My family and I had heard about Super Play and were so interested to go. In fact, I had been looking for a place to celebrate my son's fifth birthday and decided to give them a call. It took a while to get someone to call me back, but once I did, I heard from Mallory, who was amazing in explaining exactly how to book a party. It could be kind of confusing at first, online because there are many different add-ons, etc. that you can customize your birthday party package. Before the actual party, we decided to visit there to make sure that my son liked it. He loved it and so did My 19 month old daughter. What I love, is that it has something for a great range and age. Toddlers will have fun, and beyond. There's so many different things that it could take hours to go through everything. We went on a Saturday morning and it was about $22 to play. Kids over one do count and do you have to pay and that goes for playtime and also for birthday parties. I will say, the birthday party was definitely expensive. Also, they have things called party pods, and it's nice to not have to worry about the plates, napkins, cups, etc. You can do add-ons like a drink, slice of pizza, and mini melts and you can also bring in your own cake, but that is the only thing additionally, you can bring in. You're assigned up party host will make sure that everything stays timely and on track. You get two hours and you can do whatever you want in those two hours. It's recommended that the first hour and a half be playtime and then you can corral everyone into your party pod to enjoy pizza if you decide to get that add-on and cake and gifts if you decide to open them there. They also make it mandatory for safety purposes that each child wears grip socks, which you can purchase there. Also, they come complimentary within the party package. Upon the day of the party, Julia was our party host. She checked us in. Everything went very smoothly. We only had 10 kids so it was very manageable. I was told ahead of time that there were several other birthday parties there so I was prepared for complete chaos, however... There were no other birthday parties at 10 AM on Saturday and we basically had the place to ourselves. It was great. The kids were able to play and have a great time. We were able to pack everything into two hours perfectly. An hour and 20 minutes of playtime, followed by pizza, followed by cake, and gifts. Everyone was properly exhausted, and the kids napped very well. Julia did a great job keeping us on track and checking in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. If we wanted to add anything to our tab, we could've which was nice. It was just nice to not have to worry about the extra stuff. She gave us a heads up when we were about 15 minutes away from being done and I was able to pay with my Apple Pay on my phone since I didn't have my wallet. Overall, it was a great party and although expensive, totally worth it to see the kids so happy and having fun. Shout out to Mallory and Julia!

UPDATE! We have been members here since the day it opened and it's still a favorite! Both my kids absolutely love Superplay! This year will also be the second year in a row that we host my oldest son's birthday party here! The facility is clean, there's a section specifically for younger ones which I also love. They have pizza, pretzels, icees and even coffee. I love they have seating right in-front of both okay structures so it's easy yo keep an eye on the kids! They have tables with outlets and even noise canceling pods. It's a great option for the whole family!

Went for the first time yesterday (Monday) after school and it was a great experience! $18 for two hours, which is better pricing than what we've experienced in California or other similar play areas. It is FREEZING inside; kids weren't phased because they're running around, but if you're coming to sit and work or read bring a jacket or 5 blankets. I liked it at first and then by hour two we were shivering. Our kids were entertained the whole time and loved it. The reason for 4 stars is because we brought our own grippy socks (actual grippy socks from another indoor play place) but they wouldn't let us in without buying their Superplay socks $4 a pair. Other places have let us use our own socks, so that was a bit odd but we still had a good time and it was fairly clean and super spacious.

Positives: Superplay is a great indoor play space, especially for hot summer days when outdoor play isn't an option. It has a clean, new feel and reminded me a lot of Kids Empire. My 4-year-old had a blast on the slides and was able to climb independently, though she still needed me nearby to help guide her from the ground. At this age, I think it takes a few visits before most kids feel confident enough to explore on their own. For kids under 4, parents will likely need to guide them. I really appreciated that parents aren't charged to watch. The facility has a food area (which we didn't try this time), plenty of tables for parents, and even private booths where adults can take calls--something I thought was really unique. I also like the flexibility of their monthly pass, which can be paused anytime without a long-term commitment. Along with slides, there is a jump area, basketball court, floor is lava jump area and ball pits. All of this is fun. The floor is lava could have been made better so the things the kids jump on were slightly closer or more options. Lots of fun options for the kids! Pro & Con: There's one slide where kids carry up a tube in order to ride down. It's a fun and different feature, but younger kids usually need help carrying the tube, which can get tiring for parents. It's only for ages 4+, and while it's definitely fun, the area can be a bit of a tripping hazard, so just keep an eye out. Negatives: I gave Superplay 4 stars mainly due to cost and closing time. Admission was about $22 for two hours (with socks), which felt pricey. Their socks are basic and are required and so you can't bring your own from other places that require grip socks. We arrived at 6, but by 7:45 the lights seemed a bit dim and cleaning had started, which made it feel like time was up and like they wanted us out before 8pm. I'd recommend going before 6pm to get the full two-hour experience. If you plan to go more than twice, the $40 monthly pass is definitely the better value.

Amazing place at an amazing price, we got the monthly membership and it is soooo worth it. This place is for all ages of kids. I can't explain enough about how much we love coming here! There's basketball, the floor is lava, a big trampoline, toddler area, and so much more. They also have 3 quiet pods for working parents and you cannot hear anything in there, it's perfect.

This is a great new indoor play place for kids. We went right before school started back up in the summer and it was packed! There were a lot of little little kids, and it was nice there is a section for 3 and under, although there seemed to be quite a few siblings hanging out. It is nicely lit, clean, and fun for the kids. Like most places like this, there is not a lot of staff, if any, walking around. The food was pretty good and not super high priced. My two kids, who are 5 and 7 really enjoyed it and liked the tube slide the most! I would definitely bring them back again.

Great value, keeps the kids entertained for hours! Children under 2 free and adults. Cost 13$. Plenty of area to run jump and crawl for the little. Quiet rooms also available. Friendly staff place was pretty clean.

This place was great. Exceeded expectations. Plenty of space and tons of activities for the kids. Nice café area with lots of seating for the adults. Even three quiet booths if you need to take a phone call and escape the noise. Family bathroom was great. The changing table even had a shelf above to put your diaper bag. Was very clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great day and exhausting the kiddos.

My absolute favorite place to bring my toddler to run out all the energy she has. It's extremely clean & stays clean. I feel it's safe here and happy with the pricing'

Super cute new spot for your young kiddos! It's for 10 and under and my 8 year old boy still had fun at this place. To some older kids that's 10 it maybe too baby for them and not really alot of things for them to do. During peak times this place is packed with much younger kids like toddlers. So I don't recommend coming those times because if you got older kids and they are running around most of those toddlers are walking around and not even in toddler areas. That's the only downside. Go when all those toddlers are gone for nap time. Less crowded with the younger. But then it's also a plus for parents that have younger olds and toddlers! This place is clean and you get variety of different things to do and open so you can see. There is an area where you can order food but not so many options and lots of seating around!

This is a great place for kids and parents! You have plenty of seating options, a walking track while the kids play, food court, and little work stations or quiet time rooms. There are sections for infants and small kids and then main play area. They have a ball pit, slides, and other activities as well. It was well organized and clean.

Ball pit ball run looks like it hasn't been cleaned a single time since they've opened. Disgusting

We have been going to super play since not too long after they opened, at least 2-3 weekends a month. Ive only put up with the nonsense to make my child happy but we are definitely on the fence about taking our child elsewhere. SHOES?! : First off, why are so many parents wearing shoes in the play areas ? I thought the whole point of requiring socks for everyone and having shoe cubbies in the front is to keep our children safe from things tracked in on shoes ? BALL PIT: The ball pit used to be nice and now is filthy and OVER CROWDED. When they designed this, there was not a lot of thought put in and it shows. It's the hot spot for the kids and the mechanics of the ball pit tunnel wall is horrible it's been broken for months. It definitely hasn't been cleaned since opening. There are way less balls too, most of which are crushed. Maybe just take out the ball pit and turn it into something else because it's just gross & crammed. RESTROOMS: What is up with having ONE family restroom? In a place of that size and how many bodies are present, it just doesn't make sense. It's not practical. The loud hand dryers are excessive for many, let's just go back to the basics of paper towels because most children are overstimulated in there with the Chaos and since the one and only family bathroom is always occupied, it is a nightmare for most of us. TUBE SLIDE: - why are there only a few tubes? Most kids are under no supervision as their parents scroll their phones or sit on their butts in the cafe, so it's hard to actually get you hands on a tube because children don't know how to share. In a prefect world they do. THE A/C is GREAT: I see a lot of the reviewers on here crying about it being cold? In a chaotic place packed with bodies, it needs to be kept cool to keep the germs at bay and our children from overheating so bring a jacket or cry a river and get over it. If you were maybe actively participating in what your child was doing, you wouldn't be sitting in one spot scrolling your phone freezing to death. The play structure itself is pretty solid, but could use a good wipe down/ sanitize as much as possible. Lots of fun options for children to climb through. COST: memberships are pricey at $40 / month for one child. You can get annual passes most places for $100 for the YEAR. Each visit costing $25 without a membership is also excessive. Lastly, for the love of god, where did the rule of no shirts no shoes no service go? Please stop letting moms in wearing only sports bras. That is not a t shirt and in a children's play thing completely unacceptable. save your lack of clothing for the gym, beach, and private pool.

Super impressed with their family bathroom! Large changing table plus a child safety chair on the wall!

Superplay is incredible and I'm so happy that it opened within just a few minutes to our home!!! They have a huge play area for bigger kids, a large ball pit area and even a fun 'the floor is lava' zone! There's also tons of seating for parents (perfect!!) and I just live the walking track around the large play space. My toddler loved jumping into the ball pits, jumping alone on the huge ground air trampoline, and she even loved jumping inside of the basketball court! I honestly thought she'd be ready to go home at the 1 hour mark (typical) but we stayed and she played for 1.5hrs and we had to drag her home to have dinner! We will be back!

I love that the 18 month old area is fenced in with a pool gate type of gate to enter making it difficult for 5 and under to get out on their own. Uptown Jungle has one of the best 5 and under area when it comes to the fencing and options for playing. This was our first time ordering a pizza and for $12 when you want to dine in to make it easier on the kids, it's fine. However, it doesn't compare to places nearby like Barros that you could go eat at afterwards, but again it's good enough for the convenience factor. Uptown jungle has a membership that comes with some perks like 10% off socks and foods as well as unlimited play for the month without restricted days. It also includes a parent to be able to jump. If you buy the annual pass it's about $18 a month which makes it worth it if you plan to go at least twice a month. If not, the Groupons for Uptown Jungle are better if you don't plan to go at least twice. Uptown jungle has toddler time in the morning from 9-12pm during the week for $12 and additional siblings are $6 and parents are free. During this time they have a little craft and some games. There are several options for things to do if your kiddo doesn't need to be with the littles. Big trampoline area, 4 different kind of slides, rock climbing are, etc. My 4 year old daughter has been able to make it 5-6 hours without getting bored or wanting to go home. Heck, she may have been able to stay longer if us parents wanted to stay long get. Another plus with uptown jungle is they are not picky on the grip socks like some places that absolutely require that establishments socks. Uptown jungle will allow you to wear socks from other jump type places. The only restriction I've found is when wanting to do the rock climbing wall, they did require my kiddo to have their socks.
