefully. Very affordable as well compared to other spots. Downsides are that it was not very clean, things looked kinda old and beat up, and not very many toys like play food even though there were kitchens. Overall it was ok but I don't think I'd come back with better options closer to me. read more

First let me say my toddler loves this place. Great indoor play area and keeps him entertained. BUT the building itself needs some serious work. Struggles with pricing are unheard of here since costs are reasonable for an indoor playground catering to preschoolers and younger. No need to Google directions for this place once you know that it is in the corner plaza of Alma School and Elliot where a furniture store and used record store is. Goggles are not required but if your kiddo wants to play pretend with some of the costumes they have such as the firefighter outfit, hey why not? Be sure to bring some beverages to gurgle if you don't want to buy any of their drinks at the cashier booth in the mini fridge. I would rate this place 5 stars if they did a little more detailed work on wiping down and vacuuming some of the play areas (toddler area and nursing room). It is two dollars for nonslip socks if you don't bring any socks for yourself and for your child. This indoor playground is clean and so much to do. About the experience: On the other hand, there are some lack of parent supervision for tots that have bad manners or lack socialization skills. Incidents: 1. I've never left a Yelp review but feel compelled to write one. Giggles is a GREAT concept and while I can't speak for the other location(s?), Chandler is filthy. Floors are in horrible shape, equipment is sticky and visibly dirty. The walls are in SERIOUS need of paint. Obviously the kids had a great time but as adults/parents all we could think about was what sickness the kids would have next week. Honestly a total bummer. Cleaning and paint would go a long way for this place. The front desk girl was also quite rude and would barely speak or make eye contact. I know finding good employees is difficult but wow it was crazy to be immediately greeted (or lack there of) with a bad attitude for my son's second birthday. She seemed irritated when I told her we rented the room for the 4/6 PM time slot. Couldn't be bothered honestly. Very strange. Definitely not going back there. read more

Great concept for littles - however as place for young children cleanliness is most important and this place is dirty and worn. They don't clean and don't replace broken missing toys so many play areas are useless . Discovered Giggles a few months ago and it instantly became our toddlers' favorite place to play! It's specifically for little ones (under 6 years), which has been one of the hardest things to find since most similar places seem to always have at least a few of much bigger kids / tweens / teens running around or being wild, not paying attention, and mowing down little kids--not a problem we've encountered once at Giggles so far. And the space is open-concept, designed for parents to either easily keep an eye on their kids from various sitting areas in or around the room, or better yet, actually be able to actually play and interact with them WITHOUT having to climb an obstacle course or squeeze through little tunnels lol. They've got a little bit of pretty much everything for the kiddos to play with, including lots of climbing structures, different kinds of slides, a 'tree house' with hammocks, a tire swing, cars & trikes, 'career stations' (doctor's office, home kitchen, marketplace)--and of course our tykes' favorite: a long, fully-enclosed run of 3 large connected trampolines in the back. If you've got infants, they've even got a dedicated area in the back with baby toys, mini-slides, and a changing room. And while we haven't done a birthday here yet, they have a closed-off seating / eating area along the side and private room that can be booked for parties and stuff. The pricing would be great for even half the stuff they have, so we never feel like we're losing out even if we can only make it for 20-30 minutes, which means a lot more opportunities to go overall. And it rarely feels crowded; plenty of space for the little ones and their adults without feeling like we're getting in the way or fighting over toys. Last but not least, the staff has been absolutely incredible! We've met a handful of the crew, along with I *think* the owners, and have been so impressed with their friendliness and generosity every single time. They do a great job keeping the place clean and tidy (a Sisyphean task in a place like this), resetting all the various stations every night for the kids to go nuts on the next morning. Overall, if you've got little ones under 6 and are looking for a great, safe place for them to get creative, burn some energy, and have a blast doing it, Giggles should be at the top of your list =) read more

It is an indoor play area for kids and toddlers which is super cute and made of wood. The checkin was easy and simple. They suggest a grip socks for kids, if you didn't bring one, you can buy upfront. There are many playful things for kids like trampoline, band area, dress up and play, hammocks, lots of play bikes, cars and many more. They also have a eating area. Overall a clean place and would highly recommend it to kids. My kid loved it and wasn't ready to come back. You pay for the entire day and can do multiple entries. So, that's a good deal there. Just had a birthday party here and the price was great, but It was extremely hot and people left early because of that. The small party room could really use a cleaning. There was tape and stuff on the walls left over from other parties, and the cleaning is included in the price for the party. I was disappointed with how dirty everything looked. If you're going to have a party there I would bring a fan and a speaker to have some music. Lots of fun for my toddler! There are a few indoor playgrounds, an enclosed trampoline, and lots of different play areas. I do wish they had more toys available in the different areas (for example, there are barely any "food" in the kitchen and no groceries in the "store" for grocery shopping). For this reason, I'm going to knock 2 stars off. It has the potential to be greater than it is. We have been to all of the available indoor play areas and unfortunately this one lacks in terms of toy availability. It would also be nice if the toys were organized a little throughout the stay here -- everything is strewn about. All soft play items need to be removed and only toys that can be wiped down should be in the play area. We came here for a break after a long doctor appt. My son enjoyed it very much, mostly due to it being a 'new place'. There were many toys and large structures for children to play within. A fenced trampoline area which has 3 separate areas for kids to jump and not run risk of running into each other. There were a total of 4 slides. (I know because my son loves slides) Some climbing is required to access, but my 2.5 year old was able to scale most things. Some small things that I noticed while there, there is only 1 staff member at any time. Chances are the equipment/toys are only cleaned (maybe) once a day. The gates are a bit hard to open (for me, the adult) There really is no 'safe place' to leave purses. Cubbies are all open and I would be hesitant to leave valuable items, as everyone has access. There is a separate dining area, but the healthy choice, is to bring a lunch, otherwise it's chips and soda from the front or your choice of fast food from nearby. Though it is a fun experience, I would not come often, as the play structures/equipment do not change. Sanitizing your child after being here, is necessary. read more

Toddler heaven! This place is as cool as it gets. I am super impressed with its set up and all the fun differentiated activities for toddlers. Price is totally affordable AND you don't have to worry about older children running around and trampling your kiddo here! Giggles has trampolines, dress up play, mini-roller coasters, a band area, playhouses, hammocks, a mini-road, lots of play-cars, and so much more. I brought my two-year old, met up with a few other moms and their toddlers, and we had a total blast! It was perfect and we spent HOURS letting our kids run around and play. Bonus: she was worn out and took a nice, long nap afterwards! Located in an unassuming strip mall, I only discovered Giggles from another mom who had already been and loved it. I've wanted to bring my daughter for a while, but I was nervous to come on the weekend because I imagine it gets super busy. I had the perfect opportunity to meet here for a mommy play-date on a Friday morning when I was off of work and I am so glad we came. Walking in, one of the employees held the door open for us and we were warmly greeted by both her and the cashier. Near the front door, they have cubbies for you to take off and store your shoes. Be sure to bring socks for both yourself and your child. You can also store your diaper bags/snacks in these cubbies if you so choose. The whole place is in one giant space but separated into sections based on play themes. On the right side of the room, there is a section with tables/chairs/sink/microwave blocked off for you to eat. They do sell a few drinks at the front but not very many options - so be sure to pack drinks and snacks. Also important for potty training toddlers/parents - they have two bathrooms - one at the front and one in the back- equipped with toddler toilet seats and stools for the kiddos to wash their hands.
